- Antonia (10/5): - Ich hab noch nie in einem Hostel übernachtet, in dem alles so gut durchdacht und organisiert war, und dabei auch noch sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige aber sehr zentrale Lage und viele Cafés in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Facilities are complete and satisfactory. Excellent choice for budget and comfort in an expensive small city. Love the central location. A little cold in the common area, rooms are slightly stuffy, kitchen and dining area bit isolated. No place to dry clothes as well which made it inconvenient
- Sharpe (6/5): It was decent for the price. - The room was a shared 8 beds. Not a lot of hooks to put your jackets, or anything else needing to dry.... The lock didn't work to keep your properties safe, that was a pain! The bathrooms were good and good showers. The communal kitchen could of use a lot more as far as cuttely, and utensils to cook and prepared food... The communal kitchen... Not very stocked!

- Matteo (8/5): - Noi avevamo una camera privata, quindi sul retro della struttura. La stanza era molto grande con due docce interne, un bagno interno e uno esterno. Letti abbastanza comodi e alcuni avevano anche le tendine per una maggior privacy. La posizione è ottima, a 2 passi dal centro storico di San Sebastian. Staff gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo la nostra camera era lontana dagli spazi comuni quindi non è stato possibile socializzare con gli altri ospiti

Always smell like urine that hasn't been cleaned enough. The lights system in their bathroom is based on thermal detection and they put where it couldn't detect if there is a person in the room, i ended up changing clothes or showering in a completely dark. The kitchen is super small and inconvenient

- YUJI (10/5): かなり良かったです - ・メイン駅やバス停から10分、海まで5分、旧市街地(ピンチョス)まで15分の立地。 ・値段が安め ・部屋が綺麗、ベッドも広くてしっかりしている。カーテンもあり。 ・鍵はリストバンド型の電子キーで楽だった。 ・ロッカーも電子キー、大きくて40Ｌのバッグが2つ余裕で入った ・シャワー、トイレ数が多い。部屋の外にあるので夜中でも気にせず使える。シャワーもお湯がしっかり出た。 ・シャワー室に着替えはないが、着替えが濡れないよう板で隠せるようになっていた。 (フックにかけるビニールあると良いです。ボディソープ類はなし) ・チェック前後の荷物預かりも無料だった ・昼間のルーフトップバーが気持ち良かった ・キッチンはあるがレンジ、ポット、冷蔵庫しかないので焼いたりはできない ・ボディソープ類なし ・庭にバルが併設されてるので週末は夜までやや騒がしいかも(個人的には気にならなかった)
- Giulia (8/5): Ok ma migliorabile - Ostello carino ed essenziale, in ottima posizione, molto vicino al centro. Il personale dà le informazioni strettamente necessarie ma non sembra entusiasta di quello che sta facendo, non mi ha nemmeno spiegato che spazi ci fossero a disposizione o se ci fossero delle attività in programma. Gli spazi comuni sono nascosti al piano-1 e hanno un aspetto vecchio. Inoltre c'è un rooftop ma non si sa se ci siano delle attività, nessuno dice nulla né ci sono volantini al riguardo. Infine, il prezzo per un posto in dormitorio misto mi è sembrato un po' eccessivo.

- Milie (7/5): Great value, super clean, many great and lovely staff, especially the french girl! - Great value for money and it was really quiet when my partner and I stayed in a private room. Apart from it being bunk beds (which were quite squeaky when the person in the top bunk would roll in the night), and quite a bit of noise on the street, it was really pleasant enough and good value. The bathrooms were clean and I really loved that they provided little slippers and earplugs. Cute touch!! Plus the staff kindly moved us on request to a more quiet room away from the street. I am sure in summer it would get busy and fun here but we were glad for the quiet stay. Most staff were lovely!! but just one or two were outright unfriendly which was unnecessary and affected our stay. Not sure if it was because of our Australian accent that there was an instant judgement? Really strange as we are quiet people. Having worked in hotel reception/reservations for 4 years, I can truly say the attitude from some of the staff here was a little ridiculous - Don't work in a hostel if you don't like being around tourists lol! Maybe we just caught them on a bad day....

- PASCALE (4/5): A fuir le samedi, 2 nuits c'est trop ! - L'emplacement très bien situé et la propreté de la chambre. Etablissement cher pour des lits en dortoirs A côté d’un bar hyper bruyant. L'impossibilité toute la nuit de dormir à cause des fêtards qui rentrent continuellement la nuit en plus des nuisances sonores extérieures. Que fait la direction ? Si elle existe ... Les lits ne sont pas très confortables (lits superposés qui grincent et bougent au moindre geste), la luminosité de la chambre est gênante la nuit (pas de volets seulement des rideaux trop petits qui laissent passer la lumière de l'extérieur de plus la lumière ne s'éteint pas dans les couloirs et passe sous la porte de la chambre), (les lumières du ventilateur et du détecteur de fumée mal placés). L'interrupteur principal aussi n'était pas au bon endroit et il n'y en avait aucun à côté des 2 lits. Même pas une petite tablette pour table de nuit. Douches et toilettes situées dans le couloir. Douches côté femmes trop petites et peu fonctionnelles (rien pour poser ses affaires de bain ni ses vêtements). Le bruit de la canalisation du lavabo de la chambre plusieurs fois dans la nuit.

- Judit (9/5): - It was really comfortable, great location - good base for exploring around Donostia. Some hotels I've stayed in weren't any more comfortable than this. Overall great value. And Pilar, the owner is very helpful too The only thing I would mention is that the neighbors are quite loud, but if you close the window the insulation is pretty good!

- Degroote (8/5): Très spacieux - L'emplacement, les espèces collectifs, l'ambiance, la décoration, la propreté, l'accueil du personnel. Mon lit qui grinçait lorsque je bougeais, le fait que pour atteindre la cuisine, il fallait sortir du bâtiment et marcher dans la rue ( pour les chambres à 2 lits).

Me gusto la experiencia - Me encanto la ubicación, nos permitio acceder a las zonas de San Sebastian más simpáticas, comer pinchos en Sebastopol, desayunar en el café de la vuelta. las camas eran cómodas. Muy buena onda del personal. No tengo quejas. Muchas gracias

- Sara (8/5): Alloggio in camera da 4 con bagno privato. - Ostello grande in ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Ottimi servizi, letti comodi. Personale sempre disponibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. Non c’era la possibilità di aprire la finestra nella camera da letto e faceva molto caldo, oltre al fatto che non potevamo cambiare l’aria, per fortuna quella del bagno si apriva.
