- Jin (3/5): バスタブが使えないホテル - 良い点：部屋にアリがいなかった。 検索条件で部屋にバスタブがあるホテルに限定して予約したのに、がっかりでした。 バスタブはたしかに部屋にあります。しかしお湯を溜めることができません。なぜなら栓がないからです。バスタブの中でシャワーを使用できるだけです。バスタブとしての機能を利用できません。まるで詐欺です。他の人のレビューで水圧やボイラーについて書かれているのを読みましたが、まさかの展開でした。 直接フロントまで行って面と向かって風呂の栓のことについて伝えようと思いました。フロントに到着しましたがチェックインしてくれた人はフロントにはいません。ふと後ろを見ると彼女はカフェで食事をしていました。 部屋に風呂の栓がないですよ、と彼女に伝えました。 すると彼女は口の中のものを飲み込んでから、すべての部屋で栓を置いていないんです、風呂の栓は月契約の部屋にのみ置いてあります。その他の部屋では客が自分で用意しなければなりません。自分で用意したら使えるよ、と奇妙な事を言いました。 ちょっと待ってください、風呂の栓を持ち歩く旅行者がどこにいるのでしょうか？私の知らない間に風呂の栓を持ち歩くことが一般的な世界になってしまったのでしょうか？普通の方々は旅行に風呂の栓を持って行かないと思うのは世界に私だけなのでしょうか。 ホテルの常識と私の常識がかけ離れているため、この時点で異常さに気付くべきでした。他の人のレビューをもっと良く読むべきだったのかもしれません。 食い下がらずに、どうして使えないの？どうするの？ないなら貸してよ、とすこしごねたら食事中だった彼女は面倒な客の対応が嫌になったのか、妥協案を提示しました。 "明日メイドに伝えます。今日はメイドが帰ってしまいました。だから明日になります。" このときの時間は17:19でした。メイドは17時で帰ってしまうんでしょうね。だったらフロントであるあなたが対応するべきでしょう。もしくは他のスタッフに持っていくように伝えるとか。 彼女は絶対にメイドに伝えないだろうと思っていました。そしてその通りになりました。 結局、滞在している期間中はバスタブの中で体を洗うだけでした。 見た目が立派なホテルだけにとても残念な経験です。今回の経験を通じてホテルの評価が良くない理由を理解することができました。 あと、朝食は中国人客向けの内容です。私が朝食をとっている間に責任者と思われるボーダー柄のポロシャツを着た中年男性が食堂スタッフに対して”電気がついていない！”と大声で叱責していました。

They were very attentive, pleasant, and service minded. The Karen staff spoke limited Thai, but very good English. So when you need something, say it in English, that will be much easier. The ‘very very’ low water pressure to take a shower. It took inefficient time to shower, especially washing hair. So you don’t feel fresh after shower. This is because water from the pipe (sourced from tank on top of building) is connected to the shower room’s small water heater hung on the wall. So you adjust water temperature at the water heater. But even with no heating at all, the cold water doesn’t come out fast. To correct the issue, the heated water should be sourced from the main boiler on top of the building, but then the hotel did not have separate hot water pipes in the system. Only one line water pipe was planned, that’s why they installed a wall water heater in each room. Unless they give guest the choice to use only cold water direct from the pipe (not through the heater), this need to be experimented. The reception staff tried every way to help, she kindly upgraded mine to suite room on the lower floor hoping the water pressure wd be better. It was a little better, but still slow.

However, the highlight was the exceptional breakfast! It featured a diverse selection, including fresh fruits, toast, coffee, noodles, and non-vegetarian options. Surprisingly, it was one of the best breakfasts we had during our entire stay across different parts of Thailand. Additionally, the staff were incredibly polite and professional, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience throughout our stay. On the downside, the Wi-Fi signal inside the room was extremely weak, making internet browsing frustrating. The in-room safe was locked and inaccessible. While the Wi-Fi in the lobby was strong, we only noticed it when we departed, so we had the chance to use it only on our departure day. That being said, the overall experience was pleasant, with great hospitality, a fantastic breakfast, and a comfortable stay, making it a memorable part of our trip.

- Md (8/5): Good stay. - I stayed in the sea view room, which was spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was quite good two. The location of the hotel is 5km distant from the mail beach of Pattaya. However, Grab was very available from the location and in 500m distance they had some amazing seafood restaurants. 1. One a couple of staffs speaks English. 2. They did not have any restaurant for lunch or dinner.
- Zaire (2/5): - Pros: Great supportive staff, very kind and welcoming, felt comfort. Cons: Bathroom 3/5. Floor 2/5. Pool 2/5. Biggest flaw: BUGS! Had to be changed to 3 different rooms before actually having a room without critters! They were all over the floor, bathroom sink, by the fridge, even some on the bed! I was itching by the 2nd room! I am thankful the staff understood after I showed videos but the stay itself has promise. And the look fits the profile. But 2nd and 3rd 4th check up should be on rooms, granted I requested 1 early check-in so I excused the tidyness of room # 1 but after the critters were in a 2nd room then I was upset. Sidenote: 1. The power went out at random? Startled me a little Thank you staff but the manager/supervisor needs to just get the exterminator to visit more often

- Iuliia (5/5): Not too bad but a lot of things must be improved. Otherwise your staying will not be satisfactory. - Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The interior of the room was not completed. The location is remote for the beach and all the entertainments. The sea side is not far but you cannot swim or suntan there, and if you want to swim in the sea or walk along the beach you have to take a taxi and it will take you 20min to get there. And it’s not mentioned in the description. That would be nice to have a shuttle bus to the center. The receptionist was indifferent to our complaints and when we asked to help us with the solution of our problems she said if we did not like it we could cancel the booking and find a new hotel which was rude. And the internet connection was poor and slow. If you need to work online or even check your instagram feed you will not be able to do it. There is a bathtub in the room but it’s prohibited to use it which is also not written on the description to the room.

Especially with huge and transparent window and door on balcony it give to you perfect view. Everyday staff here making housekeeping, so you could enjoy clean room permanent. They have a pretty garden and nice lounge there you can spent time or await somebody. There is fitness room, there are you can do excesses. There are absent decoration stuff. On picture I saw flowers. - Jeffrey (2/5): - There is no restaurant on the property and hardly any restaurants within walking distance, The beach is a marsh that smells very badly. The electrical outlets are European so any American devices you’re going to need an adapter. The Internet read about 20 MB however both my friend and I had to continuously log on every few minutes because it would not let us stay connected

Staff assisted with contacting airline English speaking really good doing that little bit extra. This on top of nice apartment highly recommend. Location a little away from everything but otherwise terrific

- sukhyun (8/5): - 새벽에 도착해서 정말 잠만 자려고 예약했던 곳인데 , 제가 좋아하는 스타일이였어요 호텔이 너무 아기자기 예뻤어요 깔끔하고 다만 화장실 수압이 약해서 그점이 아쉬웠어요, 늦은새벽에 도착했는데 방도 업그레이드 해주시고 서비스도 좋아서 만족했어요 앞에 파타야 오션뷰도 만족입니다 :)
