- Dinos (9/5): - The staff, especially Grace and Kelly, were friendly, courteous, accommodating, and professional at all times.
The rooms (225 for me and 224 for son, daughter-in-law, and grandson) had everything you could want with a few extras, like a pack of biscuits on each bundle of towels on the beds. The towel dryer didn't work in room 224, even after the night receptionist visited the room and advised my son to engage the double switch at the top and to the left of the bathroom door! Switching it on caused the extractor fan to work, but not the towel dryer.

- Richard (1/5): Disappointing hotel - Nothing Booked a de luxe room as disabled and got a normal room complained as room very uncomfortable nowhere to sit as no chairs. Ended up leaving to go to a better hotel. Be careful IF you book this hotel that you get what you have paid for.
- Craig (8/5): - Great a room, clean. Very spacious. Heating was left on. Woke up at 4am sweating. Only the bathroom window opened (which faced on to a neighbouring front door). No fan available.

- Chris (9/5): Very nice hotel, well placed for the pavilion and seafront - Great location, very clean, nice bar and great place to eat. It needs aircon!
- Phoebe (10/5): Super stay 😊 - Super room and location 🥰 Breakfast needs to be less expensive.
- kath (8/5): Staff friendly, and hotel was lovely - The hotel had changed hands since we last stayed, and it is now a lot more modern, did not use the restaurant as family lived very close, and we ate with them, bed was comfortable Nothing as we had all we neeeded
- Swindon (8/5): Excellent value for money - The staff in reception were absolutely lovely, and so helpful. Fabulous to have a bath and shower in bathroom and a coffee machine in the room. The hotel room was small, but completely adequate. A short walk to the beach promenade. Restaurants and entertainment close by. Good value for money. Free parking on site. Nothing
- Barbara (9/5): Perfect - Perfect position Parking limitation. I felt that may not be a space on my return if I went out in my car
- Clare (10/5): Excellent - Very lovely room clean and fresh staff were excellent and we had a lovely breakfast
- Amanda (7/5): Our biggest downside was looking forward to a long lazy start to our night away but sadly we had family from hell with s - Location was superb The bathroom needs some tlc
Please resell Bath removing any signs of mould
Some cracked floor tiles need replacing
- Olivia (7/5): Average - Good sized room and very clean, great location close to the centre. Average staff, very odd pub attached to the hotel and the worst shower with luke warm water and no pressure.

- Kamila (8/5): - Duży, wygodny pokoj i duża łazienka, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Brak suszarki do włosów w łazience, długie oczekiwanie na śniadanie.

- Richard (7/5): One night in Felixstowe. - The hotel is situated in a relativley quiet road in a nice area of Felixstowe. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The Coco presents itself well and is very comfortable as far as furnishings and amenities go.
The food in the evening and breakfast were very nice, served well, no problems. The only issue was that on the night I stayed although my room was nicely appointed and serviced the heating would not work in the bedroom, none of the 3 radiators would work
It was a cold night and it made the room uncomfortable to sit or work in.
The bathroom was fine the towel rail was perfect.
I reported the issue and a duty manager was contacted by reception but nothing changed.
Upon leaving the restaurant i was offered an electric fan heater but at this juncture I was going to bed so no real benefit. Just a shame to take the edge of a pleasant overall stay.

- Karen (10/5): Would definitely recommend this hotel, lovely decor and amazing rooms. - Great location, stunning room and staff were very polite and helpful.
- Sue (6/5): Good restaurant. Basic accommodation - Location and very pleasant staff Rooms small decor average. Basic toiletries. Generally expected more.
- Janet (8/5): A good place to meet friends for dinner and meet up with family over the weekend. - Spacious room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.
The food at dinner and breakfast was very good. The service at dinner on the Saturday evening was slow as was the service at breakfast.

- Claire (7/5): We love felixstowe and have stayed here before, but this time wasn't as great. - We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The lovely gentlemen that greeted us when we arrived was absolutely lovely and we got to see him again when we checked out. The noise levels from the bar and restaurant area could be heard from our room.
The fake grass area outside with dow was loud and could hear people talking whist sitting on there.
There was a dripping pipe that kept us awake for a few hours in the early morning.
We waited along time to be served in the bar, no other customers waiting but non existent bar staff.
Water pressure for the shower was rubbish.
- Simon (7/5): Nice hotel, shame about the shower - Great location, does have parking and the restaurant is very good. The property decor is good and the smell is great. The shower let this property down for us. In this day and age a shower that can only produce a dribble and not enough force to wash hair isn’t very good.

