Guest Reviews

- darlenev815 (2/5): I will not stay here again. - The hotel is clean. That is all I can say in the good realm.
They over charged my credit card by $75.00. This is despite the reservation confirmation paperwork showing the price that was provided as being $75.00 less than the amount charged.
Numerous conversations have not fixed the issue, with the front desk always stating they have to "confer with corporate". They cannot provide an explanation for the extra $75.24 that was charged. And why is the front desk unable to directly resolve issues that arise?
Next - I spent Saturday night listening to a yippy dog next door, into Sunday morning.
And if you like a carb loaded breakfast this is the place to stay.
- Logan (10/5): - Incredible view and ambient Just wish there was a pack n play for our baby
- Dave (9/5): Our two nights in Enterprise. - The people were great. The breakfast was good. The view was incredible. The bathroom was a little small but really all we needed.

- Molly (7/5): - Staff very nice and prepped the breakfast area well. Wish there had been an extra blanket for the bed (it was 29 degrees outside). Tub faucet very difficult to switch to shower (worn out)?.

- Margaret (1/5): Booking.com is absoluely HORRIBLE-we never went to Oregon, this is about Booking.com incompetentence - Booking.com screwed up our hotel reservation. We were going to Enterprise ALABAMA to visit our grandchildren, and this ridiculous organization booked us into OREGON!!!!!! We want our money back and will do what we need to to get it, and to ensure the world knows about the incompetence of Booking.com. Everyone at the Oregon hotel was amazing trying to help us, but..... I do know what I'm going to do if Booking.com doesn't fix this TODAY!
- DIANE (6/5): OK. Sure missed elevator for ADA - decent breakfast and good location Needs elevator for ADA hotel guests
- Nathan (7/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet stay - Staff friendly. Facilities very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was well appointed and staffed Neither tv worked in our room, some sort of issue with directTV or the connection outside the room. Front desk could not assist, but did offer to move our room.
Price was steep at over $200 for a one night off-season stay
- TED (7/5): - THE LADY SUPERVISING THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT ! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. DUE TO BOOKING OUR ROOM THROUGH BOOKING.COM WE DIDN'T GET OUR MILITARY DISCOUNT.
- Tina (7/5): - It was ok. Nothing stands out as special. Booking .com messed up my reservation and the motel wasn't able to do anything to help rectify the charges.
- Sarah (10/5): Wonderful and welcoming! Would absolutely stay here again. - Well to start, I base a lot off of people’s reviews when I’m choosing a new place to stay. This hotel did not disappoint! First of all, the view from the front of the hotel is absolutely stunning! If we ever make our way there again, I’ll definitely ask for a room facing the mountains. The check in process was fast, easy and very welcoming. I was born in Enterprise and it was my first time back. The lady at the desk gave me the location of the old hospital and the address. She gets 10 stars for sure! The room was large, relaxing and very clean. The bed was very comfortable if you like a softer mattress, which I prefer. Plenty of hot water, no shower drainage issues and the mini fridge kept our items very cold. We took advantage of the continental breakfast as well. It was great and had plenty of options. We had eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy in addition to a great little yogurt parfait station. All in all, this place is wonderful. We never used the pool facilities so can’t comment on that. If you’re looking for a place to stay that you can really relax in, this is it. I don’t have any complaints!
- Ann (4/5): Won't be going back. - Breakfast was not what you expected, but the eggs and sausage were good. The beds were uncomfortable, there was a citrus smell, that was pretty strong and the room was dark. Employee was not a professional in customer service. NO ELEVATOR !
- Scott (9/5): -
- Kitty (9/5): Rooms could have more than 1 comfortable chair ., -
- Sailee (10/5): Very clean and comfortable room, great location and great facility. - Great location! Clean rooms.
- Emilie (10/5): Nice clean hotel with great breakfast and pool area. - Very clean and nice amenities. Nothing everything was great!
- Dennis (8/5): Enjoyable - Enjoyed the breakfast and the room was very nice. Staff were all pleasant. We stayed 3 nights. If our room would have a view of the mountains and not the back parking lot. Why didn't he ask us?
- Natalie (7/5): -
- Tran (7/5): On the way home, simple, clean, not close to much…but access to hwy. -
- Brett (10/5): - Great front desk staff
- Brett (10/5): -
- David (10/5): Perfect place to stage before our backcountry hunting trip - Everthing was great! na
- Richard (7/5): - Location, nice amenities . Decent breakfast Non functioning spa which is the reason I chose this hotel over another
- Michael (10/5): - Great location and comfortable stay!
