Our room was clean and comfortable. Stacy checked us in a little early, she was friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and smelled nice. We went to a concert on our trip. Went to bed around midnight about an hour later there was banging and heavy walking above our room. Maybe staff working during the night. This lasted about an hour. We had breakfast the next morning before we checked out. Everything was good just wished there was more to choose from. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a good addition and easy to make.

Parking is easy and we enjoyed the property and the costs were reasonable. The tube in room 304 is non functional for taking a bath due to the drain plug is the tub does not work. Shower worked great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff and personnel were very friendly and assisted in any way requested. We will stay again.

He was friendly, loved his job and loved helping guests. Made our stay great! While great that it was renovated and very up to date, the vinyl flooring in the rooms made everything a little louder this time. We've stayed here countless times before (2-3 times/year), but this was the loudest it has been.

I will always choose this location during my stays in Little Rock Arkansas. The atmosphere was very inviting.Once checked in and settled i felt comfortable and at ease. My latest visit i arrived a little late in the midt of a rainy and windy stay inside kinda day that was very cold I was ready to be off the road I got out of the truck and the bright beautiful aura of the room caught my attention first thing hashtag looking like the hotel makeover gone very right then and now episode. Staring all the the wonderful staff family who really gives 100 percent to making sure my families stay was above and beyond .Having someone gaurding ur life at the front entrance with cameras around the entire perimeter at all times makes for a safe cozy nights rest.Fresh smiling faces welcomed us it Smelled very good elevators ran quickly up and down I had to ask the front desk for some help a few times the Man on third shift James I would say is the Hamptons hospitality hero He really cares about keeping every one happy and getting the task done with a excellent attitude never seeming to mind he always helped my family with a smile and that's important to me when finding place to trust with my family in there hands I choose Hamptons Hands NLR is my choice from here on out . five stars from North West Arkansas thanks James Keep on keeping on u deserve a big party and to be celebrated for being outstanding big E for Effort four days of it that I seen on the road home is where the Hampton is

Beverly (10/5): Great staycation! - Was a perfect staycation! It was updated and very clean. Even the elevators and hallways smelled clean... no musty odor whatsoever. Bed & pillows were all really comfortable. Very nice breakfast... it was still hotel eggs & sausage but many extras for your waffles, breads or oatmeal - marmalades, choc chips, nuts, raisins, etc & a nice assortment of teas. Will definitely recommend for out of town visitors or come back if I need another staycation! One receptionist wasn't quite so friendly. He never said hi anytime I walked by. Maybe he was having a bad day?

318ashc (10/5): Safe and Clean with Professional yet Friendly Staff - The location is tucked in, but extremely close to Interstate 40. As it was tucked away, the parking was away from the main road and well lit. The building was very safe as the entry was locked late at night. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet! In fact the whole hotel was quiet. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with suggestions and assistance as I left at about 2:30am. The room was spotless and there was no noise. Free bottles of water were available and the bathroom toiletries were adequate. This really made my rest in between 2 days of solid driving totaling 25 hours a dream.

Jbx1954 (10/5): Excellent Hampton. - This was one of the better Hamptons at which I've had the opportunity to stay. My room was the one I selected on Hilton's app and was ready at the stated time with an active digital key. I was able to go straight to my room after a long day's drive. The room was clean (as was the hotel in general) and quiet. The wifi worked well. I had to have a freezer pack refrozen for traveling with a medication (fridges in Hampton rooms no longer have small freezers). I took the freezer pack down to the front desk and the staff immediately placed it in one of the hotel freezers for me to pick up the next morning. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and there is a mall next door for those wishing to shop a little. Breakfast was the standard Hampton fare, usually a decent choice of eggs/breakfast meats, fruit, yogurt, waffles etc. Like most every hotel, someone will find a fault, however, I believe most will really appreciate a good night's stay here. This was not the most expensive hotel on my trip west to Yellowstone but it was by far the best. (The most expensive turned out to be the worst experience!).

We had the King with Sofa-bed option and there was so much vacant space even with the sofa-bed pulled out. This would be great for a family with multiple kids or a pack and play crib, air mattress, etc. Everything feels new and there are so many outlets and whatnot! Also, our check-in staff member was so hospitable! I believe his name was James. Excellent!

Jenbrandi (10/5): Good late night find - Driving through Little Rock , we decided about 9:30p.m. to find a room for the night on our travels. Decided on Hampton Inn, as the reviews were good. This Hampton Inn did not disappoint! The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean, as well. The bathroom had plenty of shelving and hooks and I really appreciated how bright and clean it was . The beds were made nicely and the whole room just smelled clean. No lingering odors or musty smells. The hallway was also clean! The carpet looked well maintained. Lots of times, I notice halls in hotels can have dirty ground in dirt on the carpets, even if they have been vacuumed. I always leave a tip for the housekeeping, but this time I left a bit more because these housekeepers go the extra mile to make the rooms smell good and be very pleasant and clean. It was a restful stay.

I hadn't been in Little Rock in 20 years and had only been there once for business and stayed downtown, so I was picking a place blind for the most part. The hotel is in a very good location with a safe environment around it with plenty to do. There are many restaurants within a mile as well as a mall and plenty of strip malls. The hotel was clean, the rooms were a good size, and the front desk person on duty was very welcoming and personable.

AnnJ8899 (10/5): Great Stay! - Hampton Inn McCain Mall, Over the years we have been stopping at this hotel and somehow they stay up with the modern bright trend and tops in cleanliness! Normally most hotels will have a brightly lit lobby and when you get to your floor or room it feels darker, but not here!! You walk down the hallway and they are modern and more daylight type lighting, which somehow makes you feel happier going into your room! The bedroom and baths are nice, bright & modern and clean!! The bath/showers are free of moldy areas and you can clearly see that as the lighting is bright. Also, as you step in your room, everything smells clean! I cannot say how much this means to me!! We were greated by staff and acknowledged as Hilton Reward members and offered our bottle waters. The only thing I was disappointed in this trip was that we stayed at the Hilton down the street our first night, and was so disappointed, but my husband was impressed by it’s breakfast reviews of fresh made omelettes. He was not impressed with Hampton’s breakfast and the breakfast meat was not labeled so didn’t know what you were eating. Also, would be nice to have a Wheat Bread option for those with dietary needs. For me the oatmeal was just sitting in water and did not look appetizing at all, I figured this is Arkansas and southerners should know how to make oatmeal but was disappointed in it here. Also, if cheddar cheese or some type of ham option could be offered, that may help for breakfast. We did appreciate having picante & mustard packets available. Staff was great on check in and check out! Overall a great stay!!

It is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and they add some extra touches like a personalized bottle of water in the room for Hilton Honors members. This is hands down your best option for the area!

T2974BXpamm (8/5): Would stay here again... - We stayed here on our way to TX and found it to be a great place to stop that fit our needs perfectly. Great location, easy on and off the highway. Room was spacious, very clean and relatively quiet. There are many dining options close by. The breakfast offerings were good, the usual fare - dining area was very clean and attendant was efficient. One complaint: the hot water dispenser is used for coffee as well as hot water, I guess - hot water shouldn't have a coffee after taste. When we talked to James at the front desk during our check out, he was friendly and interested in our feedback about the hotel - very personable and enjoyable to talk to.
patrickcM4261NJ (10/5): Great place to stay - The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. That’s my two main concerns. Was just passing thru and stopped to sleep and then get up and go. So, didn’t venture out much. Could see there were a lot of places around to eat and close to anything else you would need.