- Rebecca (6/5): Perfect location .. shame about lack of sleep - Room was lovely, location is very central to town and seafront . Staff were very attentive and friendly. Clean rooms & food in restaurant absolutely delicious. Unfortunately our room 224 was underneath staff quarters , an extremely noisy fan in bathroom when shower taken after midnight must be something wrong with it ,& then washing machine turned on at 7am Sunday morning , there’s literally zero insulation making it feel like it was in the room with us , such a shame we really didn’t sleep well in this room.
- Helen (7/5): A mixed bag of experiences. - The location of the hotel was great for the town and the seafront. Close enough to walk to both easily. Hotel staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were in good condition. Room was too hot and old sash window didn't stay open. My room was also above the kitchen and there were loud noises from below til gone midnight and they started again before 7am. Every time a door slammed shut close by the bed shook! Breakfast was not worth the money - very slow service and food was nothing special.
- Dinos (10/5): Hotel CoCo is wonderful! - Grace was charming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. There were times when I noticed other guests were waiting for attention. For example, Grace was in the kitchen preparing my breakfast on Saturday, the 3rd of May, when two guests arrived in the dining room at about 08:20. There was no staff to greet them! Perhaps a bell in the dining area would help.
- Tim (8/5): - Very pleasant and helpful staff. Most things were excellent. Unfortunately, most of the windows didn't open in our room- the one that did didn't stay open, so the room was too stuffy and hot.
- Ian (8/5): It was ok but we probably won’t return as this hotel isn’t as close to the amenities as The Orwell ☹ - First impressions entrance, dining room, reception etc were very good and our de luxe room seemed fine too
At first but ………….. ……however the door to our bathroom was filthy as was the loft hatch in the bathroom -parts of the skirting board in the bedroom needed painting etc - a few lights weren’t working in the bathroom - the shower tray sealant needed work done on it and the shower was broken and wouldn’t stay in place on it’s riser and the turn off knob was loose. Some of these faults were pointed out to a duty manager (Grace) on Saturday - she said they would be dealt with after the bank holiday and gave us a complimentary breakfast. We then realised that Grace was the Duty Manager, the Receptionist and running the dining room breakfasts completely on her own, she was amazing - she kept her cool and was very professional, she deserved a medal but at the same time she should never been left in this situation, totally unfair ☹️
- Roy (9/5): -
- Patricia (10/5): - Exceptional service from staff.
Everyone so friendly & informative if the area. N/A
- Hazel (9/5): Short spring break - Location superb, close to town and beach. Did not eat at the hotel as options elsewhere and with family. Very helpful reception staff.
- Joanna (10/5): -
- Clive (8/5): Great location, friendly staff and a fantastic restaurant. - Location, friendly staff, nice bar and fantastic restaurant. The mattress in our room (214) was lumpy and a bit uncomfortable.
- Karen (5/5): Lovely but need more staff - Room very nice bit smaller than before but clean& nice bathroom.....nice outside area to have a drink. Trying to get a drink at attached pub.....either no staff or one person who wasnt vey attentive serving people waiting.......Same person helping at breakfast with one other the wait for even tea & coffee was ages.....the order wasnt right but waited so long didnt mention it.....Then same person again checked us out!!! More staff certainly needed for smooth running of hotel & people not waiting so long in every area.
- Gillian (10/5): -
- Ian (8/5): Great - The size and comfort of the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was great. It felt luxurious. The wifi was fast. I ate in the restaurant and the fixed price menu was tasty and good value. Breakfast was well cooked and good quality. Only 1 openable window. There were some cobwebs. 1 radiator would not turn off and there was a lightbulb not working in one area. But none of this mattered much.
- Vivienne (9/5): Great Felixtowe visit - Lovely spacious hotel room in quiet area.
We had a very good stay.
- Sylvia (8/5): Stay at Felixstowe
L.l - Pleasant room, good size double. Very clean and well appointed. . Drinks facility v good. Ideal position, as attending a function at the convent. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower. The room was too hot and took quite a while to cool down with the window open.
- Edgaras (10/5): -
- Kathryn (9/5): Staff very helpful. - Great location. Staff really helpful. We love this hotel! Our room wasn’t serviced on the second day. Not sure why. Not a big problem but we had to go looking for extra coffee etc.
The dinner menu was expensive with limited vegan options and small portion sizes.
- Mindaugas (10/5): -
- Paul (10/5): - Lovely staff, lovely hotel Nothing
- David (8/5): -
- mary (8/5): nice - lovely room and wet room bathroom the breakfast £15.75 was over the top. I had a small bowl cereal and half a slice of toast and orange juice costing £15.75!
There should be more choice for example if a cooked breakfast is not required a continental breakfast type set up at a relevant costing should be offered.
- Simon (9/5): Great room and lovely room and decor. Would love to try the restaurant next time - Stylish and comfortable
- Karen Smigth (9/5): excellent hotel close to the town centre and easy walk to the beach - Receptionist was friendly and helpful with information about the hotel and facilities. The room was clean, well appointed and room temperature was good. There was some noise from the bar that filtered through to the room but this ended by 11pm. The hotel is located close to the town and car parking could be an issue, the hotels car park is small but you can park on side roads. rooms could have better sound proofing
- Valerie (9/5): - The room was large with settee, comfortable chairs and a lovely king sized bed. It was and warm and comfortable. It had a large television which we could turn and sat watching it relaxing on our bed
- Kim (9/5): -
- Lesley (9/5): Great hotel, would return. - Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room and facilities. Good restaurant/food. Great location for beach and town centre. Would have preferred breakfast included in price. As a lady on her own I like to eat at the hotel rather than having to go out but on Sunday there's no evening option. (I was at an event in the day)
- David (10/5): Very relaxing and professional hotel - Lovely room and excellent restaurant and nice bar area Bar tender a bit slow on serving
- Caroline (9/5): Great location for seafront, bars and restaurants. - High standard accommodation for a very reasonable price Nothing
- maria (9/5): -
- Jane (7/5): -
- Kirsti (6/5): - Staff friendly
Room size
Location
Parking available on site The flooring was covered with dark hairs and bits, socks were dirty from walking on the floor.
The smell of oily chips was coming into the room. At first thought we might have been next door to a fish and chip shop. No idea where the smell came from.
Was not able to open the windows. They were stiff and did not want to force them.
No window in the bathroom and fan was very weak, not even sure they had one...
Bathroom so small and narrow.
Disappointed with the room considering how much we paid for it.

