- Alisha (9/5): Great, clean hotel with a shuttle to the Mesa Airport. Would stay here again. - Location to the airport was perfect.We took the shuttle at 5 am and it couldn't have been smoother. Rooms were spacious and I loved the charging port on the sleeper bed. Very clean and new. Had a little bistro in the waiting room that had good food, but was a little pricey. But what isn't? The Gal at the front desk was really Great, she called a few minutes after getting in our room and asked if everything was to our expectations. Great stay before flying out of the Mesa airport. Would stay again. Had to pay for parking.

- 533madysens (2/5): They Charge More if You Have a Car?? - We paid $200 for one night-which was more expensive than other hotels in the area, and only checked in for a total of 6 hours due to leaving at 3am. Then not being informed about a $15 charge for “overnight parking”. We were given a parking pass so you would assume that that would’ve been in the total charge beforehand if it was really necessary. But a service that requires me to park there and charge me for it, feels/is greedy. Expensive for a mediocre hotel. No breakfast. It was the parking fee for me to write this like wtf.

- Yasiel2020 (10/5): We will return - This Courtyard was perfect for our stay. Our son had a cornhole tournament at the AZ Athletic Grounds nearby. But the hotel was also close to the beautiful SanTan Village so we were able to get some shopping in and enjoyed the Grimaldis and Salt Taco. The hotel has a very nice pool area and to tip it all off - a Starbucks in the lobby.

When checking out the Gentleman that was working (didn’t catch his name) was just as pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

- Samantha (10/5): - Highly recommend we had a flight at 6:30 AM out of Mesa and the shuttle was available at 5:00 AM. We had plenty of time to check a bag, grab breakfast at the airport, then board the flight.

- G7381LBjohng (10/5): All sunshine and smiles! - The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! The shuttle drivers went above and beyond to provide great service! Our room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the fresh Starbucks coffee and hot breakfast in the Bistro each morning! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip.

- Tim (7/5): Beware of parking fee - It was nice, staff was polite. The king bed seemed a little hard, and the couch bed where our daughter slept was as hard as concrete. The desk was missing wheel, so it tilted. Beware of the parking fee ($15.00) that they add onto your bill, really. You pay $170.00 a night, and they add a parking fee. Called frontdesk and they removed it.
- Carolyn (4/5): Horrible service - We booked our stay after confirming with the hotel that they had 24-hour shuttle service to the Phoenix Mesa Gateway airport that is 5 minutes from the hotel. We check in and asked to schedule a shuttle for December 27 at 4:30 am. We were told that the shuttle was only available beginning at 5:00 am. So we said ok but it might make our airport checkin a little tight. Then we are given a room with a broken television and had to change rooms but we thought, no big deal On December 27th we checked out at 4:40am and waited for the 5:00am shuttle. It never came! There was only one person working in the entire hotel. He said he tried multiple times to contact the shuttle driver and his manager but could not reach either one. We asked if he could call a cab or airport shuttle to get us to the airport. The front desk worker said he didn’t have any contact numbers and we could try calling an uber ourselves. My husband and I made several calls but none of the ride services could respond soon enough to get us to the airport in time for our flight. I asked the front desk worker if he could drive us. He said no, he might lose his job if he left the hotel. I asked him what would he do or who would he call in the event of an emergency at the hotel, he said he would call 911. Finally at 5:35 after another guest came down for their 5:45 shuttle, the front desk worker decided to start the shuttle and take us to the airport! My husband and I ran through the airport and got to the gate

- Jason (2/5): - We stayed at this property on 11/29 and 11/30. We booked a “suite” for our family. We were in room 214. The suite was an obviously remodeled handicap room that had no kitchenette, nor separated rooms between living and sleeping, as has been my past experiences with suites. The only thing that gave it even close to a suite experience as the size of the room and the fact that it had a couch. Either way, both nights we stayed there we were woken up throughout the night by sounds of construction. There was no construction going on, but the room was located directly above the automatic doors to the hotel and next to the elevator. It turns out both of those sent noise directly into our room. If I were to stay at this location again, I would definitely not stay in that room again.
- Lynndee (10/5): Great people, super nice hotel! - We had to stay last minute because of flight delays. I called to see if we could get a shuttle pick up from the airport and someone came within 10 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and made a hard situation feel not so terrible.
