• Chee Seng (10/5): Perfect for families and couples, value for stay - I always choose De Uptown hotel whenever nearby, really enjoyed my stay at De Uptown Hotel. The room was clean and cozy, check-in was smooth, and the staff were very polite. Location is super convenient with lots of food nearby. Highly recommended Everything is so nice

• Said (1/5): Awful experience and google maps article photos use completely different hotel rooms images. Intrinsically everything is - Toilets were dirty and sediments after other people's usage were still there in both hotel rooms, noises from the streets easily penetrate the windows and can hear everything. In queenbed room there is 0 room to place your luggages, the bed totally embraces the wall. Additionally, personnel staff doesn't speak any languages except their own malay language which was funny to me, are they actually hotel workers?

• Verified traveler (6/5): if you need a reasonably priced place to sleep - Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight.

• Noorul (4/5): do not stay here if budget hotel not your thing - near to idp exam centre most of it, very shock to see the room condition, so basic, very small and i totally regret booking this hotel. i even pay extra for delay check out without checking the room condition. please check your room condition before pay the hotel. its nonrefundable once u pay. sorry its just not my type of hotel. end up using it only for a break during exam in afternoon only. not dare to sleep here. maybe ok if just for couple, not for small family with kid.

• Teh (5/5): Nothing special, only pay for a night stay... - The location is near to Subang Inti College. That is why I choose this hotel. Walking distance to few restaurant. The Booking apps said the parking is free, but when I check with the receptionist counter, it looks like it is no longer free, and I have to find out the way to pay for the parking (no notice, or indication on where and how to pay for the parking). The receptionist is foreign worker, unable to answer my questions.

Not only is it in close proximity to my office but it is also surrounded by a diverse range of restaurants, all within walking distance. I had requested that the downlight in my room be replaced as it kept blinking, but despite bringing this to your staff's attention, no action was taken to address the issue. In addition, there were other guests in the hotel who made a lot of noise in the middle of the night, but no one from the hotel staff made any attempt to advise them to be quieter. This disturbed my sleep and made it difficult for me to relax. Lastly, my room was not cleaned every day, which was disappointing. I expect a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance from a hotel
