• Herbert (5/5): Gute Lage mit einer sehr gemütlichen Bar, leider ohne Restaurant. Zimmer bedarf Zuwendung. - Das Frühstück war für 18 €/P. exzellent. Selten so eine Auswahl erlebt, Das Zimmer war ruhig, aber etwas dunkel. Die Beleuchtung war ausbaufähig. Die Möblierung war umfassend, jedoch fehlte jegliche Gemütlichkeit. Dagegen großes und schönes Bad. Leider funktionierte die elektronische Thermostatsteuerung der Heizung nicht regelgerecht, sodass es eines Morgens reichlich kalt war.

• Claudia (10/5): - Wir waren schon 3x in diesen Hotel. Dieses Mal war es extrem schön, da der Frühstücksraum wieder vorne im Hotel ist und sehr gemütlich ist. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer schön und sauber. Als Plus hatten wir den Weihnachtsmarkt direkt vor der Tür. Vielen Dank! Alles!

• Harald (5/5): - Zentrale Lage Wir kamen um 22 Uhr (wie angemeldet), wir hatten einen Pin bekommen, an der Tür war kein Pinpad, nur die Erklärung, am anderen Eingang kämen wir mit einer Chipkarte rein. Die hatten wir ja nicht. Wir haben geklopft (durchs Fenster sah man noch zwei an der Bar sitzen). Wir wurden dann mit der Belehrung empfangen, warum wir den Zettel nicht lesen würden. Ich versuchte mein Unverständnis der Hinweistafel zu erklären, egal. Ich solle es mir fürs nächste Mal merken. Das Zimmer zwar groß, die Matrazen wie ein Trampolin. Auch das Badezimmer groß, aber keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne. Die Möglichkeit sich im Stehen zu duschen ist eigentlich heute Standard, oder?

• Marlis (10/5): Schönes Hotel mit ganz liebem Personal - Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter, mitten im Zentrum gelegen - man war gleich in der Innenstadt 👍und mit super freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab nichts, was gefehlt hat. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😀

• hans (8/5): Voor herhaling vat baar ,zeker omdat je de auto kwijt kon in de garage. - Het ontbijt waren wij tevreden mee, De locatie was een plus punt. Ook moet ik vermelden dat er een goed gevulde Bar aanwezig was op de kamer waar wij helaas door tijd gebrek geen aanspraak op konden maken. Het was jammer dat er op de kamer geen water koker aanwezig was dit i.v.m het zetten van thee, en dat de bar zo vroeg dicht ging.

Dumm, dass die Restaurants immer dann ihren Ruhetag haben, wenn man Gast ist. Es gab aber reichlich Ersatz in der Umgebung. Warum sieht man die Ruhetage nicht in Booking com.

• Yue (2/5): be poor - NO I made a hotel reservation through Booking, but I had some trouble. Customer service feedback said that the hotel front desk can't speak English and the payment method is very inconvenient. I can't pay in advance, and the hotel doesn't provide my bank account for remittance, and the payment link doesn't work, so I can only pay at the front desk of the hotel. It's unbelievable that there is such an inconvenient hotel now. I called Booking customer service four times, hoping that they could help me contact the hotel to solve the payment problem, but they failed to do so, which made me very disappointed.

• Sally (9/5): Amazing hotel, great staff and fabulous location! - The hotel was fabulous, in a perfect location with parking available. The room was big and comfortable and very well equipped. Tina who greeted us on arrival was lovely and extremely helpful with the local area and attractions and was always there if we needed anything. My only criticism would be the lack of tea and coffee making items in the room. Would have been lovely to have a coffee in the room and enjoy the mornings there.

• Luke (8/5): Friendly hotel in a great location. - I have stayed at the Victoria many times and it always hits the mark. Positioned in the middle of the central square could not be better. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast adequate. The rooms are neat, tidy, and spacious. Parking in the underground carpark is free. Overall a great business-type hotel Breakfast hot options could be better, but it's really a minor moan as there are a large variety of other options that are good.
• Maik (10/5): Quality small town hotel - I'm always happy with the Victoria. The classic rooms are very large and comfortable, with great baths. Super friendly staff and the rooms are very quiet for sleeping, even though the building is right on the central market square. The WiFi didn't work at all this time.

In Covid times everyone respected government guidelines which was excellent. Breakfast good and parking was great too. I will stay again when in the region for a meeting.
