• Angiolina (7/5): - The room was large and the beds were comfortable; the breakfast was decent, but overall I rate the property positively. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a rather serious issue. Among what appeared to be clean towels, I found an intimate towel that was stained with feces, which raises serious concerns about how the laundry is handled. Beyond the discomfort itself, what affected me the most was the attitude at reception during check-out this morning. The young woman with glasses was rude and dismissive when we reported the issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, even unpleasant ones, but in a situation like this I would have expected at least some professionalism, attention, and a sincere apology. Instead, the attitude we encountered was embarrassing and disrespectful. In summary, more than the incident itself, it was the way it was handled that left a very negative impression.

• Zhong (3/5): The overall experience at this hotel was poor; there was hardly any food available for breakfast. - The room size is ok. But it is not clean enough; there is some sand on the couch. And the soundproofing in the room is extremely poor; in the morning, guests upstairs walking around their room disturbed my sleep. And I can hear some dogs barking voices from the hallway. But when I checked in, the staff told me pets aren't allowed at the hotel.

We were across from a couple of rooms of noisy younger teenage boys who must not have had any adult supervision talking loud yelling, running up & down the halls. We put up with it for at least a couple of hours. We were on the 2nd floor. At around 8pm we phoned the front desk & asked if they could take care of it & they did. Wish the girl at the front desk had mentioned there was a 3rd floor & offered us a room there if there were any available

• Ronald (10/5): Pleasantly surprised with Comfort Suites. - The gentleman at check-in was great. We have not stayed at Comfort Suites in the past but we will look closely at that brand in the future. Nothing.

• Christina (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay, conveniently located to both Zion an Bryce National Parks. Kanab is a nice city that meets al - The staff and customer service went above and beyond. The front desk representative, Juan, was over and above. He asked about our plans and then personally gave recommendations on the best way to navigate Bryce Canyon and see it all. He showed me photos of his family on his phone, and then pulled up Google Earth so I could see exactly what he was trying to tell us. Then, the following morning, remembered us, answered a few hundred more questions from us and wished us an amazing trip. When we got to the park, he was spot on with everything he had said. All other staff were equally welcoming, kind and helpful, but Juan was extra special. He is what really made our stay. It there was any sort of complaint at all (which there really wasn’t) would be the eggs for breakfast were not real eggs (powdered eggs, I think) and didn’t take great. The other downside (again if I need to be petty) was that the pool doesn’t open until May so we missed out. But the jacuzzi was open!

• chiplady (8/5): Overall a good place to stay - Check in and check out went smoothly. The room was clean and everything worked. The pillows were very firm and hard to sleep on. It took a little while to find the black out curtain closure. We were not able to stay until the breakfast opened so can't comment on it.

The hotel is very inviting and clean and I would 100% stay here again. We look forward to our next visit. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to give suggestions and advice. Breakfast was excellent and included with our stay. The location is ideal and we all highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Be sure to visit the Coral Pink Sands and take a UTV tour.

• chadrodick (2/5): Beautiful Area, Disappointing Stay — Staff & Room Quality Need Serious Attention - Drove 4 hours from Las Vegas for our annual Zion trip and chose the Comfort Suites Kanab based on its 4.4 star TripAdvisor rating. Big mistake for our group of five. Before we even arrived I called to notify them of a late arrival and the front desk lady answered with a flat “Hello,” never asked for my name or confirmation number, told me I couldn’t add my Choice Rewards number since I booked third party, then said “bye” and hung up. I work in hospitality — that call was shocking. The beds were rock hard, the pillows were square with zero support, and all four of us on the queen beds woke up with back and neck aches bad enough to need a grocery store run for pain meds. The sofa bed mattress had serious wear on it too. Breakfast both mornings was the same story — cold eggs, rubbery sausage, and on the second morning the juice machine wasn’t even working. The only saving grace was the make your own waffle station. The afternoon front desk lady was consistently the worst part of this stay. No greeting when we walked by, a flat “No” with zero apology when I asked to switch rooms, and when I came back from a bike ride with a potentially broken arm asking where the nearest hospital was she didn’t even look up — just pointed and went back to her phone. Ended up with a broken forearm and wrist now in a cast and sling. To top it all off the A/C stopped working at 2am. Called the front desk and the overnight guy answered with silence, then responded to my A/C complaint with “what should I do?” before telling me they were sold out and hanging up. The pool gate also had no lock — a real safety concern for families with kids. Kanab is a beautiful area but this property fell short in every way that matters. Stay elsewhere.

• Viktoriia (9/5): - The location is excellent, very close to many popular canyons and surrounded by beautiful red rock landscapes. The views around the hotel are absolutely stunning. The price was very reasonable for such a good hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection. The town itself is small and pleasant, and there is a grocery store nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, everything was great. Everything was great. No complaints.

The hotel is older and would benefit from some updates. There were tears in the carpets and the sheets and comforters in our room were worn. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good. Given its location and value, we would stay again.

• Travel49391837525 (10/5): Stay here if in Kanab! - What a great hotel. We had a two night stay in a king bed suite that was large and super comfortable. Hotel staff wonderfully fulfilled our special requests we asked for in advance as this was a special trip for us. Bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

• Go36902961761 (6/5): Extra charge at check in - I booked my rooms through TripAdvisor. When I checked in I was charged $10 extra per room because I book my reservation through a third party. TripAdvisor never made me aware of any extra charge.

• Eric (10/5): This will definitely be a place we stay at again. - The room set up was way better than I pictured needing bothered beds and the pull out sofa. Everyone was friendly and had a smile. Breakfast was great. I wish breakfast would have been a little earlier. We were hunting and leaving early in the morning.
