- Waqar (8/5): A good stay - Over all our experience was fair. Room, and services was good; staff were cooperative. The issues we faced were the entrance from parking lot had a very strong smoking smell as if people smoking just next to the door. Bathroom was leaking from the roof and flush was frequently malfunctioning. Heater was very good, tea/coffee was amazing in the morning, toaster and microwave facility downstairs was good to have as we went with kids. Many restaurants were within 1 km away, gas station just next door.

- Stephane (4/5): I would not return to this location. - I booked this hotel because it was affordable. All I really needed was a place to put my head down. Arriving at the location there was a number of shady characters in the parking lot. The entrance to the hotel and front desk looked straight out of the 70's. It smelled of smoke. The person in front of me paid cash for a short stay... I stayed the night, the room was OK but I made sure I kept my luggage in the bath to avoid any potential infestation. Once I decided to cancel the remainder of my stay, the hotel staff offered to refund only one of the three nights. I felt the loss of the cost of one night was worth it to avoid staying there a second night. I booked another hotel.

Had a bit of an issue with check-in, they couldn't find the reservation at first, parking area was blocked by trucks working at side of building. On the plus side, the room was clean, cool, and it was surprisingly quiet :)

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not bad. Relitively close to Montreal airport - Stayed at this hotel for the night as we had an early flight from Montreal and we live out of town. Hotel itself is a bit dated however the room was clean and it served its purpose well. It's about a 10 minute drive to the airport and the price was right. Likely will stay here again for future early departures in Montreal.

But once we got inside. The room was very quiet. To our surprise, the room was tidy and clean too. Plus, in the morning, they provides a continental breakfast.

- Randy (2/5): Horrible, false advertising (regularly $210/night) - We stayed in a 'non-smoking room', which was a crock. First all the rooms across the hall were smoking rooms, so there is no way to keep smoke from coming across into 'non-smoking rooms'. Second, the bar sized refridgerator had burn marks in it from what looked like people smoking drugs on top of it. There was no heat in the room when we arrived. If I had not driven 17 hours prior, I would have tried to find us a better place on the spot.

- Johanne (2/5): Pay a little more for comfort and safety - It is located in a seedy part of town and at night there is a bar/night club right next door where drunk people hung out and were loud. The hotel is in poor condition with a hole in our bathroom wall and furniture from the 60's. All in all never again.
- RAMISH (6/5): Boulevard Cure-Labelle .. Interesting - check in was pleasant with no problems, staff was friendly and helpful, walk with the ant spray just in case. Was just a 2 night stay to be within reach of Montreal. The "outdoor coffee shop" next door was interesting. Lots to see and do on Boul. Cure- Labelle.
