After removing the bed sheets, there was blood stains on the bed which was shocking. There is no Smart TV with updated channels. You can't even watch the news.

• Jackie (10/5): Enjoyed my stay in the Astoria Belgravia. - Found it to be in a great location. The room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely book to stay there again.
• Yi (7/5): Friendly service and nice breakfast, yet outdated facilities . - The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread is very abundant and well worth praising. However, the hotel facilities are quite dated. The beds are extremely soft for Chinese guests. They adopt connected spring structures rather than independent springs, resulting in poor sleeping comfort. Such old-style beds have long been phased out in China, yet they are still in use here. the room facilities including air conditioner and beds are old. The connected-spring beds are too soft and uncomfortable for us.

La station Victoria est geniale pour naviguer en metro dans Londres. Resto à côté. Le quartier est trop mignon. La plomberie fait du bruit la nuit. La temperature de la douche est difficile à trouver sans se bruler. Petit dejeuner trop simpliste, plus de variétés svp. Pas d ascenseur. Mais pas grave.

Me mudaron a otra habitación., donde el baño era mas chico, la ducha tenia el desague tapado y la calefacción o aire acondicionado no funcionaba Entendí que debía abrir una disputa en booking, ya que no tuve una respuesta adecuada en recepción Nadie tiene que pagar un alojamiento si hay que salir corriendo, en medio de la noche por esto. Lejos de contemplar la situación, desde la dirección del hotel negaron la situación, pusieron en duda el roedor " porque al día siguiente, al limpiar la habitación no lo encontraron " Es una pena, que no acepten , que mientan sobre la habitación que me dieron y des oigan la presencia una laucha. Una pena porque el hotel está bien ubicado y tiene buen desayuno

Le personnel de ménage qui passait l aspirateur dans la chambre située à côté de la nôtre un peu tôt.

Quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants, pubs et cafés juste à côté 👌 Chambre confortable, bien équipée, et d’une taille tout à fait correcte pour Londres. Salle d’eau moderne et récemment rénovée 👍 Petit déjeuner frais, varié et copieux — un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée ! 💡 Petit conseil : l’hôtel est réparti sur 4 bâtiments côte à côte. Si vous voyagez en famille, pensez à demander à être dans le même bâtiment. Je recommande sans hésiter ! ✨

• Tanja (10/5): Kiva pikkuinen hotelli, hyvällä sijainnilla. - Huone oli pieni ja söpö, pidemmälle ihmiselle sänky olisi saattanut olla vähän liian kyhyt, mutta itselle sopiva. Hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Kokolaittiamatoista en pidä yleiseseti, mutta täällä matto vaikutti ihan siistiltä.

There was very clean fresh towels and smellies in the shower.We were staying as our son was running the marathon and the staff told us to take coffee and bottled water when we left to watch. The bathroom was a bit disappointing as the shelf in the shower was very rusty as wastage surround of the over basin mirror there was also some holes in the shower wall. The bed was very soft i think the mattress was probably past it's best.

La posizione è davvero eccellente: si trova a pochi passi da Victoria Station, il che lo rende perfetto per muoversi comodamente in città e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Inoltre, il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro, ideale per rientrare la sera in totale serenità. La pulizia è impeccabile, un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato molto, così come la buona insonorizzazione delle camere, che garantisce un riposo tranquillo nonostante la zona centrale. I letti e i cuscini sono comodi e contribuiscono a un sonno di qualità. Le camere e il bagno sono piuttosto piccoli, ma ben organizzati e funzionali, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Anche la colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: internazionale, varia e con prodotti freschi. Nel complesso, una scelta ottima per chi cerca una sistemazione pratica, pulita e ben collegata nel cuore di Londra. Nulla ,per 4 giorni a Londra è una location perfetta .

The Astors Belgravia hotel was a wonderful surprise for us, both for its excellent location and its easy access to London's main attractions, which you can even visit on foot! As well as for the wonderful attention received from the hotel staff.

Küçük paket kurabiyeler her gün yenileniyor. Havlular yeni ve temiz. Otele erken gittim bagajımı aldılar ben de gün boyu gezimi tamamlayabildim Yastıklar çok ince, asansör olmaması biraz zorluyor. Kahvaltı salonundan bahçeye sabah 9 da açılıyor. Kahvaltı ile aynı anda açılırsa güzel olabilir. Otel iç mekan ahşap olduğundan merdiven ve odalardan sesler rahatsız edici. Ayrıca 2. Gece konaklamamda odamda davetsiz bir misafir vardı, bu konuda mutlaka önlem alınmalı. Hemen oda ve binayı değiştirdiler

Rezervasyon tarihini yanlış yazdığımdan hemen düzelttiler. İlgili ve güler yüzlü personel diğer yorumlarım ilk günlü konaklama deneyiminde paylaştım. Yan bina en üst kata aktardılar eski bina olduğu için asansör yok yeri çok merkezi banyoları her iki bina için de yenilenmiş, havlular temiz yastıklar çok ince Eşyalar çok eski yenilenmesi gerekiyor. 2.gece ilk odada yaşadığım olumsuzluk nedeniyle bu odaya aldılar.

• 177288756a717316621dfdb99cb8a4e3 (6/5): - J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité immédiate des transports, avec la gare Victoria à deux pas, ainsi que de nombreux commerces. Le palais de Buckingham est également tout proche. Le lit était confortable, la literie propre. Les douches et les WC étaient propres. La télévision fonctionnait correctement. Je n’ai pas apprécié le manque d’isolation de la chambre. Le bruit était omniprésent dans la chambre, aussi bien venant de l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, conduites des WC. À chaque sortie d’un client, la porte claquait et le bruit résonnait fortement dans la chambre. De plus, pour un séjour en Angleterre, j’ai été déçu par le petit-déjeuner, que j’ai trouvé très fade. L’absence de lard et de haricots est regrettable, surtout que nous avons choisi de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel en pensant découvrir un véritable petit-déjeuner anglais. Le choix était limité et j’ai eu l’impression que les viennoiseries n’étaient pas fraîches, probablement de la veille.
