Unterhalb nette Taverne mit leckerem Essen. Strand 20mtr entfernt. Zimmer sehr schön renoviert. Balkon mit Blick zum Meer. Meerrauschen Tag und Nacht. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Was will man mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen. Kann man bedenkenlos buchen.

• Marek (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja, ale bez szału - Świetna lokalizacja, nad samym morzem, warto dopłacić za pokój z widokiem ( my takiego nie mieliśmy) chociaż i tak było widac morze z balkonu. Bhlk .iejsce parkingowe, choc ciasne nawet na male auto. Pokoj sprzatany codziennie , nawet bez naszej prosby( zapomnielismy wywiesic tabliczke zeby nie sprzatac i bylismy zaskoczeni) Śniadanie nie jest ich najmocniejsza stroną. W łazience nie ładnie pachniało kanalizacja, było bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody, która sama zmieniała się z zimnej na gorąca, co w zasadzie uniemożliwiło komfortowo wziąć prysznic.

• Icatya (9/5): Een pittoreske hotel met zeezicht - Dit hotel heeft 4 etages. Ik mocht kiezen een kamer met zeezicht op de 2e of op de 4e etage. Mijn keuze viel op die van de 4e. Je hebt in die kamer liggend in bed, door de open balkondeuren, zicht op zee en hemel. Heerlijk die geluiden van de zee en van de vogels. De prachtige kamer met hoog plafond is klein maar gerieflijk. Het personeel is heel gastvrij. Ik zou de volgende dag vroeg in de middag worden opgehaald en mocht nog een paar uurtjes langer gebruikmaken mijn hotelkamer. Dit hotel staat op mijn favoriete lijst. Trouwens, vlak naast het hotel is het restaurant Casablanca waar ze smaakvol eten serveren. De meneer van het hotel had mij een uitstekend plek voor dinner aanbevolen. Het is heel fijn om een waterkoker op de kamer te hebben, maar dan dient de snoer ervan wel langer te zijn.
• Cherelle (10/5): Fantastic stay - Fantastic hotel! Family run, was lovely seeing all the family there together on an evening! Such friendly helpful staff who helped us with our cases as there is no lift. Beautiful view! Not far from promenade, great quiet location. Breakfast was lovely. No bar, but we went out of season so not sure if they may offer this during peak season? Spar shop just down the road so we bought some wine from there. Manager arranged taxi for us, who was great and we used him throughout our trip contacting via what's app! Hotel is at the bottom of a short steep incline from the road, not an issue for us but may be for other people less able. Lekursi castle at sunset is a must, ask the manager to get you a taxi! Thank you all at hotel piccolino for a fantastic stay!

Kortom: super kamer voor weinig geld. Vlakbij zee, leuk strandtentje op 20 meter. We konden parkeren bij het hotel maar er is beperkt aantal plekken. Ontbijt is uitgebreid (Albanees) maar alles koud. Ontbijtzaal is gedateerd.

• Shavrina (4/5): - Готель виглядає на фото в х100 краще, ніж є насправді. Почну з розташування. Щоб припаркуватись треба спуститись вниз до готелю. Паркувальних місць мало і вони дуже тісні. Якщо ти заїхав і хтось ще заїхав за тобою, то виїхати проблематично. Сніданок жахливий просто. Немає що додати. Жахливо було все. Їжа не смачна, вибору немає. Кава просто як помиї. Єдине що сподобалось - це вид з номеру. І в номері було чисто. Все. Пляжу свого у готелю немає. Нам довелося йти бозна куди на пляж. Єдине що ви бачите море з номера і все.

• Merlin (3/5): Disappointing experience. - The location was good close to the port and it had parking which is always an issue in Saranda. The rooms were modern and with decent facilities. I didn't like that it wasn't clean. All the towels smelled like frying oil except for one small face towel, which didn't smell like anything. And the bedsheets didn't smell fresh, and I found a few hair strides and pubes in them when I pulled the sheets off. I really wanted to sleep but I couldn't relax knowing all this. I decided to ask for new clean sheets and let the owner know about the cleanliness of the room. The toilet didn't seem like it had been cleaned either as there was hair on the floor and also found hair on the sides of the bed. The owner sent a cleaner with me to give me new sheets and clean the floors. They gave me new sheets, but I had to wait for duvet covers (which the cleaner wasn't happy to provide for) . She showed up 1 hour later with duvet covers, which were not fully dry, and I asked if she could bring them once they are dried as I can't use them wet. She never returned, and I ended up using the clean sheets as a protection from the duvet. The next morning, I wanted to take a shower but couldn't as all the towels smelled like used oil. I used the face towel to dry my hair only. No one apologised when I kindly let them know of all this. I ended up leaving the next day, even though I paid for two nights as I didn't feel I could sleep there again. Considering I stayed there 3rd of April, off-season, I understand maybe they were neglectful but truly disappointed. The good reviews mislead me. I hope they will improve their cleaning service and be more polite next time. Good luck.

