Charles (8/5): The location couldn't have been better. - Set in the heart of Osu, Frankies was a great bolthole. The rooms were clean, if a little slightly dated, however, in terms of location, comfort and the convenience of the fab restaurant downstairs, I would definitely stay again.

Brent (10/5): Not my last time that I will stay there. - Frankie's is always good. Room is spacious, staff is friendly, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, fridge in the room, free airport pickup, enough choice for breakfast and the location in Oxford Street is cool.

Verified traveler (10/5): A HUGE SURPRISE! - Much better than I had expected! The rooms are plush and comfortable, much like a Holiday Inn Express. My room featured a fridge and full tea and coffee facilities, which were provided free of charge. The breakfast is absolutely incredible! The portions are huge and you get to order off the menu to your liking. I ordered the American breakfast, but they are also Lebanese, English, and other options. Centrally located on Oxford Street in the heart of all the action. This is about as close to Western standards of comfort that it gets in West Africa, so enjoy every minute of this place

Dagria (6/5): - The location was great for our activities and staff were nice and friendly . The downside for us there is no lobby or comfortable area to sit for long period . We checked in late after 12oclk at night and had a late flight back we were charge for late checkout with no options. It was either we sit on the tough metal chairs in the restaurant or in scorching sun. Just saying if you have a late evening flight back its not the place to stay.

The property is well-maintained and modern, with comfortable room's I needed during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast offered each morning, with a wide selection of hot and cold options that were sure to please everyone. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore. Overall, I highly recommend Frankie's Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The restaurant food was awesome and included a large variety of food choices. The staff there was awesome as well. It is in the heart of everything with shopping, drugstore, eateries & supermarket within walking distance.

Christopher (2/5): - We booked to stay at the property for 9 days and checked out after three. When we arrived, we realised that the rooms we had booked had no windows - so we upgraded to the "premium rooms". I've summarised our experience below: 1. The A/C didn't work. 2. The shower didn't drain properly in one of the rooms. The shower tray filled up with water and black 'bits' emerged from the plughole. We asked three times for the issue to be fixed, but to no avail. 3. The windows on the stairwell up to the top floor are incredibly dangerous. They open in a way that would make it possible for an adult to fall out, two storeys up. After several requests to the hotel staff to fix the shower and A/C did not result in the issues being resolved, we left the hotel. We asked for a refund for the days we would not be staying at the hotel. We were told by the hotel staff that we would get a refund in due course via Expedia, but it turned out to be a lie. We sent pictures of the issues to expedia, but they did nothing. This hotel is awful - avoid like the plague.

Verified traveler (8/5): Solid Hotel - AMAZING RESTAURANT - Frankie’s is a solid hotel for the price and location. It’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Osu so it can get loud at night but in a lively way. The restaurant was surprisingly PHENOMENAL! From the local meals to the international meals - everything was SO GOOD.
Adu-Sade (10/5): - I loved the breakfast options as well as the ice cream. Also the walking distance of the hotel to shopping, clubs, banks and other restaurants was ideal/convenient . Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

tod (10/5): - Location was perfect...their greatest asset was their staff....the entire front office personnel was great...my first impression was that they must have gone through some type of extraordinary customer service training that is until I met the front office supervisor (REX) and realize that they all just follow the lead of their supervisor...willing to bet that Rex will be the next general manager at the location and Sika the next front office supervisor...keep up the good work gentlemen...life is beautiful...

I loved the modern feel of the place surrounded by the authenticity of Accra. I loved that it was affordable and had amenities that were helpful such as room service, laundry services. Darren (2/5): Not to be trusted!!!!!!! - CROOKS!!!! Via this site I booked and paid for a triple room of three adults. Upon arrival, manager Rex told me the hotel does not have triple room. How is that possible when you are the once keeping up with what inventory is displayed on the site. In the USA, since the hotel was not sold out an additional room at no charge would have been provided and the workers fix problem online so it never happens again. Not so with Rex, he wanted me to pay for another room and when i refused wished me a goodnight without a refund. Needless to say that credit card charge will be disputed!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the management for maintaining a well trained team. The food and service is very good. I've stayed at several hotels in Accra and this by far was my best experience. I highly recommend Frankie's!!!
