Sirven el desayuno puntual a la hora acordada. Personal muy amable, sonrientes y serviciales. Un especial agradecimiento y reconocimiento a Devi quien siempre estuvo presta a ayudarnos con una sonrisa y brindar soluciones rápidamente. Así como el chico que nos brindó el scooter, siempre amable. Durante los 3 días de estancia nos sentimos relajados. Totalmente recomendable.

SANDIPKUMAR (7/5): Good for short group stays with a helpful host, but the property would benefit from maintenance and - Great place to stay for a few days, especially if you're travelling with a larger group. The host was responsive, available when needed, and very nice to deal with. The property needs significant maintenance and renovation. The kitchen cupboards, backroom toilet, and shower all require repairs, and there are many holes where insects can enter the rooms. Cabinets across the villa should be replaced. With proper renovation, the property would be far more livable and could justify a higher rent. The pool also needs better upkeep — it should be cleaned and the water changed more frequently. A heated pool would be a great improvement as well. Breakfast was good but can be improved

Miriam (3/5): - Spacious. Staff kept coming in the property without knocking even though they were told. They were not helpful when asked for a driver. When asked for extra towels, we were told only two towels allowed per room. They didn’t provide clean sheets when asked. They didn’t help with the bags at all. We asked them to spray because of insects and they didn’t. They didn’t give enough water to drink. The shower pressure was not good. No tissues.
Camila (10/5): Peaceful Stay with Amazing Staff - I absolutely loved staying at Ubud Virginia Villa. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. They even helped us arrange a scooter rental, which made getting around much easier. The food was also very delicious, and everyone there was always friendly and helpful. The villa is a bit far from the center of Ubud, but it’s definitely worth it because you can avoid all the noise and crowds. The facilities are beautiful, and the pool is huge. It’s a very relaxing place to stay. I would definitely come back! The only thing that would make the stay even better would be having a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold.

Jennifer (10/5): Superb! - Stayed at this place again because it is pet friendly and my dog loves running around the property. It is so laid back like I had my own private space! Everything is very chill here. If you need anything, just WhatsApp them. It is 10 minutes from the city center. I love being far away in the outskirts where it is much more quiet. It was raining everyday, but with the beautiful garden view, it was perfect to watch from the porch while enjoying the included breakfast. Highly recommend!

Although it was rainy, we still enjoyed our stay with the perfect garden view. Highly recommend and I’d stay again. Perfect place for pets. Tayler (10/5): Accomodating, clean & comfortable! - All of the rooms were gorgeous, amazing waking up to the sounds of the forest in the most comfy bed imaginable. Staff were extremely kind and accomodating to our needs. If we wanted food or spa treatments we only needed to give min 1 hour notice and they would be at our door ready to begin service! We kept regular contact with staff of our comings and goings and when we would leave for the day we would come back to a fresh and clean space. We experienced some wildlife at the villa that made it fun and fascinating for us (geckos, frogs and lizards) however if you are worried about these encounters I wouldn’t recommend this place. We had such an amazing experience during our stay, and if we return to ubud, we will stay here again!

Man konnte sogar wählen (Zimmer, Pool, Lobby), wo wir die Mahlzeiten zu uns nehmen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden auf alle Fälle das Hotel wieder buchen.

Divay (8/5): Séjour globalement satisfaisant au sein de la villa avec accès facile à Ubud, mais le service n’était pas toujours prése - Très beau extérieur ainsi que la piscine agréable, la villa est un lieu de dépaysement total. Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait qu’à l’arrivée on nous dise que la piscine ne sera pas accessible toute la semaine car des invités étaient susceptibles de venir (incompréhension car non indiqué sur l’annonce). La nourriture n’était pas très bonne. Le personnel n’était pas disponible pour notre départ tandis qu’à l’arrivée ils ont été très serviable.
Ragozz (7/5): Buono ma da migliorare - A 15 minuti di scooter dal centro di Ubud, ambiente molto grande e intimo; la piscina privata e il personale hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di fare massaggio in camera, anche se sarebbe stato meglio farlo su un lettino apposito e non sul letto per poter godere appieno dei benefici della pratica. La zona non è silenziosa (la strada è trafficata mattino presta e sera), ma per noi non è stato un problema. Alcuni interventi necessari al fine di aumentare la qualità del soggiorno: ante della cucina rotte, soffione della doccia incrostato e zanzariera sul letto sporca.
Miranda (8/5): Fantastisch verblijf voor 6 personen met uitzicht op de rijstvelden! - Prachtige ligging aan rijstvelden met super groot zwembad! Slaapkamers waren ruim en douches (deels buiten) waren fantastisch ingericht (met wierook). Via heel aardig personeel floated breakfast en massages geregeld. Picknick tafel was te laag tov de bankjes. Je kon niet normaal zitten buiten. Keukentje was oud en geen glazen en bestek. Dus we hadden niet kunnen koken.

