• Meng (10/5): You'll feel like a million bucks when you experience this villa. It's that good. - I've travelled to dozens of cities and hundreds of hotels and this villa was just next-level. A one-of-a-kind hidden gem with a breathtaking view of the sea and an unforgettable villa with infinity pool, japanese room, huge rooms and around-the-clock butlers. You won't find service and quality of this caliber at this price point. Breakfast was exceptional. I don't ever think of coming back to any hotel or villa because I like to explore new places, but this will be an exception! We didn't use the room downstairs but it needed some renovation. Small road to villa can be a bit tough.

Есть тонкости, которые подойдут не всем, о них ниже: Про пляж пешком забудьте- там скала, ее обходить надо, проще ездить в бич клубы на нусадуа. И уточняйте при бронировании про стройку отеля рядом- не критично, но иногда бесит эта тарахтелка в 500 метрах, которая перемешивает бетон. И да, там при нас доделывали дорогу нормальную, потому что местами она очень сельская. Имейте ввиду: некоторые доставки и такси по ней реально отказываются ехать из за выбоин.

• Vikram (10/5): Wonderful stay. We will be back. - The property was exceptional. The staff was waiting for us to arrive, and the property was clean, quiet, beautifully designed, and furnished. The beds were fantastic and staff went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Thank you so much! We will be back No hot water in the main bathroom, and some of us got an upset belly, maybe from the filtered water or food, but nothing too bad. The road to access the property is very bad, but we enjoyed the remote location on the cliff. :)
• Theresia (9/5): Amazing family holiday - The property was amazing, more than we expected. 3 families - 6 adults and 4 children, and there were plenty of rooms, as well as dining table seats for all of us. The caretakers were very polite and friendly, and communication was very smooth. We absolutely love the place. Definitely recommend this villa. They also helped us arrange massage at the villa, where there were a couple of massage tables, as well as laundry. Ordered a Babi Guling dinner one night, and there were so much food, everything tasted amazing. Very tasty daily breakfast, with enough choices to spoil us. We also ordered a couple of lunches, to try the local food such as oxtail soup and sate lilit. Everything was delicious. It's not exactly close to much. Those who like peace and quiet, this is perfect. Definitely need a car to get around, not walking distance to anywhere, as it takes time just to get to the main road. The road to the villa is quite rough too, hopefully it can be improved soon.

The staff were always available when needed yet maintained a discreet presence, making our experience even more enjoyable. • Svintsova (10/5): Amazing view, huge villa, beautiful Infiniti pool! - Amazing view from villa to the ocean 😍 Villa is huge, 7 bedrooms, all rooms have different design, everything is clean and cozy. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend for big group or family. We stayed few time already in that villa, like so much !!! in a small room near the elevator in the bathroom the ceiling leaks, when it rains the whole floor and sink are covered in water. It is better to make the bathroom completely closed in this room …
• Ruth (10/5): A beautiful place to reunite and relax with family from - It is a beautiful, spacious and luxurious villa in such a peaceful location and with fabulous views over the ocean. Morning sunrises were particularly beautiful. All the staff were wonderful. We had 3 young children with us and they were always really kind with them. The chef was wonderful. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The choices for the evening were varied and always superbly well done at a very reasonable cost. There is very little that we didn’t like. It is a very secluded place - so any excursions had to be organised with a driver.

Ai took the time to make us feel very welcome. What's more, my mother-in-law was feeling unwell during our visit, and Ai went above and beyond to take care of her. She provided her with some medicine and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Ai's kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. nothing to say everything well covered.
• Rachel (10/5): Enjoying the dream family getaway at Tirta Kencana Villa in Bali - The awesome sea view, 24/7 service team and culinary services! The location is good and bad, it’s quite far to the town area but you got the awesome seaview , and the villa outside road is uneven.
• Marlene (10/5): Great view, big rooms, bigger bathrooms, I just wish we could stay longer. - The villa comes with a butler who met us during check in and helped us throughout our stay. The property was amazing, the view was the deciding factor when I decided to book with them. We were hosting an event at the villa and the villa manager was very helpful in helping us sort things out. Breakfast was great, but it will be helpful for the attendant to create a written list of what we ordered, because we didn't remember ourselves and they had to keep asking us what we ordered.

They did a wonderful job decorating the rooms, preparing the cake and even singing the birthday songs! Beautiful and well maintained villa that is good for our extended family birthday celebration get-together. Great ocean views and windy. Location is isolated. A vehicle is required to leave the villa. Traffic in bali is generally very bad.

The staffs could have been more attentive. They ask a question and dissapear for an hour or 2. We had to look for them for service or queries which was not nice. Breakfast wasn't fresh specially fruits. The swimming pool was deep and wasn't friendly for kids and people with short height who cannot swim. The floors around swimming pool was very slippery even walking with caution, lots of slips and falls were occurred during our trip. Villa didn't allow cooking which was sad. Saying this, staffs were friendly and villa was very nicer but I wouldn't book this villa as addressed above.

