Not a pleasant experience given $.Then had a "adjoining" room with a VERY loud family. Front desk did not move us. Had to complain 5x! Very hard couch, dated room & rough linens

• Rizk (5/5): Un dépannage rapide, mais une expérience à ne pas refaire - Proximité autoroute Au sixième étage, chambre 601, à côté de la glaciaire: beaucoup de bruit. En plus la porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas de l’extérieur!! Même si j’avais mentionné le problème rien n’est fait. Le petit déjeuner était très limité et peu de quantité! Par contre, Home 2 à Montréal ou à Burlington étaient excellents! À vrai dire, je ne m’attendais pas à cela pour un Hilton! Et, je ne sais pas pourquoi ils n’ont pas la même qualité même si c’est la même chaine et le même nom!!!

• 514darrellt (2/5): Cockroach Hotel - Arrived at midnight and went to first room with two beds. Full of baby and adult cockroaches. Took videos and photos and went to front desk. Offered a new room but only had a king and pull out. No bugs but not equivalent room. Was told GM would be on site at 7 am. Checked out at 11 but not available. Left my number and asked her to call me. I called her two hours later and left a message for her to call me back. Applied a $50 credit to CC but still no call or discussion. Called Hilton Corp and sent photos and videos. I was offered a full refund and an apology I stay in approx 80 hotels per year and have been traveling for over 35 yrs and have never experienced such treatment. DO NOT STAY HERE…..

• Jeniffer (8/5): My kids had a great time. - I like the location and the room that can have 5 people in one room. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The bed was ok. Not as comfortable as I expected though. My husband has pain in his back when he woke up. I was not able to sleep well as well

• ifty (4/5): High price poor service.....Not recommended....Don't be fool by the label "Hilton' - Very clean rooms, spacious....New building....Very nice lounge... Our flight was late, we informed the hotel that we were checking in late. Booked room for family of 4. Only one King bed in room. Sofa bed will not open. Night Staff doesn't know how to open sofa bed. No extra beddings, pillows or Duvet. I have to sleep on the floor and use bedding spread to cover for cold. Thanks it was summer.... Online checking was down, has to wait 30 min (at 1 am) before allowed to get into the room. Staff refuse to give us room without checking into the computer - which was down. Morning staff sort out the sofa bed, and provided extra beddings and duvet.

Cute pool and perfect for the kids We were beside the elevator and there was probably something broken in it as we were hearing a bang each time someone was using it. Woke us up numerous times! Bed not comfortable at all; way too soft and was rolling around when my husband was moving. Price was not good at all. $300 a night for a very bad experience

Oktober 2025 deshalb eine E-Mail an Home 2 Suites by Hilton geschickt habe, bekam ich keine Antwort. Deshalb werde ich bei meiner Bank Einsprache erheben. Eine ärgerliche Angelegenheit.

• Jacinthe.Llap (6/5): Propre sans plus - La chambre était propre. Le sandwich déjeuner était nourrissant. Un endroit pour dormir sans plus. La ventilation de la salle de bain n'était pas fonctionnelle, la chambre étant petite, c'était incommodant pour l'humidité et les odeurs. Il n'y avait que quelques fruits non arrangés pour le déjeuner, les plateaux étaient souvent vides et il n'y avait pas de lait pour mettre dans le café qui était bien mauvais. Le service était distant. L'hôtel est positionné dans un quartier industriel, il n'y a rien autour. Beaucoup trop cher pour l'expérience.

Love the free continental breakfast that’s included- bacon, eggs, bread, oatmeal, yogurt and 24hr coffee & tea in lobby. Room is very clean. AC a little humming sound but I like the white noise to help sleep. Good value and clean bed & towels.
• esther (5/5): Pésima relación calidad precio - Si es una parada en el camino está bien, cerca de la autopista y con una cocina equipada( q para una noche no usarás). La habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda. Está ubicado en un polígono industrial sin nada cerca, necesitas el coche para todo. Suelo de recepción y ascensores siempre mojado porque la gente usa la piscina y nadie controla los accesos a otras zonas. A la llegada el Sr de recepción muy desagradable, tras decir varias veces q pagaríamos en efectivo nos hizo el cargo en la tarjeta. La habitacion estaba limpia pero el sofá roto y sucio. Desayuno malisimooo de los peores que he visto, sin bacon huevos insipidos, sin bollería, sin embutido… unos cereales de caja y poco más.

• Kathy (9/5): We always try and stay at a Hilton hotel as we get a comfortable place to stay and a good selection for breakfast. - Location to highway and restaurants. Had a nice outdoor seating area. The room was great. Lots of room and the beds were on the former side which my husband and I like. Water wasn’t readily available to fill a water bottle, the hot water for tea that is available 24/7 wasn’t hot. The set up the breakfast wasn’t ideal. The waffle maker would hit the upper cabinet when you opened it up which moved it and could be a concern if someone accidentally touched the griddle. When mentioned it to hotel staff they advised that they couldn’t move it as it was the only spot that has a plug.

• Wendy (6/5): - The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, but the bed was nice. The pool deck was very slippery, and my grandson almost fell several times. It would have been good to have towels available close to the pool. In the bathroom, the toilet tissue dispenser was in a very awkward place, requiring one to reach back to access the paper—very difficult for anyone with shoulder issues. For the money, it certainly was underwhelming.

Breakfast bar was great along with eating areas. I’m very picky and could not find one thing to complain about during our stay. Staff was wonderful.

• Albert (9/5): Efficient hotel. Does what it promises. - Spacious rooms. Very good beds. Quiet rooms. Everything seemed to be very efficient. Not too far from airport. Swimming pool and gym are excellent. Location is a bit remote.
• Janine2511 (2/5): $1000.00 OUT OF POCKET!!!! - Update: I have returned home and found I have been double charged for my entire stay! Over $1000.00!!!!! I've written twice, and ZERO reply. Rating downgraded until resolution. Very good stay. Addie on the front desk was so helpful on check-in, and the room attendant was lovely. Pool was perfect and not too crowded, so I could swim a few (very short) laps. Loved having the fridge, and kitchen. Plenty of free parking, and only 3.6km from downtown Milton. A couple of minor points: the water pressure in the shower could have been better and the toilet cistern refilled about once every hour throughout the 3 nights I stayed.

After a flurry of activity we finally were assigned a similar room within 15 minutes. Front desk staff need coaching on customer service protocols.

The pool could have been warmer since there is no hot tub and the breakfast was not good.

We tried to get the bedding changed 3 times. The 3rd time it was finally changed but the new bedding was as old as the original. The sofa was damaged by a cat and was stained and dirty.
