We were checked in quickly and our rooms were close by. Very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The comedy show was great. We slept very well. Breakfast seemed to have a little bit of everything. Great hotel! Great staff! Great stay! We will be back!

Beautiful well maintained lobby with coffee, hot chocolate, and teas Room were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good shower pressure in shower. Definitely a great hotel.

Staff was friendly, it was meticulously clean, and of course, the breakfast was warm and yummy! Easy choice when my kids have tournaments out that way to pick this hotel for our home away from home stay!!!

- Patrick (8/5): Overall, the stay was a really good experience and we would come again. - The hotel receptionist that checked us in was fantastic! Some of the breakfast items needed refilling. For example, the fresh fruit bowl was about empty and never refilled. It would have been nice to have butter and cream cheese available for the bread products.

Our sink in our room had very slow drainage. And the shower didn't have a very strong flow for water. But those were only two minor things. We have stayed at a few different hotels in the area but this by far has been our favorite. We will definitely be back. And look into this brand more often now when booking in the future.

Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and a nice hot breakfast available from 6-10am daily is perfect if you have an early or late start to your morning during your stay. Lots of restaurants, fast food and shopping nearby if needed. If you're checking in and front desk staff member, Yahaira, is on duty, she'll be sure to take good care of you with a big smile.

I got locked out my room and front desk had to call maintenance and the young man Anthony came in after they called him and did something with the computer and let me in. Very nice young man and very respectful.

It was my daughter’s birthday and they got her a goodie bag and sung happy birthday along with Tina the general manager and Zu at the front desk my daughter was so happy and talked about it for days. I was working near Milwaukee and still choose this hotel for my stays. The extra 20-30 min drive is worth it. Staff and hotel is amazing. Thank you Tina and Kayla. You guys are wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through. And I got to see them setting up for Xmas. It’s going to look great!

Staff are always super friendly and accommodating. Kind of on the edge of town but with easy access to nearby main roads and interstate highway. Reasonable commute to/from either ORD or MKE. Many great options for dining in the local area (but a wonderful breakfast is always enjoyed at the Hampton😋 )

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites for 2 nights and the experience was great. We were greeted with friendly smiles and treated with courtesy, by the staff members at the reception area, from our check in late Friday night to our check out early Sunday morning. We stayed in suite 327 with a mini fridge and microwave for our convenience. The room was clean, cozy and fresh. The bed/pillow were so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. There is also a plus for staying at the hotel, you don't have to worry about breakfast because hot breakfast is a part of your stay. If you are in Kenosha and need a hotel to stay, I would highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Kenosha Pleasant Prairie.

Merlin and John were friendly and professional at check in, accommodating our special requests with a smile. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The room was renovated, smelled so fresh and so clean! We even ended up with a great city view. Every staff member was friendly and helpful! Amazing!! Oh and Shopping and dining close by... Fresh paint and carpets. New fitness room flooring. New beds and TV’S. They went all out to make it a good experience. The staff is great as usual. Tina the GM couldn’t be nicer. She told me all about the new upgrades to the hotel, she told me where all the new good food was. And she even gave me 2 extra bottles of water at check-in. The customer service is what attracted me to this hotel at first but now with this new renovation it’s forever a go to for me

- Vera (10/5): Huzzah! Hotel fit for a king near the Ren Faire - We stayed here because it was in Bristol near the Renaissance Faire, and D's Barn, a bar/gaming center, is just 2 miles away! The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with an actual shower door. Breakfast was excellent, a step above the usual included breakfast fare, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just one pro tip: the room thermostat was hidden behind a lamp and we had to ask how to turn down the AC. Will stay again!

The conference room was the perfect spot to accommodate 30 guests, plus have counter space for food & room for a gift table. Access the afternoon before our big event to decorate made a world of difference. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly and super helpful! Out-of-town family enjoyed staying in your newly remodeled rooms, relaxing in the pool and a great breakfast. Having all our needs met in one location was so convenient. Everyone enjoyed the celebration!

- Dennis (10/5): Great place to stay if you are in Wisconsin and have a morning flight out of O'Hare airport! - The facility, staff and amenities are excellent - everything looks brand new! Might be a good idea for famility since there are chain resturants nearby but none on site. I was shocked by the price - I assume it's because 6 Flags is down the road but otherwise over $200/night seems high for such a rural area.

