• Dariusz (5/5): Na noc nie więcej - Obsługa miła Nie zbyt dobrze wysprzątany pokój (pudełko po papierosach za łóżkiem), nie było szyby w małym okienku tylko siatka co sprawiało hałas z ulicy.
• Syed (6/5): - The receptionist was rude so the check in experience was bad. The room was too hot when I got there, took some time to get cooled down after turning on the Aircon. The cupboard were not clean as such.

• Danny (8/5): NICELY LOCATED to BKK and CLEAN. - Good, Clean HOTEL near the AIRPORT (BKK) Convenience Store (LOTUS) KFC and STREET FOOD nearby... It was a little "STERILE" (boring) nothing much to DO but READ or SLEEP. Adequate for 1 or 2 nites near the AIRPORT--coming or going.

Coffee shop next door in the Caltex gasoline station, well worth a visit as super coffee 👍 I didn’t like the high price from Agoda , they were 30% higher for the same room booking through Booking.com !! That’s why I wouldn’t ever book through Agoda & terrible customer service 🥵🥵🥵

• Ramesh (1/5): Bad - Nothing to say good about this hotel. I was clearly mentioned that I will reach at 4.00am. At that time they forced me to wait 1 hr for the following reason. 1. Their check in and out time is 2.00pm and 12.00 pm respectively. So they asked me 2 days charge. 2. No debit or credit card working. Only cash mode. 3. After paying 2 days charge and cash, they shown the room. 4. Very bad behaviour of receptionist. Not acceptable for the tourist place like Bangkok.

• Panayiotis (6/5): Fairly basic but quiet room. - Location is very good not far from airport. It was also very quiet. Quite clean. Seemed secure. Room was a little basic, no tea and coffee or kettle offered. Fridge stopped working when we left the room. No quality toilet paper. No swimming pool. No safe in room.
• Tat (4/5): Good for short transfer stay. Overall disappointing. - Cleanliness acceptable. There is a gym. Location is near airport, 10 minutes, good for short transfer stay. There is a dinning area but is not in use, leads to no breakfast/meals. There is a nearby street stalls, only speaks thai. The wifi signal is funny, sometimes works, sometimes not working. Nothing much nearby, nearest is a 7-11 store.

I woke up at 4am, because I heard the weird sound then I found there are 3 huge bees in my room, did not know where are they coming from. can not pay by credit card, have to pay by cash.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Outstanding airport hotel - Great hotel overall. Very nice basic room. Clean, safe, with friendly staff. The internet is not dependable at all unfortunately though. If you are looking for a good value hotel near the airport, this is definitely a good choice. You could easily stay there and venture into the city by train; about a 30 minute trip.
• Trucker (6/5): Stop over between flights. - The price was fine. Staff were great but the hotel location was out of the way and not what I had expected. My error not the fault of the hotel or the advertising.
• Sverrir (8/5): Ok hotel - One night at this hotel. Its ok. I think its almost a new one. I was the only guest there. Nothing close by. I walked to shopping mall and it took me about 40 min I think. Have 7/11 close. Took taxi in the morning to the airport. 10-15 min and little over 100 bht.
• Daniel (10/5): Great place to stay! - While this is not close enough to a Skytrain station to walk, the staff will get you a taxi and it is only about 55 baht there. We opted to take a taxi from the airport to our hotel and it was around 105 baht. Staff was so polite. They did everything they could to please us. Room was simple. Clean and they cleaned daily and left fresh towels. We would absolutely stay here again!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible hotel - I had bad experience living five days at this hotel with an expensive cost. This is not a professional hotel. It is kind of apartment upgrading to hotel. There was no good breakfast providing to me like their advertisement. Wifi could not access, while there were many customers access it. Also, there was no solution to fix this problem while it happened. I totally say that do not have a rest at this hotel for many days. However, if you are looking to stay only one night for transferring flight. It should be OK because of only one reason. it is close to the airport.
• Verified traveler (4/5): 내용 참조 하세요. - 일하는 직원들 친절함. 그게 다임 그냥 도미토리정도 수준의 호텔이며 가격은 하루 500~700밧 정도가 적당한 선임. 그냥 월세를 받는 콘도인데 월세는 한달10~13만원 정도인듯함. (보증금를 내어야 하기에 정확히 말하기는 어려움, 두달째부터는 가격이 내려간다고 함) 비어있는 방을 이용하여 호텔을 운영하기로 한듯하나, 일하는 직원들이 이게 무었을 의미하는지 잘 모르는듯함. 손님이 오는 순간 부산스러워 졌음...어떻게 해야하는지 서로 상의 하는듯한 분위기...ㅋ 아침은 준다고 했으나...아침을 어디서 먹는지도...주어야 하는지도 모름...그나마 영어가 되는 직원을 만났으나...친절하게도 그러면 자기가 지금 만들어 주겠다고 함... 9시이전부터 땅파는 도구로 공사를 시작하는 바람에(안내같은것은 없음) 온 건물이 드르륵 거림. 욕실은...작은 화장실에(1/3평 정도) 샤워기 붙어있다고 생각하면 됨 다 쓰기도 어려우니 그냥 가지 마세요. 느낌은...가게를 열었서 공사를 하는데...누군가 물건을 사러와서 신기해 하면서도 어떻게 해야되는지 모르는 느낌...정도라 생각하면됨. 직접가서 숙박을 하겠다고 하면 700밧임... 공항근처에서 하루를 그냥 숙박만 하면된다 하면 싼맛에 가보시기 바람.

• Lee Eng (8/5): - I am very touched with the hotel staff service. during the stay i have gum infection and i request for soft food for breakfast and they specially made porridge for me. All the hotel staff are polite and always put on a smile. Will come back to stay if i visit BKK again