• Dae (10/5): The pool and the villa was amazing! - The great service the butler provided 24hours. More detailed than any other 5 star hotels I stayed in. The area was still in construction and so the roads were like off-road and bumpy. There was no shops or restaurants nearby and everything was relied on the service from the team.

• Tan (8/5): A great property with friendly and hospitable staff - For me, the best part of the stay was the hospitality of the staff, especially our butler Jerry. He was always there to help us the best he could with our requests, and would take the initiative to offer suggestions on what to do or where to go, including warning us about tourist traps, which was greatly appreciated. The villa itself was also huge and comfortable, with lots of rooms and spacious common areas where everyone could feel comfortable hanging out together. It was also strategically located on top of a mini-hill on top of a cliff, so we had the best view of the beach, and of the fireworks from the nearby Roosterfish Beach Club. (which btw only happens on Saturday nights) For me, the worst part of the stay was having to endure the bumpy car rides in and out of the villa. We learnt from our butler that these roads were not properly paved yet due to pending plans for nearby developments. I guess it wouldn't be an issue if you're planning to spend most of your trip in the villa itself, but if you're looking to go out daily, it can get quite annoying. Perhaps another thing that could possibly be improved on is the water pressure of the shower upstairs. That being said, you can still take a decent shower, just not ideal. And lastly, we were quite shocked when we were told that the kitchen would be charging us 130,000 IDR per pax just for indomie which we had requested for breakfast the next day. Even though we understand that it's quite normal for such nice accommodations to charge hefty prices for extra items/requests, they told us that we could not cancel the request as the kitchen had already prepared the ingredients such as chicken and eggs. To our dismay however, they served it plain with no other ingredients except for some fried shallots. Fortunately, we had our kind butler Jerry, who subsequently arranged for another meal of indomie with the chicken and eggs that they promised. He's truly the best.

• Roland (9/5): Very nice villa. - The villa is great. Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Food was ok, but not special. The access to the villa was via an unfinished road. We had organized a day trip with a large bus (25 seater) and because of the bad road the bus could not reach the villa, so we had to use multiple Grabs to shuttle between the villa wnd the main road. I would have appreciated if this detail was mentioned by the owner.

• Prashanth (10/5): Overall the property was great, fantastic design and superbly maintained. - The Villa is excellent and absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice and is even more breathtaking in person. All the rooms are quite spacious (especially the Master Bedroom) and the public spaces are large. The garden is quite nice with an great infinity pool (which the kids loved). The only thing better was the service provided by the staff who were all wonderful. For a large group (we were 13), this is ideal and the owners were very responsive to all our questions. You can see how much love they have put into this property. They also have another villa in the same complex (and has the capacity to do events). There are 3 eating areas, lovely pool, multiple public spaces for hanging out and a nice gazebo that we spent out evenings at. There is even a Sonos sound system that you can connect to and play your own music throughout the house! I would absolutely rent this villa again in a heartbeat and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed if you do so. The location is very secluded (which we liked), which may be a turn off for some people and you definitely needed to hire transportation to go anywhere.

• Naomi (10/5): Private and luxurious villa perfect for large groups and weddings - The best way to provide a review for the villa is to answer all of the questions we were concerned about before our stay as the team hosted our wedding. The photos do not do this property justice. The architecture and design is breath taking. Yes, there is unfinished construction next to the area, however all of the villas face the opposite direction with high walls and there is no ongoing work or noise. Breakfast was great with variety and plenty to feed 12 people. I would strongly recommend the banquet menu, the serving size is very generous and the food is delicious. The rooms are very spacious, spotless and with all amenities you would need for your stay. The team went above and beyond to help us with our event. The house manager Ai purchased flowers in her own time to assist with decorations and made wonderful suggestions to add to our day. The pool is large, clean and the perfect temperature. There are parts of the driveway that are unsealed however easily accessible by car and motorbike if you are competent driver. The access adds to the seclusion and privacy of the villa. All rooms were private and when the doors were closed, you could not hear anyone else in property. I cannot fault this property and encourage larger groups to stay here is they are seeking luxury and privacy. I will be recommending this property to my friends and family. Nil

• Ridzuan (10/5): Beautiful villa, perfect for a big family / big group of friends to stay at. Totally private! - The highlight was the property itself. With 6 private rooms, 2 living areas, huge pool, nice big & long dining table - it was all perfect for our big family. The property is just right near the cliff overseeing the Indian Ocean. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Not the fault of the property, but the access road to the property could be a lot better. We knew the property is quite secluded and it is by the cliff (a plus point actually), and we knew we needed to have transport to get the nearest restaurant or convenience store - but didn't expect the access road to be untarred / unfinished road that is bumpy and rocky. Pity the tires!

• LEE (8/5): NIce hotel condition but cant go to the beach. - It was very good condition but resort located very hard. I had difficult to find the resort. If you want to stay there you must check whrere is the located the Resort. Also you cant go to the beach by walk, You have to use by car. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a little bit not good.
