- Adewale (8/5): A Good hotel & maybe 5 star if they upgrade the bathroom - I liked the location, it was near a very big mall (Polat) that had many stores and restaurants I liked the daily free shuttle (to & from) Taskim, that affords you the opportunity to explore the market I liked the services of the staff, they were attentive, ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. 1. The bed was smaller than the usual double size bed 2. The bathroom was a big let down, especially for a 5 star hotel, the shower curtains should be replaced with glass demacation and I don't understand what a seat is doing in the shower. 3. The towers are dated and worn out, they should be replaced. 4. Breakfast had limited options

По приезду диван был разложен и застелен как вторая кровать. 4 раза просит ресепшен убрать кровать и вернуть диван в исходное состояние, так и не сделали до моего выезда. Также завтрак крайне скудный для отеля 5 звезд. Мебель и ванная старые.

- Kothiya (6/5): A comfortable and well-located stay, but let down by service inconsistencies and avoidable issues. - The room was very comfortable, particularly the bed, which made for a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, providing convenient access to major tourist attractions, and the breakfast offered was of a good standard. Additionally, a young member of the housekeeping staff on our floor was especially accommodating. His attention to detail, along with the promptness of his service in responding to our requests, was highly commendable. While there were several positive aspects to our stay, there were also a few areas that require attention and improvement. The shower in the bathroom was not functioning properly and needs to be fixed. Additionally, we experienced issues with the air conditioning for two days, although this was eventually resolved by the hotel staff. The dinner experience did not meet Hilton standards. There was a noticeable lack of vegetarian options, and the staff were not flexible or accommodating when it came to meeting dietary requirements. We were also informed that wearing a shower cap was mandatory before entering the pool. However, when we asked if we could use one from our room, we were told this was not allowed and were instead required to purchase them at a cost of 400 TL. This was particularly disappointing, as we observed that other guests were neither asked to purchase nor were wearing shower caps at the pool. On our last day, despite contacting reception twice over a 45-minute period to request water bottles for our room, and receiving confirmation that they would be sent shortly, no water was provided.

Die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist überall pragtisch und möglich. Hotel hat tgl. Shuttlebus nach Taksim. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Wellnesbereich war auch gut. Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut. Im Hotel gab es in der Nacht Feueralarm, da ein Gast im Zimmer geraucht hat- Rauchen ist im Hotel verboten, steht auch überall-. Alle Gäste ( Ältere, Kranke, Kinder usw.) sind mitten in der Nacht schnell rausgegangen, die Beleuchtung im Garten war sehr dunkel und sind einige gestolpert sogar gestürzt, hier ist die Beleuchtung verbesserungsbedürftig. Solch ein Gast sollte dann sofort aus dem Hotel entlassen werden, jedoch wurde nicht.
- Elina (9/5): Great stay in a great location - We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Esra, the manager, was super helpful in arranging a twin room for my parents, who arrived earlier than me. The service was great, and we had a lovely stay. We would definitely come back. It was a family trip, so as always, we had to accommodate the needs of other family members - but we enjoyed it. In the mornings we would enjoy the breakfast time all together and would meet at the bar in the evening - super nice!

Staff is friendly Special thank to Esra özpınar Doble Three Manager . I think only this person are truly care about guests. She orange couple show for us and give great recommendations and booked nice restaurants. We also ask for early check inn and she arranged that for us. Communicate even when she was on her day off. We rent two rooms one was ok, in the great condition, but another needs definitely renovation. Room was flooded and look really not in the pleasant condition. Furniture was all covered with white stain same as bathroom counters. So I ask for replacement not room was available in check inn day.. they say room will available to show in afternoon but when we get back to the hotel the duty manager (man) was already out of his work. That was around 4:00pm Ans since Esra has a day off nobody care ! We was there for 7 days Morning buffet not gave much verities. Same food everyday. Went to the spa, to use the pool you need to have a swimming hat, price not fix , the employees give different cost for swimming hat. And drama start ;))) between them ;)) For me I got my cheapest cost ;)))

An expensi - Not the immediate surrounding areas but being local to many locations was good. But local area seemed run down and rough Very uncomfortable, sizes of rooms tiny, beds very uncomfortable. Hygiene poor hotel is generally aged and not well Maintained. You would want something sometimes and take 3-4 calls to have it rectified. Nothing worked tv, sockets, taps. Health and safety was low too danger causing sides to our child physical and health. Mould

- Chetan (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The hotel was very clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. The facilities were all available and easy to access. We ordered room service a few times as we were tired from walking around all day. It was nice to just relax in a comfy room after a long day. The location is great with only a short taxi or bus ride to the main town square. They also offer a shuttle service which proved very useful. Couldn't quite work out how to adjust the A/C in the room. But the room temp was fine.

