STAVROULA (6/5): Nice place to stay, close to malls including a very good breakfast. - The one of the three beds was a rollaway bed which was ok to sleep since it was decided to be used from the thinner person of the group but it was not equal to the other two beds, meaning in case a person more heavy had to sleep there it would not be comfortable at all. The third bed that was a rollaway bed and the fact that the room could be a bit more clean (corners and skirting of walls, bathroom door). It was supposed to include parking but nobody explained how to use it or where it is situated. Nevertheless, the area includes many free parking places.
METİN (6/5): Konumu - odanın büyüklüğü gayet hoş ama kahvaltısı çok zayıf - Konumu gayet güzel. Otelin otoparkının olması da çok güzel. Odanın büyüklüğü de beklentimin çok ötesinde idi. Kesinlikle kahvaltısı. Beş yıldızlı bi otelin kahvaltının bu şekilde olması çok üzücü. Çeşit az lezzeti maalesef kötü idi. Ve tabaklardaki malzemeler azalsa bile yeterli hızda tamamlanmıyordu.

The parking was across the road from the hotel. It was very uncomfortable to walk in freezing temperature from parking to hotel entrance.

Sadece çok küçük bir penceremiz vardı hava güzel olmasına rağmen sürekli klimayı çalıştırmak zorunda kaldık. Tek eleştirim check in işlemleri uzun sürdü ve geldiğimizde odanın hazır olmaması lobide 35-40 dk kadar beklememize neden oldu. 14:40 gibi odaya girebildik. Yine de beklentimiz karşılandı

Oda geniş, bol kahverengili tonlarda ama zevkli dekore edilmiş, boy aynası güzel bir dokunuş olmuş. Banyo malzemeleri yeterli, ücretsiz diş fırçası/macun ve tarak gibi ince düşünülmüş detaylar var. Otel şehrin yeni gelişen ve nispeten lüks bir semtinde. Karşısında Özdilek mini avm ve market, hemen yanında güzel cafe-barlar, yürüme mesafesinde Espark avm dahil çok sayıda restaurant vs mevcut.

ipek (2/5): - A day before my departure, I was informed by the hotel reception that I needed to change my room. However, when I visited the reception that same morning before leaving the hotel to inquire about my lost package, I was not informed about any room change. While I was out of the city during the day, I received a call from the hotel stating there was a problem in the bathroom and that a renovation was necessary, making the room change mandatory. I informed them that I would return in the evening and that the room change could be done then. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, our room was not ready yet. We were immediately asked to pack our belongings, and in the end, we were given a lower-standard room. Ms. at the reception behaved very rudely and indifferently. There was neither an apology nor any explanation for this confusion and inconvenience. Such behavior is absolutely unworthy of an employee at a five-star hotel. We did not accept the lower-standard room. Meanwhile, while we were packing our things, the phone lines in our room were cut off! When we wanted to speak to the hotel manager, he responded sarcastically, saying, "Then stay in the old room." Although we had already packed our belongings, I was shocked by this careless attitude and disrespect. Neither an apology nor a proposed solution was offered. Our grievance was almost mocked. This is definitely not a five-star hotel.
Abdullah (2/5): Elendigt - Dårlig oplevelse – bestemt ikke anbefalet Vi fik et værelse, der stank af røg, selvom det skulle være røgfrit. Med 3 små børn var det helt uacceptabelt at blive udsat for så dårlig luft. Derudover blev værelset slet ikke rengjort under vores ophold, og vi fik hverken en undskyldning eller kompensation, selvom personalet indrømmede fejlen. Værelsets telefon virkede heller ikke, hvilket gjorde det endnu mere frustrerende. Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse, og vi kommer ikke tilbage
