• Deb (4/5): Disappointed - Tv worked good. Close to bridge. The staff were not friendly. The room had no toilet paper at all when we got there. The sheets were not really clean. Couldn't open the windows as.tjr fly screen was cut in half. The sign on the back of the front door said the office opened at 7am and mentioned they would have hot food and coffee available to purchase. Office not open had to ring the bell to drop the key off. Was greeted with not a smile just a nod. Expected a little more for the money.

The bedspread or duvet could have been a little cleaner! The person on the registration desk could have been a little more welcoming and not so matter of fact.

• April (6/5): - Just okay. Unfriendly staff, felt like we were bothering them while checking in. Stained linens. Office was always closed so we could not get a receipt. Book only if absoluely necessary.

• Danielle (2/5): Not as described - We booked it for the location and playground, but will not book again. Listing and photos say there’s a playground, coffee maker in each room and a restaurant. I asked twice about the restaurant and menu. Was told it’s only breakfast, but no menu or suggestions of food options. There was supposed to be coffee maker in the room but instead we had to pay $3 for a coffee from the cafe. Room was supposed to be queen beds but it was double beds instead. I was hoping once we arrived we could get food and let the kids play, instead we had to travel more for food and playground.

There was noise through the night (like kids running up and down the hallway?). There were no room on the other side so we are not sure about this.

Chambre spacieuse, très propre avec coin cuisinette avec plusieurs appareils ( bouilloire,toaster,etc.). Nous sommes arrivés un peu après midi et on n'a pu manger sur place pourtant il y avait un panneau au bord de la rue indiquant restaurant ouvert mais ce n'était pas le cas.

The front desk staff, well he did not like dealing with me(female) he wanted to deal with my husband even though the reservation was in my name. The restaurant was surrounded to be opened at 7, we went at 8:30 and it was locked up. And this is the front office also.

L'avons obtenue à 16hre 05. Le lendemain pas de personnel pour le déjeuner annoncée et disponible à partir de 7hre. Avons dû aller dejeuner à un autre endroit.

• Rock (8/5): We’ve stayed here before and it’s a good spot for good price. - Easy to find, clean, nice shade trees out front. Dated but renovated and Everything you need. Street noise. Trucks. Neighbours on either side of our room came in after midnight and the racket was terrible. Our room shook. The AC was weak. Room quite warm.

• Blair (8/5): Old fashioned Travellers Motel - Older Motel, good value. Had everything I was looking for. Office and Restaurant door locked most of the time. Didn't seem to be very interested in having guests eat there.

They didnt clean the room daily as a matter of fact they didn't clean it all the time we were they all they did was drop towels off. Very disappointed in the place amd would not recommend it to anyone.

• Thomas (6/5): - Let me start by saying that the people were friendly and polite. Unfortunately the bed was the second worst I've ever slept in / but the linens were clean. When we tried to open the front door the door knob came off in our hand, so we slept with the chain on the door and the door cracked open in case we wouldn't be able to get out the next morning. The air conditioning was an older model window air conditioning that did not function very well and did not cool the room. There were a few other things but I will just end by saying this is not a place I would recommend.

• Jane (10/5): - A quick stop for an overnight. Very convenient. Only complaint was too few electric outlets. Could not plug in 2 phones and 2 iPads plus hearing aids because outlets were needed for A/C , fridge and lamps. But all in all a good stay.
