• Katja (7/5): - Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort. Das Hotel liegt in einem Vorort von Amsterdam, man kann es mit den Öffis gut erreichen. Für unseren Zweck war die Lage gut, da wir keinen Stadturlaub geplant hatten. Das Zimmer war für einen Kurztrip ausreichend. Alles, was man benötigt war vorhanden (Zimmer mit offenem Schrank, Safe, Kühlschrank, Bad, Pflegeprodukten, etc). Das Frühstück war gut. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging sehr zügig. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Zimmer sauber, aber beim genaueren Hinsehen wäre eine etwas gründlichere Reinigung wünschenswert (z.B. unter dem Bett). Im Bad war alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise von Schiphol, so dass man mit Flugverkehr rechnen muss. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da die Fenster den Schall gut dämmen.

Arriveerde eind vd middag, moest nog wachten op schoonmaken kamer, na kwartier toch andere kamer gekregen, dat is dan geen goede 1e indruk Koffie/thee apparaat werkte niet ( ook niet met stroom)

• Elena (10/5): Tranquilo y correcto - Me gustó que estaba en un lugar tranquilo y buena combinación para llegar al centro. Había un bus en la misma calle. El desayuno estaba bien, variado. Eché de menos el aceite pero se podía desayunar correctamente. Todo bien en general.

• Flavio (4/5): Non avendo trovato altro... - Posizione, tutto sommato comoda anche se periferica. Per la colazione, abbastanza minimalista, molto distante dalle colazioni a cui sono abituato in giro per l'Europa. Come dicevo, colazione non all'altezza, poi il bagno, molto odore di fogna e un giorno siamo rimasti senza acqua calda, lavandino intasato, aspiratore... non credo funzionasse. Scortesia alla reception, alla richiesta di una bottiglia di acqua per la notte hanno detto di andarcela a comperare al supermercato... non ho parole.

• M&J (9/5): Well located pleasant hotel which serves an excellent breakfast - Hotel well located, a few yards from a frequent bus service into central Amsterdam and adjacent to the Amsterdam BoS with opportunities for pleasant walks or cycle rides through grassland, woods and by lakes. The hotel serves an excellent buffet breakfast. Everything was fine

• ИЯОН .V (4/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit schlechtem Frühstück und wenig Komfort trotz hohem Preis. - Der Kissen war viel zu dick. Ein kleineres Kissen gab es auch auf Anfrage nicht. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut: nur eine, manchmal zwei Käsesorten – und das in den Niederlanden. Außerdem gab es weder Brei noch Fisch. Bei diesem stolzen Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

• Stephanie (7/5): Gutes Mittelklassehotel für einen Städtetrip nach Amsterdam - Das Hotel ist nicht weit von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt, dadurch günstig gelegen. Das Frühstücksbufett war gut und reichlich. Es wurde sofort wieder nachgelegt. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett in unserem Zimmer war eine Katastrophe.

• Zara (4/5): The room felt icky - not much really The staff were nice, location is okay. I didn’t really have a great experience. There was a strong sewage smell in my bathroom for the 3 nights I was there. I mentioned it on my first night and was told house keepers would check the next day. The next day I went out and when I came back it was almost as if the smell was stronger. I called to double check if someone had come to look and said they had been and someone would be up to check again. I did not get anyone coming to check. I asked to move rooms the first and second day, however they were fully booked which was out of their control I guess. It just wasn’t a pleasant stay. The AC unit and phone was so very dusty, and there were marks on the wall etc. Personally, I wouldn’t pay to stay there again nor would I recommend it. However, you get what you get for the price you pay (I think it wasn’t too expensive compared to other hotels).

(betaalde) privé parkeerplaatsen aan de achterzijde, paar restaurants in de omgeving (niet heel bijzonder) Op eerste gezicht ziet het er netjes uit - alleen her en der verbeterpuntjes t.a.v onderhoud, loszittende zaken.