- Johannes (9/5): -
- Phill (7/5): -
- Diane (10/5): - Location was excellent
Kelly on breakfast duty was outstanding
- Claire (7/5): - The location, it was spacious, clean, comfortable bed The bathroom door didn't actually shut unless you use the lock on the inside. The door knob was for no purpose. This meant that when steam inevitably escaped when you came out of the shower it set the hotel smoke alarms off. This then meant at 08.00 in the morning the staff were knocking on all the doors to find out who it was. If they were aware that it wasn't actual smoke and steam from the shower, this obviously is a reoccurring thing. We were up, and sadly it was my husband leaving the shower that set the alarm off. I felt for all those people that were not up, that were woken by the staff trying to find out whose shower it was! I would not have been happy at all. I really feel that this could be avoided with a proper door and door knob and maybe some signage to alert people to this problem. Or maybe move the smoke alarm so it isn't directly outside the bathroom door.
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- Sara (9/5): -
- Joanna (7/5): Nice hotel but a few improvements needed. - Nice sized room.
Good welcome. Had to clean limescale from showerhead to make it work properly.
Room wasnt checked after first night and tea, coffee, toiletries were not replenished. Asked at reception for replacements but not replenished until 2nd request was made.
- James (7/5): -
- Saul (8/5): Off the cuff stay - The reception staff were very friendly. Very smart reception. Room needed refurbishment. Bed was on wheels on a laminate floor so moved easily. Bathroom was tired and basic.
- Hayley (10/5): Excellent accommodation and beautiful food in the restaurant - Perfect location and gorgeous rooms Nothing! It was everything we wanted
- Sally (10/5): -
- steven (10/5): - Good location to seafront. Lovely clean comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated. Nothing, lovely stay with a lovely breakfast
- Steven (10/5): - helpful friendly staff. Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Generally very good nothing
- Arrowsmith (9/5): - The location and restaurant/breakfast was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful and polite. The fan in the bathroom was too noisy and the main door lock did not fit properly, you had to check twice to make sure the door was properly locked
- Haystack Travel (8/5): Pleasant - Room and bed were very good A bit noisy
- Nilay (10/5): -
- Richard (9/5): - Breakfast was a bit disappointing having stay in a lot of holiday hotels there was no orange or any juice fresh fruit or cereal just the hot breakfast
- Julian (8/5): -
- Jackie (7/5): Nice stay - Location Windows and door rattled… could hear people in next room coughing. I prefer 12 check out
- Jaime (8/5): Overall excellent stay.. - Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.. Plumbing quite noisy from other rooms..
- Faye (10/5): - Room was very comfortable, clean and airy. Plenty of lighting, windows to open when needed and could control room temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing.
- Andy (8/5): A great improvement on the previous hotel and good value for money in a clean and stylish room. - The hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. Stylish yet fitting for the hotel without feeling out of place. Location is great and staff were incredibly helpful. The refurbishment is let down by a couple of basics. The pillows are terrible and takes thin to new levels. There were no spare pillows.
- David (10/5): Fantastic place to stay - Excellent condition and very friendly and helpful staff, superb breakfast and evening restaurant Nothing
