The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.

- Ambler (6/5): Stay next door at the Taj. - Decent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.

Papu Singh deserves a mention, a very charismatic helpful young man. Overall a very good experience and nothing negative.

Only issue is that the room doors close automatically and basically slam shut very loudly which is disturbing. Many guests don’t seem to care about annoying others. Perhaps the hotel can do something about that.

I complained to the front office and they send a flunky to my room, who has no idea hwo to handle this issue, ie, of the man smoking and shouting. Not staying again here. This is a glorified 5 Star hotel, which has no idea how to look after its regular guests. I rather go back to the Taj once again. Bad choice.

We cannot say enough amazing things about it. Room was clean and modern with amazing bed and linens, service exceptional, breakfast so abundant, and the staff so accommodating. Easy to grab an Uber. Don’t stay anywhere else in Lucknow or you will be disappointed. This is the best place we found!
- Prabir (6/5): - 1. Check in Time 3 PM where as check out time is 12 noon. It is not covering 23 hours. Not satisfied with the given time. 2. Bathtub not available. 3. Water not getting drained inside the bathroom which is coming out side the bathroom. Required doormat.

- Arjun (10/5): Great Hotel! - Everything about the hotel is excellent. Highly recommended. Its a good experience. Good locality. There is a mall just next to the hotel. The only issue is that the lower floor park view rooms actually do not have park view and have trees in front. So if you are taking a park view room ensure to request for a higher room only else your extra money for the park view will be a waste.
