- Brenda (9/5): Would recommend - The room was spacious. I liked that the kitchen wasn't near the bathroom. There was a table in the middle to eat at that divided the living and sleeping spaces. For breakfast there was variety and it was tasty. Spacious bathroom as well with separate toilet and shower room. You could hear the noise from the hall as the workers were cleaning. My husband asked for extra towels but they weren't given to us. There were 4 lamps but that wasn't enough to keep the whole room bright.

- Kayla (10/5): Anytime I need to come to Georgetown, this is the place I stay. - The breakfast and coffee is always amazing! The blackout curtains in our room worked so well I couldn’t tell whether it was morning or not! Haha! Parking can be troublesome, but not a big deal.

It was a pulley system that went down in to the frame so it really gave good coverage. Gym has peloton and complete setup, one of the best gyms we’ve seen in surrounding hotels. Not a thing!
- CharleyP18 (2/5): Terrible customer service - Asked for a late check out the night before leaving and was told by front desk that they couldn’t. They said there would be someone I could ask the next morning. I had 2 rooms for 3 nights and the next morning I asked in chat if we could get one late check out on one of the rooms so my kids that have been here all weekend playing sports could take a shower before we fly home. Nobody answered the chat for 30 minutes so I called the hotel 5 minutes before check out time (we took our bags the last time we left the hotel just in case). I was again told there would be no late check out due to manager policy. I called the Diamond number to inquire about this and they called the hotel. Confirmed that there was room availability to accommodate a 1 room late check out but could not get the front desk to authorize it due to manager policy. Manager was unable to be contacted to clear this up. Sorry in advance for anyone that has to be around my stinky sports kids today. Thank this hotel and its manager. Of course I could only digitally check out of one room and when I called to check out of the other, the lady at the front desk said I was good to go. I asked her to let her manager know that I have filed a complaint and she said she most definitely will. When I tried to thank her for her help and explain I knew it wasn’t her fault she told me she didn’t appreciate me being disrespectful to her and hung up on me. The irony in that… Coming back here for more sports in March and will NOT be staying at this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing 👏🏾 it was so good it put you back to sleep....they upgraded my room. Thank yall Well, I had noticed some small little ants 🐜 the first day. So I brushed it off as someone may have left food in here somewhere. But then I noticed them on the table next to the bed, and I was like no this is in the room."My husband noticed them on the table next to the bed by him. That's when I notified the front desk. And they got right on it.

I havve diet restrictions which are difficult anywhere we travel I knew the type of shower was in the room. We normally have a chair in ours as well at home. Even though there is a drain along the edge of the shower, the curtain is too flimsy to contain the water when showering. Makes the floor all wet and the mat is not near big enough for that area.

- Laura (10/5): - The room above us was very noisy. Sounded like an elephant was up there. Otherwise, the room was comfy and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was good and the coffee was ok. Looked like renovations were going on the first floor.