- April (9/5): Very impressed - Very nice staff and clean. Brkfst was nice as well Beds were pretty worn. Sunk to the middle . Only complaint
- Brett (10/5): Great staff, very clean - Woke up too early for breakfast n/a
- Meghann (9/5): Overall great stay….but please add some flavored creamer to your coffee area! - Friendly, clean, updated First hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have flavored creamer. Really would have made my day if they had even some regular vanilla coffemate stashed in the back for us gals that like a little coffee with our creamer.
- Cheryl (5/5): I picked that place for the mountain view and it is indeed a beautiful one. - The waffle batter was about gone and only a thick amount was left. The next morning it was definitely better. Our room was not cleaned for our whole stay. If we asked or saw a cleaner they would bring us fresh towels and empty wastebaskets. I don't blame the cleaning people. When we wanted more toilet paper we were told that person who could get it was gone for the day so we went down to get it. The level of service was minimal. There was a help wanted billboard on the street so it's possible that everyone was doing their best.

- Michael (9/5): -
- Ewa (7/5): Nothing special - Easy to find Breakfest. Too early and not good
- Monica (1/5): Difficult to work with - Extremely difficult to work with and didn’t acknowledge my grievance. Nothing
- David (10/5): - Very good
- David (10/5): - Good
- Joe (8/5): - Has everything you could ask for in a motel in a remote location
- Robert (4/5): - Check in was a confusing mess. Nick kept trying to tell me I reserved room with two queen beds. I showed him my confirmation of a king bed. He finally admitted that the reservation probably got changed due to over booking. I told him that wasn't acceptable. He then spoke to his "manager" and mysteriously a king room became available. I travel a lot and probably will avoid staying with Best Western in the future.
- Steven (10/5): - The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining. Easy walk to multiple eating places. The renovated rooms are very nice. Loved the shower and the fire table outside.
- Jennifer (10/5): Nice place - Very clean
Good breakfast
Laundry room was clean
Nice comfortable room with a very nice bed that I wanted to take home.
- Chris (10/5): - Very nice stay.
- Gregory (8/5): - .
- Darlene (8/5): - Nice place to stay with an awesome view!
- Steele (10/5): -
- William (8/5): - Nice room
- edbY2309JT (6/5): No elevator at this motel, but a good view if you can get up there. - This $200 a night motel was clean, quiet and with a good view of the mountains. Buyer beware! There is no elevator at this motel. For those of us that have bad knees and legs. This is not the motel for you.
The breakfast is mediocre. Potatoes are outlawed at this motel. Do not expect any potatoes. My wife and I decided that next time we will go out to the Red Rooster for breakfast.
Internet worked well. Key door locks work well the swimming pool looked inviting but we didn’t use it. They give you six pillows +2 extras on the shelf but no blanket. Now, why would we want 8 pillows in one room?
- Patrick (10/5): - Beautiful setting, great staff, quiet
- Boel (10/5): - This hotel has been run in a few reiterations over the years, and one can tell that the hotel is not brand new. That said, BW had done some nice upgrades to bring the standard to what one expects from a hotel in the BW chain. The room was comfortable and spacious, with upgrades in USB portals and outlets. It was nice and clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast was very nice both the items and the staff. A very pleasant stay.
- Rodney (10/5): -
- BruceS868 (10/5): Wonderful staff - Great stay. A pretty typical Best Western, but the staff made the difference. When we first checked in tried the tv because we wanted to watch a football game. Couldn't get it to work. Went to the front desk and the person came to the room to try to fix it. Did a reboot of the system. He left. I tried again after the reboot, still no luck. Informed the desk and they upgraded us to a suite. That's customer service I haven't seen in years. Stayed 3 nights. All the staff was friendly. Hotel was super clean.
- Joseph (8/5): - Good
- Tara (10/5): - Absolutely lovely staff and a clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast was great. Food was hot and hospitality was friendly and helpful.
- Janette (10/5): - Staff was wonderful
- Tina (10/5): - Excellent breakfast
- Logan (8/5): - Location provided a great view. The room was big enough to spread out a little. The staff was friendly and efficient. No elevator!
- Staci (6/5): - The beds are the worst
The area is great
- Bindu (8/5): - Hotel could use some upkeep in terms of building maintenance and facility cleanliness.