• Marco (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit direktem Meerblick! - Wir waren für fünf Tage von Ende März bis Anfang April 2026 in Saranda und haben uns das familiengeführte Hotel Piccolino ausgesucht. Wettertechnisch konnten bzw. wollten wir leider nicht baden, obwohl das Hotel direkt am Wasser gelegen ist. Dennoch hatte das Hotel nur Vorteile: Der Blick vom Balkon des obersten Stockwerks aufs Meer und auf die Insel Korfu war ein Traum, um Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen und dem Meeresrauschen zu lauschen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einem Standardangebot sowie täglich wechselnden kleinen Spezialitäten (getoastete Käse-Schinken-Sandwiches, Nutella-Crepe-Röllchen, Pancakes, usw). Sehr angenehm war, dass man vor dem Hotel direkt mit einem evtl. mitgebrachten Auto parken konnte und nicht in den engen Straßen auf Parkplatzsuche gehen musste. Etwa 200 m entfernt gibt es einen gar nicht mal so kleinen Sparmarkt, bei dem wir alles bekamen, was man fürs Hotelzimmer oder Tagestrips so braucht. Von der Lage her brauchten wir nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, um eine Vielzahl an guten Restaurants zu erreichen. Zum Fähranleger für Fahrten zur griechischen Insel Korfu waren es ebenfalls nur 10 min Fußweg, wobei wir Korfu allerdings nicht besuchen konnten, da in der Nebensaison Ende März / Anfang April leider keine Hin- und Zurückfahrten am selben Tag angeboten wurden. Wen Korfu interessiert, besser vor Reisebuchung die angeboteten Verbindungen checken. Und zuallerletzt vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin mit all ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und bei Wünschen oder kleinen Problemen wurde uns super schnell geholfen. Sollten wir nochmal nach Saranda kommen, dann würden wir uns wieder fürs Hotel Piccolino entscheiden. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Saranda! 🫶

• EMMANUELLE (9/5): Super séjour, je conseille - Chambres refaites à neuf récemment, belle terrace donnant sur la mer . Vue sympa sur les étages en hauteur. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs au bien être des occupants. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Possibilité de faire laver son linge sur place. Gare maritime pour les départs pour Corfou à quelques centaines de mètre de l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Front de mer proche également Il faut faire un peu de sport avec les bagages pour monter dans les chambres car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Le chemin qui permet d’accéder à l’entrée de l’hôtel n’est pas en bon état.

Staff at the site and the service is impeccable 👌The view is fantastic.. property is super clean.. Breakfast options are great.. I liked the location too, outside of chaos snd just next to SPAR. Instantní káva k snídani, jediná malá drobná kaňka na celkovém dojmu, protože jinak je káva v Albánii skvělá.
• Robert (9/5): Heerlijk genoten van het zeezicht. - Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse en super behulpzaam, bij aankomst een gratis drankje, mooie locatie midden in het centrum dichtbij restaurants en winkeltjes mooie Spar. Prijsvriendelijk een vol glas witte wijn voor €2,50 kan Nederland nog een voorbeeld aannemen. Jammer dat er geen lift was, maar voordat we er erg in hadden stonden de koffers al boven 😂😂👍
• LEANDRO (10/5): - Tudo foi ótimo. O lugar é gostoso demais.. o quarto não é o maior de todos, mas vale pela localização. O hotel não tem elevador e tem que subir escadas.. os funcionários foram incríveis! Pediram até uma pizza à noite para nós!’

Nestabilni teplota vody ve sprse, nedslo se vydrzet stridani teplot od ledove po varici na jedno nastaveni. Teplota pulsovala po cca 40s. Znacne opotrebene vybaveni, zrcadlo, prkenko na wc, vypinace, kohoutek umyvadla.. vse poskozene ci opotrebovane. Snidane nedostatecna - 2 kolecka salamu, 4 platky okurky, 3 platky rajcete a 2 mala neochucena zastrena vejce. Par toustu, zmrzle maslo a fikova marmelada. Kava i pres pozadani mala a bez mleka. Mozna vse zpusobeno tim, ze bylo jeste pred sezonou. Priste bych tento hotel nezvoli.

• Glib (9/5): A super tranquil place to stay - We came off season when the whole town is quiet and the gentle sound of the waves was incredibly pleasant. The room was spacious and with lots of mirrors. Also, there's a Spar right around the corner. The breakfast was rather disappointing, but again, maybe it's because we were there off season
