• 貴美 (8/5): 値段の割にはサービスや朝食が良い - 朝食が美味しい。 スタッフの対応。 部屋は清潔にされているが、気分が悪くなるほどではないが独特の臭いがあった。 大きな道路に面しているので夜中の暴走族のバイクの音がうるさかった。

• Yoko (10/5): 焼きたてワッフルが美味しい、家族みんな大満足のホテル - 朝食ビュッフェがシンプルでしたがとても美味しかったです。特にワッフルとカレーがお気に入りでした。 コーヒーとレモンウォーターの無料サービスも良かったです。 値段もとてもリーズナブルで助かりました。山梨に帰省する際はまた利用したいと思います。 特にありません。強いて言えば自販機にノンアルがあると嬉しい。

• Takeshi (8/5): 総合的に見て満足することができました。 - 今回ダブルルーム２部屋利用させていただきましたが、価格もお手頃で比較的広めな部屋だったのでとても快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食がビュッフェ形式でしたが、種類が少ないためビュッフェのメリットをあまり感じることができませんでした。味は比較的満足できました。

• Cristina (5/5): - Não sei se gostei de algo. Cheguei no hotel e tive que pagar 2 mil ienes a mais pelo meu filho de 12 anos. No quarto não tinha cama individual ou cama extra. No café da manhã só meu filho quis comer, paguei o valor e fui informada que não poderia ficar com ele na mesa. Não gostei!

• Yasuyo (6/5): - 部屋が広く、スタッフの方の感じも良く過ごしやすかった。 建物自体が古いのかけっこう他の部屋の物音が聞こえる。 シャワーはお湯と水を調整して出す旧式タイプ。湯沸かし用のポットもなんか懐かしい感じのもの。 部屋に電子レンジがあるという口コミを見たが泊まった部屋にはなかった（シングルルーム）。 特にストレスを感じる問題もなく、お手頃な値段で泊まれて良かったです。

• TOSHIYUKI (10/5): 全てが最高の体験でした！ - 大人2人で宿泊しましたが想像以上に部屋が広く、ソファとテーブルがあったので室内で食事を取りやすかったです。 また、従業員の方々はみなさん、常に笑顔で親切に接していただきました。富士山登山のための深夜チェックアウトや保冷剤・飲み物の冷凍のお願いにもご対応いただき、最高の宿泊体験ができました。 朝食のビュッフェはどのメニューもとても美味しく、宿泊するならセットでオススメします。

• Ana (10/5): A good choice between travel locations - We were looking for a one night stay between location during the road trip and this was a very good choice! The property is very clean, staff are very pleasant and helpful, great breakfast with smoothie! It was not a mistake of the hotel, but one of the guests. When we checked in the corridor in our room was full of smell of cigarets (even thought it is not a smoking permitted hotel). Since I’m pregnant It was important for me to stay smoke free. The staff were very understanding and helpful so they switched our room to a different floor.

• Courtney Leigh (10/5): - The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other vehicle you will be fine.

• Marian (7/5): Pretty 👌 - Staff very kind, alll was ok but standard in this price should be higher.. Car park was full and had to park a bit away from hotel, but at least was free 👌 Breakfast maybe not a big selection but fair enough and suits us. All depends who like what. Was a bit continental and Japan style. Car park full, a bit to much compare standard to price and maybe more small bits should be more looked after.. But, that's my opinion cause this was 5...6 th hotel during the trip and we saw others and know prices too..

• Alison (7/5): Good - Hotel was booked as a cheap overnight stay on route to another destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Language barrier was no problem even though we spoke no Japanese and they only had odd words of English. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. Nothing to dislike even though it is a basic hotel.
