Olga (10/5): Это отель, в котором начинаешь отдыхать с первой минуты. - Представьте, вы работаете до момента вылета, потом два перелета, дорога, а потом попадаешь в отель, где весь персонал делает так, что бы ты почувствовал себя на отдыхе с первой минуты. Забота - это неверное, главное качество персонала отеля. Иззат, Айдана, и все, чьи имена я не запомнила, спасибо вам огромное за наш отдых! А теперь немного про сам отель) Мы брали машину в аренду, и вообще ехали отдыхать от всего, поэтому расположение для нас отличное. Изолированно, очень уютно. Мы выбрали вариант завтрак/ужин. Это очень удобно. Завтраки заканчиваются в 13, можно спать сколько хочешь и не переживать, что проспал завтрак. Завтраки и ужины - все очень вкусно и красиво. Отличная ресторанная подача. В этом отеле все уютно и комфортно. И чисто! (я не ищу с увеличительным стеклом пыль в углах) Некоторые места ждут косметического ремонта, но, я так понимаю, отель это и сам знает, и потихоньку занимается обновлением. Точно знаю, вернусь сюда.

Yoana (10/5): Relaxing and amazing - The breakfast was amazing! So many options from the buffet and menu. Hotel is beautiful with sea views all around. The staff went above and beyond- they are amazing! There was a lot of nose at night from slamming doors in the corridor, and the hotel was having work done in the day adding to the noise. We booked in May during the shoulder season and only one of the hotel restaurants was open which was a bit disappointing.

I loved the selection of the breakfast! the bed was super comfy and loved how you could order and personalised pillow to your room, really thought that was a great touch! The staff were friendly and helpful! The staff came across a little bit annoying and over the top/ a bit on top of you at points, but maybe because it was so quiet and pre season as there weren't many guests at the start of May. Would love to0 return to Bodrum when everything is open and more of a buzz!

Shahed (10/5): Exceptional stay beyond expectations, even off-season - During a tense period in the Gulf, I was waiting for flights to reopen so I could travel to Bodrum and stay at this hotel again. I chose it specifically because I know the level of comfort and service they provide—even off-season. The hotel operates at full capacity as if it were peak season. This is my third consecutive year staying here, and every staff member, without exception, performs their job perfectly. From arrival to the moment I was escorted to my car, everything was seamless. Warm welcome drinks, smooth check-in, early room readiness, and thoughtful touches like a welcome card with flowers in the room. They also added a service I hadn’t noticed before: choosing your preferred pillow type, which was very comfortable. I also appreciated the late check-out. Special thanks to everyone—from housekeeping and valet to the hotel manager. You made my stay as relaxing as I hoped, and even more.

Mahta (10/5): - My husband and I had a great time at Cape Bodrum. We chose this hotel to unwind and relax after three weeks of travelling through Rome, Venice, Milan, Prague, and Barcelona. We stayed for three nights in late April, and we enjoyed Cape Bodrum the most out of all the places we stayed. There was so much provided to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed the great food and hospitality, and all the staff were super helpful, polite, and welcoming—especially Suheyla, Izzet, and Melih. Suheyla took care of us during check-in, and she is absolutely amazing! We had many great conversations with her. She is a beautiful person, and we wish her all the best. The morning staff were amazing while we enjoyed the delicious Turkish breakfast with stunning views. We had great conversations with Izzet. He was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us recommendations for our next destination, Istanbul. Thank you, Izzet, and best of luck! Dinner was amazing as well. Melih took care of us, and he was very polite and friendly. He made us feel welcome and helped us enjoy our time there. We loved the atmosphere, enjoyed the spa and the infinity pool. Swimming in the spotless water of the bay was one of the highlights—we could see the fish swimming, and it was absolutely beautiful. The view from our bedroom was also stunning; we enjoyed the beauty of Gundogan at sunrise, during the day, and at night.

Gianluca (9/5): Exceptionally welcoming and kind stay at a beautiful resort - Very beautiful hotel in a quiet bay. Clean, with extreme attention to the care of guests. All the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Always with a smile. I have only good words for the staff, with particular stress for the waiters serving dinner and the guys taking care of breakfast (Izzet shone in attention and professionalism). The hotel is beautiful, with a great private pool and an even better public one. The spa was well-decorated, the indoor pool with heated water, and the sauna worked decently. Food was good, you could taste the quality of ingredients. The abundance of choice at breakfast was really impressive, even for a luxury resort. Room facilities worked well: wifi strong, nice tea and Nespresso coffee, plenty of toiletries, safe, ironing tools etc. Can't fault anything in the room but for a weird smell coming from one of the bathrooms but it was not the hotel's fault but the poor sewage system. Nothing very important but a few suggestions: - tv channels had limited international offers. Mostly turkish and arabic - The sauna could be hotter, both the dry and the wet ones - Tours offered were on the expensive side, even compared to some tour operators in the area
Maxime (10/5): Absolutely exceptional stay - Our stay at this hotel was incredible, and better than any 5-star hotel we have ever visited. The level of details that improve the user experience was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well designed, with every detail carefully thought out (from the bathroom to the big luggage area/ closet). Even the starting rooms have a stunning sea view and a balcony filled with sunlight. The facilities were fantastic. The beach was beautiful, the swimming pool was great, and there were plenty of sunbeds. Everything was modern, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety, both at breakfast and dinner. There was a high level of attention to detail you very seldom find, even in top 5 star hotels (e.g. the amount and level of execution of dishes à la carte, the homemade bread that is slightly toasted before serving) The staff were amazing. They found the difficult balance of friendliness, professionalism, and care, whether at the reception, the restaurant, or the beach bar. This is a 5-star experience that goes above and beyond in a remarkable way.