Her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a big difference in my stay. Enesh was incredibly helpful with everything I needed—always patient, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which is something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and positive in their work. Enesh is a real asset to the hotel, and she made my experience truly memorable. Thank you for such outstanding service! Had a slight issue with the bed.

- Seyma (5/5): - Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel pourtant réputé. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid. La personne chargée de notre enregistrement a levé les yeux au ciel en nous voyant, puis nous a simplement tendu les cartes des chambres, sans aucune explication (ni l’étage, ni l’accès). Un minimum de professionnalisme et de courtoisie serait attendu à ce niveau. Le restaurant à l’entrée de l’hôtel est également décevant : plus de 20 minutes d’attente pour venir prendre notre commande, alors que la salle était vide. Je tiens toutefois à souligner un point positif : le monsieur à l’accueil du spa, qui a été très agréable, souriant et professionnel tout au long du séjour. De même, le personnel en charge du nettoyage mérite des remerciements, les chambres étaient impeccables. Malheureusement, l’accueil au départ a été tout aussi glacial. Une aide était proposée à tous les clients pour leurs valises, sauf à nous, ce qui renforce le sentiment d’un service inégal. Pour un hôtel de cette réputation, le niveau de service est clairement en dessous des attentes.

Mann findet nicht das Zimmer so wie Mann es verlässt zum Beispiel waren meine Sonnen Brillen die vernünftig in einer Reihe aufgereiht Waren alle auf ein Haufen zusammen geworfen!! Das Personal ist zu dem extrem Laut !!

- Viktoria (7/5): усталый отель, где персонал постоянно что-то путает, нет четких стандартов - отель расположен не очень далеко от Таксим, был бесплатный трансфер каждый час до этой площади и обратно, в номере качественно убирали ежедневно, было тихо и возможно отдохнуть, напротив современный ЖК с прекрасными ресторанами и магазинами в шаговой доступности нас поселили в номер, где был постоянный не проходящий запах канализации, окно при открывании не фиксировалось, холодильник был заперт на ключ, однако после обращения к администратору - нас переселили в тот же вечер. Также, посетили СПА, там был запах канализации, все грязное и обветшалое в явном запустении, кран в душе сломан, полотенец вообще не было, халаты с оторванными хлястиками... В хамам и сауну мы попасть не смогли, хотя нес не предупредили, что они забронированы. Позже, нам в администрации сообщили, что СПА хоть и находится в отеле и постояльцы могут его посетить бесплатно, но он находится в управлении сторонней организации, где нет никаких стандартов, которая ориентирована в основном на обслуживание местных граждан завтрак скромный, но в принципе что-то найти можно, совсем голодным не останетесь в первый же день официант перепутал наш заказ, принес совсем другие блюда, но потом все исправили, якобы перепутали на кухне, такой же был случай в баре при заказе кофе - вместо горячего - приготовили со льдом...

- Sarah (9/5): حبيت الاقامه مره بس يمكن ماارجع له بسبب ماء الشاور - الهدوء رايق مره موقعه جميل بعيد عن الزحمات والازعاج ونفس الوقت قريب بالسياره عن اغلب الاشياء عشر الى 15 دقيقه موية الشاوور مره تأذينا منها كل 20 ثانيه تجي 3 ثواني مويه حاره جدا جدا تلسع لسع لدرجة يغثك ماتتهنى بالشاور لان كل شوي تتكرر بفترات قصيره هذا الصدق اسوء شي فيه والباقي 10على 10

- Afag (10/5): I would come again - Almost everything. Great service, great hospitality, comfortable rooms, overall you feel at home. I would like to thank Mr.Onur for his help during our stay. He made the overall stay comfortable for us🙏🏻 The only thing I am little bit uncomfortable was the size of the changing room in Spa. It was small in size.