DIDIER (7/5): Mooie villa, goeie prijs kwaliteit - Zwembad, grootte van de villa. Mooi eigendom op zijn geheel. Mooie tuin. Ontbijt ok wel beetje weinig voor mij. De pomp van het zwembad werkte een volledige dag niet, was net op zondag, zijn wel onmiddellijk komen kijken. De villa lag net langs de weg, dus redelijk vroeg wakker door geluid scooters. Ver van Ubud maar er is genoeg te zien en te beleven. Je hebt wel een scooter nodig als je daar verblijft.
Dipyaman (10/5): A fabulous experience ...must stay 02 nights to experience the property :) - Amazing property and mesmarizing experience...will come back again for sure. Everything was well taken care. Cant think of any ! PS : the lights inside the swimming pool to be repaired.
Virginie (8/5): - La beauté des lieux. La gentillesse du personnel, vraiment très attentionné. Le calme (en retrait des quartiers touristiques d'Ubud). Le jardin. La salle de bains à l'extérieur. Les warung et restaurants près de l'hôtel. Une seule chose : à voir la présentation de l'hôtel (photos) et ce qu'il y avait écrit sur ma réservation, il était difficile de comprendre que la villa que j'avais loué ne donnait accès à aucune piscine. J'étais très déçue. Le personnel a toutefois compensé en nous donnant accès à la merveilleuse piscine de la suite familiale lorsqu'elle était libre.

Anchal (7/5): Beautiful Villa - The pool was massive and a highlight for us, and the rooms and washrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our time. We travelled as a family with an infant and a 5-year-old, and both of them had a wonderful time. They especially loved watching the fishes, swimming in the big pool, and spending time in the beautiful seating area. Overall, it was a good family-friendly place to stay. The kitchen was unfortunately not in good condition. It was dirty, and even the cookware wasn’t properly cleaned. The overall kitchen setup felt very run down and poorly maintained, and to make things worse, I even saw a large rat in the area. This made it very difficult and uncomfortable to use the kitchen during the stay

L’hotel s’appelle Ubud Virginia Villa mais c’est à 20 minutes d’Ubud donc bien excentré. Endroit très bruyant.. en étant à côté de la route on entend beaucoup la circulation.

Brent (3/5): Disappointing, I can’t recommend this place. - The Villa was spacious and has a pool. Beautiful garden and surroundings. The staff was very good. We came here with our family of 6, looking for a nice place to relax and experience Ubud. Unfortunately, we could not do this from Ubud Virgin Villa. The property is very old and worn. There is no up-keep. The kitchen was a mess, with cupboard doors falling off. The pools was very cold and too deep for our kids to swim. And the location is terrible, way too far outside of Ubud. It was so bad that we ended up leaving after only one night, but had booked for 3. The place we booked did not look like what we thought we had booked from booking.com. This is probably a good place for young and budget travelers but does not work for families.

Annemarie (7/5): - Mooi zwembad. Lekker ontbijt. Best ver van het centrum van Ubud en het inchecken was niet top (niemand aanwezig en echt zoeken waar we moesten zijn). Interieur is gedateerd en niet alles werkt goed.
erin (10/5): Our stay was beautiful, comfortable, easy and enjoyable. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. - We received top tier service here. The villa was stunning and the staff were amazing, particularly our girl Devi who welcomed us when we arrived late, took us through everything we needed to know and organised dinner for us at 8:30pm! She gave us her WhatsApp number and was available at all hours answering us within minutes. I would highly recommend staying at Ubud Virgin Villa and we would definitely stay here again if we come back. Outstanding service! Only thing (tiniest thing) it is approx. 15 minutes maybe 20 by car to the city centre, as traffic is usually bad. But the Villa itself is beautiful.

Martine (9/5): Wow wat een mooie villa. - Wat een super mooie villa. Wij waren er met 2 kinderen. Ze hadden hun eigen slaapkamer. Wat erg luxe is. Goede locatie. Je moet wel met taxi naar het centrum van Ubud. Niets Eingelijk.
