- Maria (6/5): Upset and frustrated - It’s was ok. The day before we got a call that our room was down graded to 2 beds Instead of 3 beds and there was 5 of us so that was upsetting and still charged the same price. It was a tight stay.

- Teri (4/5): - Booked a room a month in advance for Christmas for my family and got a phone call day of check in that it was not available because person staying in that room extended their stay. They knew ten days before but decided to let me in know day of so I was forced to take a small room with one less bed. They didn’t discount the room or offer anything for the inconvenience. Instead of room with kitchenette I got a mini fridge and microwave and they both did not work even after trying different electrical outlets. They had to know that the appliances were not working. Will never stay there again.
