We stayed for a few days to shop for necessities before their apartments were available. Wonderful having so much space and two bathrooms. We enjoyed our early morning coffee at the rooftop pool from the cappuccino machine!

• Osvaldo (8/5): - Great place the only issue was privacy the blinds on room 809 are not working in the leaving room and there are several missing in the bedroom MAJOR ISSUE with all the balconies which face every other way allowing for any one to look into your room other than that it was ok for the money.
• Karin (8/5): Great location but furniture and bed uncomfortable - It was an amazing location, pool area was beautiful, and overall cleanliness was good. What we struggled with was all the furniture and toilets were so close to the ground. If you are young and can get off the floor easy, you will have no problem. If you are older, like us, you will struggle.

Very spacious and super clean! The outdoor pool and coffee on the 7th floor was a huge plus! Downtown Miami was only a 20-25 mins drive for us. Totally will be back at the Towers!

The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly made the stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Raúl. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Miami! 5 stars all the way!

The beds were firm, but comfy. The bathrooms were also huge, with plenty of closet space. The hostess was very kind walking us up to the apartment.

• Travis (10/5): Sufficient - This was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was spacious and had great views of downtown Miami in the distance, as well as food options nearby. Only complaints are that the master bathroom had lots of dirty grout in the shower and the carpets were really stained and in bad shape. The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard as well, we didn't sleep that great. But, overall, it was a good place and it met our needs. I would definitely rent from this company again and choose a different unit to stay in.

• Eric (6/5): Worst Experience Ever - The unit was outdated and unclean. There was random blood spots above the headboard in the master bedroom and fingernail clippings on the bathroom floor. There were two full bathrooms and showers but only one person could shower at a time as the water pressure only supported either one shower, or use of laundry machine, but not more than one at a time. They only provided 4 towels for four people for our 4 day stay. On the second day, wife and kids decided to go to the pool, expecting towels to be provided at the pool while all four of our towels were in the washer dryer. Unfortunately there were no towels provided at the pool as we assumed. My wife and kids (age 7&9) were then yelled at by the property manager because they got the tile floor wet in the hallway leading from the pool, as theu didnt have a towel to use. My wife was forced to leave the kids at the pool alone to go back to the condo to get wet towels out of the dryer, per the managers instructions. Apparently while my wife was gone this property manager (Mariellena?) persisted to yell at my children and take photos of them in their bathing suits while my wife was gone to get a towel for them so they didnt get the floor wet. My kids were upset and traumatized. We ended up filing a police report with Miami Police. Fair warning, Avoid this property,

• Kathy Ann (10/5): - I really enjoy staying at the this property. It is perfect for families or friend traveling together. Everyone gets their own room own bed and own bathroom. The gym and pool area is great. The gym is equipped enough for what you would want whilst away from home. I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a complaint but my one complaint this time is housekeeping went way overboard with the Febreeze in the bedroom, it was so intense I could’ve tasted it we had to open the window to air out the room. The linen and pillows were overwhelmingly smelling of Febreeze.

You need to go next door to the entrance of building to check in. The parking wasn’t bad just very small parking spots and was difficult to get in them. I defiantly would stay here again!

• Darren P (10/5): - This is a great place to stay for a few days or longer. We appreciated the ease of walking to the shops at Dadeland Station, literally across the road, to get groceries, coffee, clothing, car rental, etc. It's a 10 minute walk to Dadeland Mall and a dozen restaurants. The property offers free secure parking, night security guard, free package collection for online shopping and the staff are very easygoing. Rooms are bigger and better equipped than most any hotel room, so we'll definitely stay here again when visiting South Miami.
• Jane (8/5): Great stay but a few issues - We really enjoyed our stay; however, we had 3 issues: - the rugs had just been shampooed so they were damp when we arrived. - we were never able to connect to the internet - there is a $250 charge if we don’t leave the parking sign in the room. This is really excessive for a sheet of paper that can easily be duplicated.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from check in to security. We felt right at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend

We used the pool, but there were no towels there either, and no one to ask about it. Other than that, we loved this place, and will return to it.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The condo was very convenient for the business I had to take care of in Miami. It was a 5 minute walk to the Dadeland Mall and a 2 minute walk to the mini mall (Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, etc) next door. The condo was a good size for 2 people. The balcony had a nice view of downtown Miami. However, when we arrived the condo had been cleaned, but there were stains on the carpet throughout and all the walls in the front room were marked up. There was a water bottle under the bed, the front TV had scratches in it, and there was only one remote for the two TVs in the apartment. The utensils had to be rewashed. The AC, which was supposed to be “permanently” set to 74, was stuck on 78 for two days. Communication was excellent. When we called for it to be fixed, someone came right away. The furniture could use some updating as well.

Downside was the carpet was stained throughout my unit. There needed to be a television in the second bedroom and full-length mirrors in both bedrooms. That’s a must for getting dressed to go out😊. The free parking was definitely a plus as I had a car rental!
