- Peter (2/5): - DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, ALL PICTURES ON EXPEDIA AND GOOGLE ARE FAKE. Traveling with my family from Cavendish to Amos and selected Levis as a middle point to rest for a night, saw the nice pictures posted on Expedia by this place and decided to book a room. When we got here we were toatlly astonished by how poor the rooms were, for starters the room is incredibly small, the doors don't have deadbolts, and my room was missing a chain lock, the beds were filthy with blood stained dirty sheets, there is a water heater room right in the corner of the Motel room and it reeks of rotten wood, the bathroom was very small and there is no ventilation fan, the whole bathroom smells like s*** with a touch of mold. The hair dryer in the washroom was damaged and still hanging there on the wall. For this piece of s*** room they charged me $245 for the night, which is more than the room deserves. I advise everybody to pay more and stay at the real hotel then come to this piece of s*** hotel.

- Anastasia (2/5): - There was nothing to like. It was a very run down, poorly maintained property. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She tried to tell me that they didn't have my reservation, even though i had an email confirmation from Expedia. She knew i couldn't speak French but she continued speaking French anyway. I paid extra to have a room in the "Hotel" section but that is not what we got. There was supposed to be coffee in the room which wasn't there. When we asked on our second day she assured us that she would have a coffee maker in our room that evening but it never showed up! The property advertised a restaurant and bar on site but the bartender said there has been no food service for over 4 years. The atmosphere at the property did not feel safe. There was a police car that patrolled the area on a regular basis which added to the uneasy feeling. I am very disappointed in Expedia for not having updated pictures and information for this property. If i had seen pictures in it's current state, i would never have considered booking it!! AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!

- Helit (2/5): - The rooms were literally suffocating. AC had so much dust on it that no air was coming out No bathroom fan for ventilation The whole room was stuffed in a 4x4 closet to be honest. Had to keep the door open to let the air in.

Encore le client est pris là dedans, Expedia ne prend aucune respondabilité et je ne dis riens de l'hôtel. Auncune protection pour se genre de situation pour le client. Je me suis faire avoir, je ne recommende surtout pas l'Hotel et ni expédia qui ne vais rien de leur responsabilité.

The room itself was quite crowded with not alot of space to walk. The picture on the website is absolutely nothing compared to the room we got. The door to the room automatically locked when we went outside so we were unsure if it was really locked when we were inside. There was no lock on the inside of the door. Hard to feel safe like this. Would not recommend.

Lit sal, les meuble trop usé, douchette cassée, les draps du lit très ancienne, le tapis du couloir très ancien et sale,aussi l'eclairage du chambre et faible et mal placé .y'a pas de champoing dans la douche, par contre le monsieur à l'acceuil était très gentille et serviable même le dame du bar est très serviable.
- Mark (2/5): - Room was terrible, worst I’ve ever seen. Scotch tape holding picture in frame which was falling out, lamp with no light bulb and light missing the glass around them. No soaps or shampoo and when I asked they brought dried up packets of soap and bars of soap broken into unusable pieces. The toilet seat fell off when I went to lift it. The sink was set in crooked and I moved it straight. The walls had stains and the smoke alarm had an opening in ceiling around it. I do have pictures and it was room 122. Needed a place to sleep and it was too late to fight with Expedia to get a refund. Expedia should be ashamed to have this place listed. No where near what pictures show.

We asked about hot water to send at my room but that is also not shared buy them. Really behavior was not so good. Even in night at 3 PM somebody stared Fire alarm suddenly that was horrible whole sleep was effected.

I had to go tell him. This hotel is not sanitary and in very desperate need of repair. I do not recommend.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Nice service at a sub par motel - The room was very small and smelled horribly. The room was also very dirty and I had to go buy my own towels to use. Also had to buy garbage bags there was not garbage can in the room. Also needed to February the room daily to make the smell tolerable. All we did was sleep there and we had to do a lot to make it possible. I would not recommend this location.

Staff insistently accused me of trying to pay with an expired credit card and offered no apoligies when proven they are the one at fault. Do not rely on the pictures, they have absolutely nothing to do with the derelict state of the room you will rent.

- Laura (6/5): - As a solo woman traveling, I felt Uncomfortable staying at this property. Men were hanging out in front of their room. There was a pick up truck backed up to a room with two people sitting in the back, socializing with people in the room. The police periodically Patroled the parking lot and at one point I was getting something from my car thanks spoke to the police and couldn’t believe the motel was on Expedia. I made sure I had the chain across my door at all times and left immediately in the morning. That said, there was nothing wrong with the room at all. It was clean had a refrigerator and smart TV and I think the shower was brand new.
- Michel (2/5): Nope. - Worst place i have ever stayed. It was just so dirty and gross. There was mold in some places. Ac was dirty and they rewired it to the point it was a fire hazard. One of the fridges had mold in it. It was cheap so i took it but you get what you pay for. Just don't.
- Simon (4/5): - Très pénible ont a été reçu comme dans un Dollorama la chambre sentait mauvais avec plein de trou dans les murs sale de bain sale avec aucun service.nous avons dormi dans un lit avec un trou dans le matelas et en me levant ce matin bonjour le mal de dos . Une chance que c’était une nuit nous avons décidé de se laver à la maison tellement peur de toucher à la douche. Ca fait des années que j’utilise Hôtel.com et c’est la première fois que je réserve un motel de mauvais qualité la nuit ne valait le prix que j’ai payé très déçu. Je suis surpris que vous offrez ces chambres de cette hôtel