• Jessica (4/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage des Hotels war gut und es war sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Bus 357 war alles gut erreichbar (Achtung/Tipp: dieser Bus ist nicht im GVB-Ticket enthalten). Sowohl vom Flughafen als auch vom Zentrum nicht weit entfernt. Der Einrichtungsstil hat uns gefallen. Schneller Checkout. Die Damen vom Checkin war sehr freundlich, jedoch dauerte der Check-In außergewöhnlich lange. Alle unsere Zimmer waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Regale verstaubt. Flecken an den Wänden, auf dem Teppich, auf den Sesseln, auf dem Bett und zum Teil auf der Bettwäsche. Der Boden des Bads wurde nicht gewischt, das konnte man an den Flecken sehen. Meine WC-Brille war voller Urinflecken und gelb. Ebenso die Schaniere. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war lose an der Wand und schmutzig. Spültasten waren nicht gereinigt (Fingerabdrücke vom Vorgänger). WAndfliesen sollten auch dringend mal gereinigt werden. Beim Duschen (kurze Dusche!) sammelte sich das Wasser fast bis in den kompletten Raum, weil der Abfluss verstopft zu sein schien. Teilweise waren die Kaffemaschinen mit alten Pads bestückt, sodass sie nicht verwendbar waren und uns der Appetit verging. Die Betten (Einzelbetten, die man zu einem Doppelbett zusammenschieben konnte) waren sehr unbequem und nicht sehr stabil. Meine Türe fiel nie richtig ins Schloss, sodass jedesmal der Alarm ertönte. Nach Reklamation beim Personal (sehr unfreundlich!) wurden keine Verbesserungen festgestellt (lediglich die Bettwäsche wurde getauscht). Der Herr schien sehr genervt gewesen zu sein und war absolut unkooperativ. Es hieß immer man meldet es dem Manager. Bis heute wissen wir nicht, wer der Manager ist. Nicht nur wir reklamierten diese Umstände - auch eine andere Gruppe, die am selben Tag anreiste, meldete ähnliche Probleme. Sie sollten unbedingt auf eine gründlichere Reinigung der Zimmer achten und die Ausstattung in Schuss halten und zum Teil reparieren. Es ist sehr schade, denn das Hotel hätte vom ersten Erscheinungsbild großes Potential.

• CHRISTOPHER (6/5): Hotel was easy to get to from the Airport just two buses. Good access to the city on the 357 bus. - The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The room had a fridge which was useful. Thankfully had a single bus 357 to catch into the City Centre which was great. Didn't like the small bars of soap, would have liked some proper hand wash. Shower and toilet roll fittings were loose, but that did not bother us, just annoying that they don't check simple things. Would have liked a kettle. Had a coffee machine which we used to make tea, could not work out how to make coffee.

• Dave (5/5): Deluxe kamer is gewoon standaard kamer. - Het hotel is qua locatie goed gelegen op een 20 minuten van de stad. Het centrum van Amsterdam is goed bereikbaar met bus 357. Er is een parking aanwezig waar je een parkeerplek kan boeken voor 15 euro per dag. Wij hadden een deluxe tweepersoonskamer geboekt. Het woord ‘deluxe’ was deze kamer echt niet waardig. We kregen een zeer kleine kamer op de dakverdieping in het bijgebouw die bovendien niet al te fris was qua geur, toiletknop die stuk was, vlekken op de muren en niet overeenstemt met de foto’s van de ‘deluxe’ kamer.

• Ben (8/5): Clean and peaceful hotel that does the job - Peaceful location within touching distance of the centre. Beds and room were nice. Expensive - but that is just Amsterdam and not limited to this hotel
• Dirk (4/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Het is het zuiver uitvoerend personeel dat dit hotel recht en draaiende moet houden en dit ook met de glimlach doet. Het management zou misschien eens ter plaatse kunnen gaan en deze mensen ondersteunen. Hygiëne was totaal ondermaats. Op het eerst zicht oogt het allemaal mooi maar het is oppervlakkige schijn. Sanitair was niet in orde, de algemen inkom (ramen,vloer,...) zeer vuil, vasttapijtvloer in de kamer wordt niet gestofzuigd langs de randen. Bedden zijn van slechte kwaliteit.