The beach club couldn’t have been better. We made some friends there and also in the breakfast room to the point that I felt a bit emotional saying goodbye. That is how much I was pampered! Shout out to Izet and caner from the breakfast room, those are the best guys! Also the lady welcoming you in. The tall guy at the beach club was so friendly, we had conversations about life and it felt like we knew him for a long time. I feel like I’ve gained family here. Can’t wait to be back! Esther (10/5): Exceptionnel - J’ai récemment effectué un voyage en solo au Cape Bodrum pendant la basse saison. Dès mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai été accueillie chaleureusement avec un cocktail de bienvenue et une odeur de lavande envoûtante qui imprégnait tout l’établissement. Cette première impression était parfaite et a laissé une empreinte indélébile dans ma mémoire. On m’a ensuite présenté ma chambre et tous ses équipements. Malgré mon anglais limité, le personnel a été incroyablement attentionné et a répondu à toutes mes questions avec patience et gentillesse. Tout au long de mon séjour, j’ai eu la chance de bénéficier d’un suivi WhatsApp pour toutes mes questions, qui ont reçu des réponses rapides, claires et amicales. Le personnel était exceptionnellement adorable, et même si je voyageais seule, je me suis sentie traitée comme une princesse dans cet établissement. Ils ont répondu à tous mes besoins, même avant que je ne puisse les exprimer. Étant donné que je voyageais hors saison, j’ai passé la majeure partie de mon temps à l’hôtel, mais je ne me suis jamais sentie mal à l’aise ou stressée. Le premier jour, je me suis offert un moment de détente au spa de l’hôtel, qui était tout simplement exceptionnel. Un soir, au restaurant de l’hôtel, j’ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer un membre du personnel dont je regrette de ne pas me souvenir du nom. Il a vraiment amélioré mon séjour grâce à sa gentillesse, son écoute et sa capacité à parler un peu français, ce que j’ai trouvé particulièrement spécial. Un petit clin d’œil également à Caner, qui m’a accueillie chaque matin avec un délicieux petit-déjeuner. Ma chambre était exceptionnelle. J’avais même oublié mon dentifrice, mais heureusement, il y en avait un de disponible ! Le lit était confortable, les compartiments des placards parfaits, l’éclairage idéal et le nettoyage effectué régulièrement. Si vous envisagez de séjourner au Cape Bodrum, n’hésitez pas une seconde ! Rien tout a été parfait pour moi !
Gerald (10/5): Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, great location in Gündoğan and truly wonderful staff. - Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, great facilities, excellent breakfast and truly wonderful staff. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the two breakfast waiters who were so attentive and made breakfast the highlight of our day with everything you could possibly want. The hotel has extensive decking over the bay, making it a perfect place to soak up the sun and go for a swim. There’s a nice path along the water to town which is about a 10-15 minute walk with various restaurants along the way. Also there’s a good, free gym! We highly recommend it. Silly prices for things like the minibar and drinks and food outside of breakfast. For example, Paella by the beach for €56! Although to be fair eating out or drinking in Gündogan/Bodrum is surprisingly expensive in general. Spa is also expensive. So we simply didn’t partake. I think they’d make more money from such ancillaries with more reasonable prices as otherwise people simply don’t use them but they still have the costs of providing them. Also the hotel airport transfer is 3 times the price you can get online from a service like Shuttle Board which we used instead.

Breakfast was magical🍳🥐, the rooms were spotless, room service was top tier, and every single person I met was so warm and welcoming🥹Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to central Gündoğan. There is a nice spa on ground floor along with an indoor pool 🏊 . Also a cute coffee shop with freshly baked goods. Brian (7/5): Without the presence of friends, this could have been a lonely place to stay at this time of year. - Good quality accommodation with very pleasant staff End of season. Apparently the hotel was closing following our departure on 13th October but prior to this, alternative restaurants within the hotel had closed down thereby restricting eating choices on the site. The nearest alternative restaurants were in the small town of Gundogan, approximately 20 minutes walk away. Not a major problem, but a little frustrating.

The hotel staff were amazing throughout our entire stay, they went out of their way to make my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable and looked after. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that it rained on one of the days we were there. But we ended up making the most of it and using the amazing indoor pool and spa facilities.

The seaside sitting area and its restaurant are truly delightful. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus is that the hotel is less than 15 minutes by taxi from Yalikavak Marina. Bed sheets could be a little bit softer.

Shahed (10/5): A Perfect Stay from Check-in to Check-out - This was my second stay at this hotel, and hopefully not the last. In my opinion, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a refreshing drink and a stunning view while the staff takes care of the check-in process quickly and smoothly. You feel relaxed and taken care of right from the beginning. The service is excellent, cleanliness is top-notch, and the facilities are well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast is truly exceptional — delicious, diverse, and caters to all tastes. What really stood out to me was the attention to small details. They provide high-quality amenities — from premium toothpaste and toothbrushes to shaving kits and even a hair comb. Everything is thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality. One of the highlights of our stay was receiving a complimentary room upgrade from the lovely Zainab. We originally booked a standard room but were upgraded to a suite with a living area — a wonderful surprise and much appreciated! All the staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. Their hospitality made us feel at home. In short, everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and truly hope they maintain this exceptional level of service. 🌟