Proximity to Enterprise and Joseph is a plus. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting the area.
- Darrell (6/5): - Beds and sheets are uncomfortable. At the time of our stay hot tub was out of order, this was part of reason for stay at hotel
- Thomas (8/5): - Smelled like chlorine
- John (8/5): - Quiet
- Kenneth (10/5): - Convenient location outside of town but minutes from downtown restaurants, the Terminal Gravity Brewery, and a wonderful view of the Wallowa Mountains
- Dan (8/5): -
- Jane (10/5): - Clean, convenient location.
- Cody (2/5): - Gone WAY downhill since it changed to Best Western.
- Lawrence (10/5): Great staff, excellent hotel, very good breakfast! - Great staff, excellent hotel, very good breakfast! Beds too soft
- Tina (9/5): -
- Mary A (6/5): - Didnt like the fact that when i booked tbis reservation that YOU HAD NO ELEVATOR!
THAT SHOULS PF BEEN DISCLOSED
- Jeffery (10/5): - The hotel was a clean and comfortable stay and each staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They treated us like welcome guests. Exceptional service from all. Thank you!
- Carrie (10/5): - Our stay was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent.
- Rosemary (8/5): Nice property for family travel. Had grandkids and with a pool an sauna and very quite made a nice place to stay - Beautiful view from our room Don’t like the price over 700 for two nights
- The (10/5): Great experience - Just the place and people real nice bunch N/a
- Maria (10/5): Thank you - Nice clean
- Fran (10/5): sery nice place - room was very clean and the food was great nothing
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Breakfast not so good. Strange looking fried egg and frozen yogurt
- Rebecca (7/5): Room was more expensive when I checked in then when I booked. - Didn't use The TV channels were not adequate for the price of the room.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cesar (10/5): - Overlooking the mountains was perfect picture
- Kel (10/5): - We've stayed at this location each time we've visited the Wallowas & Joseph. The staff is very helpful & courteous. The rooms are clean & the breakfast offered a good variety.
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eurto (9/5): Superb -
- Carla (8/5): Very good -
- Connie (8/5): - No elevator!!! Suite rooms do get much warmer than the bedroom areas. Living area in suite could use lights in the sink area.
- Rodney (10/5): - Beautiful property, beautiful hotel staff. They're professional, very friendly breakfast in the morning was awesome
- Puccetti (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean without having that awful chemical cleaning smell that so many places have. Everything worked and there were plenty of electrical outlets.
- Wanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ron (8/5): Very good - Nice view, friendly staff Cell coverage is pretty weak. I realize the hotel can’t change this. It’s just a fact.
- Francine (8/5): - We liked the hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious; it was a suite with a separate sitting area. The view was fabulous as the hotel sits on a hill overlooking a green valley with snow-capped mountains in the distance. The complimentary breakfast had lots of yummy options. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor and the hotel does not have an elevator. We are 70+ years old and brought heavy luggage, so we got a workout (without having to go to the fitness room)!
- Robert (6/5): - Breakfast was poor - little selection and low quality
- Mila (10/5): A pleasant experience in every way possible. - Breakfast was fine. The location has a spectacular view and enough space to walk around with my dog. The room was quiet even though it was on the first floor and close to the pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The coffee and hot water for a decent variety of teas available all day/evening long was a big plus. Excellent finish sauna was also a wonderful feature. Can't think of anything.
- Meryl (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view I did. Costly for a 3 *
- Teresa (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Good - Clean, and nice, but the jacuzzi was cold.. and not heating up!! The jacuzzi wasn’t working correctly
- Jenny (9/5): We had a great time and were able to spend a lot of time visiting with family. - We had a 4 day stay and the breakfast was wonderful.
The best thing about our stay was the pet friendly service. We have 2 Labrador retrievers and the accommodations for them were great- no carpet in the room, sheets, towels, dog bowls and treats. We were able to walk our dogs behind the Sure Stay every morning. Your dog accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. We will stay stay at the Enterprise Sure Stay again. We really can’t think of anything 😀
- Bill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (10/5): - I’ll be glad to stay there again
- Dan (7/5): Great Views. Comfy Room - Paid for the Mountain View room was worth the extra $10. Rim clean bed comfortable When we went to breakfast there was a tray for hot food and was completely empty, after we were in there for 15 minutes someone finally came and checked on it. Made due with what was available.