• Shakeerah (9/5): Little piece of delight - The proximity to the bus stop for easy travel. The area wasn't busy, unlike hotel in Central Amsterdam. Nothing to dislike. The weather was great. I noticed the thermostat was centralised so would be keen know how they manage this in summer when it is hot.

Parfait. Place parking voiture miniscule. Très bon lit mais oreiller dur. Difficile de faire le tour du lit, chambre pas assez large.

• Umayrah (9/5): Overall really nice stay and would recommend to others wanting a convenient location in Amsterdam - Location was convenient with a bus stop really close by going straight into centre Amsterdam. The beds were comfy and rooms were nice. Room service was lacking a little as the things they would do weren’t often consistent however, overall it was fine. Compared to other Amsterdam hotels it was a cheaper price but value for money could have been a little better considering hotels in general.

• Anna (9/5): Great place to stay, would definitely return - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get into the city on one bus, or a bus then metro to the Central station. There were three restaurants across the road. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the fresh fruit salad was particularly good. Only scrambled egg and bacon for the hot breakfast, but lots of pastries, cheese, avocado, cold meat, toast, fruit juice, jams and coffee. The room was modern and very clean I found the mattress topper far too soft but my friend liked hers that soft. I loved the breakfast but my friend said she was a bit disappointed. We both agreed that the location was excellent, being in a peaceful neighbourhood south of the city centre. The local restaurants were great, the buses regular and all the people we met were lovely and friendly

• Lilian (7/5): Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een boogscheut van A'dam! - De kamer is stil. Goeie bedden. Goeie douche. Geur in de badkamer.
• Dirk (8/5): Gut geeignet für Kurztrips - Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem :) Das Frühstück ist lecker. Man ist schnell mir den Öffentlichen im Zentrum. Fluglärm bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Zimmertüren sind nur mit Kraft zu öffnen und ziehen sich selbstständig mit einem lauten Geräusch zu. Keine deutschen TV-Sender eingestellt. Es gibt keinen Getränkeautomaten für abends/nachts.

• Roy (8/5): Welcome - Das Zimmer hatte alles was ich für meinen Aufenthalt benötigte. Direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite befand sich die Busstation mit der man total einfach und bequem ins Stadtzentrum kam. Das Hotelpersonal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Manche Menschen wissen einfach nicht. Wie man eine Türe schliessen kann, ohne das ganze Hotel(Haus) zu terrorisieren. Warscheinlich nie gelernt.

• Regine (5/5): Da gibt es noch Luft nach oben- vor allem für den zu zahlenden Preis! - Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig Licht im Bad leuchtet gar nicht den Spiegel aus am zweiten Tag wurde nur ein Bett gemacht, Bad wurde nicht geputzt Rückenlehne des Bettes ging auf der linken Seite kaputt Versuch, einen Parkplatz vorab zu reservieren, scheiterte- es gab keine Reaktion auf die Nachricht und auf die zusätzlich versendete Mail
• Abelis (6/5): Good location and helpful staff, but concerns about room safety and cleanliness - The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a few steps from the bus stop with direct access to the city center. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. We especially appreciated the staff’s flexibility and kindness on one morning when we had to leave early, they thoughtfully arranged for us to have breakfast ahead of the usual schedule. While there were some positive aspects to our stay, we unfortunately experienced a few serious concerns. Upon arrival, we noticed that the room doors could not be locked from the inside. When we raised this with the staff, we were told this was hotel policy to allow access in case guests overstayed. However, this left us feeling quite uncomfortable and unsafe. Additionally, during our stay, we began noticing insect bites that increased over the next days we stayed at the hotel. This significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. We hope the hotel can address these issues, as they are important for guests’ safety and well-being.