- John (6/5): Ignore this place. - Bathroom had been updated but that’s about it. Bed needs to be replaced, the term “kitchenette “ needs to be modified since there was basically a small fridge and sink, microwave, hot plate was a mess. Furniture as a whole would need to be replaced and thrown out. Only one wastebasket and curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. Parking lot had cigarette butts and broken glass.

- Sajad (2/5): - Very dirty place. Found bedbugs on the walking around, brought the issue to the management proof of video and live bug in the cup. But they refused to cooperate and refund the amount. DO NOT BOOK at THIS PLACE. Expedia did not help out too.
- Ghida (2/5): - I am extremely disappointed with this experience. It was a terrible way to end our vacation, and it was the most stressful and unpleasant night of the trip. I am requesting a refund from Expedia due to the lack of security, false information, and cleanliness. This place should not be listed on Expedia, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. It was not safe at all. First of all, I had booked in the hotel, not a motel, because all the pictures on Expedia's website made it look nice and well-kept. But when we got there, it was a terrible surprise. The front desk was disgusting, and the staff rude. I was very scared because I was alone with my kids. The room was filthy. The door felt unsafe and we saw bugs on the bed. I had brought my own sheets and put them on the pillows, but I couldn’t sleep all night because I was very worried. There were people in the room next to us shouting about bedbugs, The bathroom was disgusting, the tub has a hole taped and there were big ants walking on the floor. The worst part was that I felt completely unsafe. The environment was chaotic, with people shouting, drinking, and the smell of drugs in the air. One drunk man was holding a bottle and circling around. I was afraid to leave my room. they charged me $148.76 It was completely overrated, and I felt scammed. The actual condition of the motel was far from what was advertised. It was clear that the pictures on the website were either outdated or heavily edited to make the place look better
- Katharine (2/5): - The first room had no bedsheets on the second bed (sofa bed), just a stained mattress. The bathroom door appeared not to be cleaned and with what looked like bloodstains amongst other grime. The main door had a chain on the door but no latch on the wall!!!! When I reported this, the receptionist offered me a second room. Different issues in this room. Water dripping from the bathroom ventilation fan and water all over the bathroom floor, a falls hazard. Mold on the ceiling. The whole room had a strong, unpleasant odour. TV not working (no service) and the buttons on the remote control were all scratched off. Telephone in the room not working, no dial tone. The bedroom door was difficult to properly latch and unable to verify if locked from the outside once you are in the room since there was no deadlock or button on the handle. The réponse of the receptionist? I’m being difficult for the cheapest room in the city! I paid $178 and I expect a half decent room that respect health and safety standards!

- Raja Shekar (2/5): - Washing roof is leaking water from upstairs. Room reals of some chemical smell. Definitely would not recommend staying here.
- Ian (4/5): - Strong cigarette odor in the room. Spots on the wall under the mirror in the bathrooom.
- Dhruv (2/5): - Our room which we first got was not at all clean there were stuff in the drawers and then when we went for complaining their cleaning staff was drinking alcohol and beers which was so disgusting to us. We got the other room but that was also not upto the mark and we were even not provided with proper toiletries.
- Piratheeban (2/5): - The place was not in living condition. There was blood on the comforter, on the towels. The mirror was broken and there was a second mirror in the bathroom that was dirty. The shower head had pink residue on it and the bathtub seemed to broken and repaired with duct tape. I would not recommend this place even if you have to pay double the price. I booked the room for 2 nights because I participated in the boucle videotron. I only noticed the mess in the room as I was busy eating and preparing my bike for the next day. The reception was closed at midnight and only opened at 8. I had to leave for 7 for the ride and they would not refund me after I completed the ride. Imagine riding 6 hours on a bike without showering properly.
- Sandra (4/5): - There was lots of very hot water. Room was clean. Advertised as a non smoking premises which was completely untrue! The parking lot had rows of chairs blocking the sidewalks and butts all over the ground with clusters of smokers hanging around everywhere. In the evening the hallway reeked of marijana and in the morning it stunk of cigarette smoke. Cannot recommend despite the clean room.

- Jean Daboul (2/5): - I had to stay up for more than 30 minutes to find someone to serve me. the room was horrible and there was a cigar smell in the room. I had to buy my own disinfectant to get through the night.
