• Caroline (10/5): Parfaitement selon nos attentes - Nous avions l'impression d'être en visite chez nos grands parents ! Ils nous on accueillis chaleureusement, se sont assurés que nous étions confortable et satisfait. De très belles attentions pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Et que dire de l'endroit ! Une maison oubliée par le temps qui nous fait voyager dans le passé tous en offrant les commodités modernes. Le terrain et la vue sur le fleuve sont a couper le souffle ! Sérieusement, je ne vois pas ce qui peut l'être. Ce qu'il offre sur leur site est identique à ce qu'il offre sur place. Les attentes sont comblés si c'est le genre d'endroit que vous cherchez.

• Rachel (9/5): C'est un endroit merveilleux et les propriétaires sont serviables, avenants et accueillants. - Nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de soins et de gentillesse. Les hôtes nous ont traité aux petits oignons du début à la fin. Et que dire des déjeuners... c'était à chaque matin un déjeuner de Roi !!! Comme il s'agit d'un gîte, bien sûr il faut s'attendre à partager la salle de bain avec les autres clients mais bon tout s'est quand même très bien passé. Et au besoin, nous avions quand même accès à une 2e salle de bain au premier étage.

La piscine est grande est très appréciable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu apaisant pour un séjour. La décoration du studio est un peu défraîchie mais cela n'entame en rien l'expérience.

• catherine (10/5): Un accueil incroyable - René et Yolande nous accueillent dans leur maison avec une convivialité incroyable. Ils sont aux petits soins et s’arrangent pour que tout se passe bien. On se sent comme si l’on était dans la famille et le petit déjeuner servi dans leur salle à manger est incroyable. Nous avons eu des croissants, du pain, des confitures maison, du beurre, une omelette incroyablement moelleuse et des cafés à volonté. Sans parler du petit yaourt aux myrtilles préparé par Yolande. Rencontrer les autres voyageurs au petit déjeuner étaient aussi un moment très convivial, C’est un lieu où se faire cocooner. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé nous promener dans leur magnifique jardin qui descend jusqu’à la rivière. On peut se poser sous les arbres car des fauteuils nous attendent ou même si l’on a envie prendre un bain dans la piscine ou encore s’installer pour un petit café sur une des tables disposées ici est là. La maison a un charme suranné et l’on sent la patte d’artiste de Yolande, qui était une ancienne Potière. Ils ont tous les deux beaucoup voyagé et les discussions sont très intéressantes avec eux. Un bon moyen aussi de connaître un peu mieux le Québec. Même en cherchant bien, je ne trouve pas

Splendidly decorated, along the River, private parking. We stayed in the apartment with private bathroom. Parking is directly behind the building. Very good choice for Trois Rivieres. We saw a lot of comments about neighborhood noise in almost every downtown location--seems like Trois Rivieres has lots of bars and partying downtown. No complaints except you must check in before 8 pm, so you can't have dinner and check in later....but the breakfast is worth it!

• Cardoso (10/5): Lovely and refreshing stop between Quebec and Montreal - The property has a well maintained garden with views of the river/lake and clean pool. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen equipped with everything you might need. The owners greet you personally and are very warm and friendly people. Their 3 course breakfast in a properly set table makes you feel you are in Europe. They can speak many different languages and we could see their interactions with other guests and the environment was really good. The decor in the apartment might need to be modernized but it didn't bother us much

• Helen (8/5): A warm welcome at a traditional bnb, with a fantastic 4 course homemade breakfast. - We felt very welcome - the owners had many touches of hospitality such as a personal tour of the house and amenities, helpful information about where to eat and an exceptional breakfast. Home made croissants and baguette, condiments, beverages served to our table. The beds were very soft and not the most supportive. And they made noise (squeaked) when you moved.

The house although old, from another time, was spotless, beautiful back yard leading onto the St-Lawrence river. Quiet part of town. There was one bathroom for 4 bedrooms of which 3 were occupied. The house is older so creaky floors and thinner walls. Doors get stuck when opened. You could hear anytime someone used the bathroom in the night and conversations in the next room.

We had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this place to others. All guests share one bathroom. People were great about being fast in the bathroom but it is good to know that this is the set up. Each room has a sink.

We were served a very delicious 3 course breakfast with speciality coffee along side of the other guests. Our room had a sink but no coffee/tea maker. It was a bit unusual to share a bathroom/shower with other guests. However, it was just for one night. There is a suite that sleeps up to 4 people that has its own bathroom. The swimming pool was nice after a long drive.

• Justine (9/5): Great value, Exceptional Breakfast. - Choose this place if you'd like a quiet location that's easy to get to by car or bike. It's a few minutes from Downtown Trois Riviere by bike or car, but if you decide to walk. It might be a bit far. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They took care of us and their hospitality is wonderful. There's also English, French and Spanish Translation for a lot of things. The Breakfast is also the exceptional part of the meal. We were given 3 courses. Fruit with pepper, Croissant with a hollandaise like sauce with hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of cake, With Bread, Croissant on the table with fresh confiture of 4 flavors. There was also tea, coffee. Fresh juice on the table. The breakfast was one of the best things about the stay. The place is very quiet and private. There's also free wifi We had a great time here with kind hosts. I want to stress that our stay here was good for our needs and wanted to emphasize that the value for what we paid for is exceptional. Something I didn't expect was a shared bathroom. Which is alright. Another thing I wasn't as prepared for was that to get to Downtown, we needed a very brief car ride but still needed a car. That being said, for our needs. Which was that we were passing through Trois Riviere after Quebec City. We needed somewhere near an exit. We wanted to have access to good food which was possible through car though there are other restaurants in walking distance. The value of our meal as well which was a 3 course meal which is better than many hotels more expensive. We had a great value for the place and the hosts were very warm and helpful.

• Yeow Ming (10/5): Quaint bed and breakfast - It was a very wonderful stay with Yolanda and Rene. The property was amazing and right on the St Lawrence Seaway. We love old houses and this is beautifully decorated to retain its 1930s deco. The breakfast, everything made from scratch including the pressed apple juice, jams, croissant and bread, made us feel pampered in an old fashioned way. We love it and hope more people get to enjoy this little piece of Oasis.

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist, dass das Zimmer nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden kann. Den grossen Pool konnten wir wegen Regen nicht benutzen.

• Daniel (10/5): Accueil Sympa - Merci de l’accueil du Gîte de type B&B qui est convivial , pres du fleuve et permet d’avoir un bon petit déjeuner compris en compagnie d’autres résidents. Ideal pour y passer plus qu’une nuit et pour ceux prenant leurs temps pour visiter les environs du Fleuve et Trois Rivières.