- Micah (10/5): - It was the nicest place we stayed in area. Quiet, staff was helpful. There was a party going on in breakfast area when we arrive but they were not that loud. Properly was well maintained.
- Stubbs (9/5): Great place to stay! Amazing Breakfast options! Close to Ren Faire! - The hotel and the rooms were very clean! The Staff was always very nice when communicating with them. Breakfast options were amazing! They had different waffles flavor options and they varied. It was pretty easy to get to the Bristol Renaissance faire from here as well, A few times I went to the front desk and nobody was there. Instead, there was a note that said to dial '0' but the phone is not in an obvious place. The door to our room stuck and it took quite an amount of force to close it. The other room we had booked the bathroom door was very hard to open and close as well. The pool was also closed on saturday night which was a bummer but I understand that things happen sometimes and are out of their control.

- Nancy (6/5): - Overall, this is a good hotel and our stay was very pleasant. There were just two things that disappointed us about this hotel. 1.) The pool was closed when we were there. They said it was for 'maintenance'. But this seems to occur way too often with hotels now and we suspect that the staff is trying to avoid the extra work of cleaning or maintaining the pool area, so they close it down claiming "maintenance" issues. Please don't advertise the pool on your website if you are unable to make it available for guests. If there really was a problem with the pool, I apologize for our suspicion. 2.) We're not fans of watching the rabid hatred and ridiculous conspiracy theories spewed out on Fox News on the giant TV in the lobby/dining area. I don't want anyone's politics rammed down my throat while I'm trying to enjoy my breakfast in the morning. Let me enjoy my vacation. In spite of the hotel's choice of "entertainment", the free breakfast offered by the hotel was very nicely done with a lot of delicious options. We appreciated the breakfast staff's efforts to keep the food fresh, hot, and fully stocked. The rest of the hotel staff was very freindly and attentive and the hotel was quiet and clean. We would consider staying there again.
- Khoa (10/5): - The check in went smoothly and room was spacious, comfort bed and sheets, many dining options around the property and not far from the harbor / lakefront of Kenosha, must try the weekend market and enjoy the walk along the harbor , beautiful view of Lake Michigan and lots of vendors , I truly enjoy the weather and the nature of Kenosha, a hidden gem of Wisconsin

- . Benoît (7/5): Problème de réservation - Réservation confirmée sur mon application, à nôtre arrivée à l'hôtel la réception de l'hôtel n'avait aucune trace de notre réservation. Heureusement il restait une chambre pour nous . Après 15 heures d'avion il est toujours désagréable de ne pas pouvoir se reposer dans l'hôtel que nous avions réservé bien longtemps en avance.

- jacsanford (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - Everything concerning our stay was good. Merlin was a pleasure to deal with at check in and very knowledgeable of places we might want to eat or visit. The room was clean, well stocked, the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

- Chad (10/5): Great place for the price - Staying for a weekend baseball tournament. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean- bathroom could use a little more attention. Temperature was very inconsistent- seems to have a motion sensor or something so only stays cool while we were up moving around- once we went to sleep the room got too warm and was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was what I’d expect from a hotel free breakfast- nothing fancy but no complaints.

- Ethan (2/5): - We attempted to book this hotel, but the site glitched and put us down for the wrong dates after payment. It had tried to do that a few times before we booked so we refreshed to correct it each time and when we finally got the right dates and booked it, the confirmation showed a completely different set of dates. We attempted multiple times to contact the website right away and call the hotel to correct the issue, but there was no way to contact the hotel through expedia and no one through the website expedia got back to us. Just paid almost $300 for a hotel we didn't even stay at. Got ghosted and scammed. Truly a really bad experience with Expedia.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was also good. I give them a 10 out of 10. We travel every year and this is the best hotel we've been to in quite some time!

Prior to arrival I Sent message to property and even spoke with representative who both indicated That hot tub was open and functioning. Arrived to only be told that the hot tub was removed the week prior Representative offered to refund our stay then stated he was unable to since we booked thru a third party Decided to stay so not to lose the money I told him that I felt that was deceptive to advertise a property with certain amenities Not to mention that I made several attempts to verify . I was very disappointed and will not use Hampton again To add to that .. The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast with 25 minutes to spare We felt rushed to get finished prior to the 10am end time
