Many thanks anyway. Excelent breakfast. Good parking lot, with good acces. Peuple in flip flops or/and pijamas on breakfast are a totaly NO. They should be banned from accessing the restaurant and returned to their rooms for a new trial of clothes, more apropiate for the establishment. YSL pijamas or Under armour slippers are widly seen all arround the would as innapropriate and wearing such pieces in a nice place like this, should not grant you acces anywhere with a litle of selfrespect. Please keep your standards to your highest and Teleferic will do great for many years.

Information has been transparent throughout, which I also appreciated as someone who did work a bit during the stay.

В отеле приятная атмосфера отдыха и уюта. В целом всё понравилось. Иногда в зоне завтрака было немного многолюдно в часы пик.

Good breakfast The food at the restaurant was mediocre. The wooden steps aoutside are extremly slippery. I had quite a spectacular fall. The hotel know about the problem and all they did as install some “careful, it’s slippery” signs.

• Cornel (8/5): Locatie de top in Poiana Brasov - Am revenit cu placere la acest hotel si consider ca este unul de top. Conditiile si serviciile foarte bune. Amplasarea hotelului este excelenta chiar langa telecabina si partiile de ski.. M.D. variat si fresh. Camera confortabila, spatioasa si curata. Parcare privata si gratuita pentru clientii hotelului. Personal amabil si atent la detalii. Alte servicii conexe de buna calitate. Am intampinat mici probleme cu presiunea insuficienta la apa/dus. In grupul sanitar persista de la intrare un miros de canalizare. Trebuia aerisita camera frecvent chiar cu ventilatorul pornit. Am sesizat echipa de curatenie dar fara nicio interventie cat am avut sejurul (probabil fiind si in weekend). La check-out am comunicat la receptie asupra acestui aspect si sper sa se fi rezolvat ulterior si posibil sa fi fost un caz izolat. Am mai stat la acest hotel in anii precedenti si nu am avut aceste probleme. Posibil sa fie ceva rezolvabil si ocazional. In rest numai de bine!

• iridap2026 (2/5): Be careful of their charges!! - The hotel is perfectly fine, and so is the restaurant. The staff, however, could do without the attitude. What really needs attention are the charges and the after-service. When you make a reservation, they block the amount of one night, which they inform you will be refunded upon payment, within a maximum of 15 days. Since January 6th, when I was informed that the amount had been released, no action has been taken and the credit has not appeared, while they are also not responding to my emails. My bank informed me that they see no movement on the hotel’s side and that it is likely they have not taken any action and are waiting for the automatic release, which can take up to 25 business days. Additionally, although we requested to settle the bill the night before check-out because we had an early flight, suddenly in the morning, while we were leaving, we were informed that they had forgotten to charge a €30 tax that arose from various changes in legislation (with no adequate explanation). We paid it so as not to miss our flight. The two stars are for this reason. The after-service is unacceptable, and a business abroad should not be holding a not insignificant amount of money for up to two months, which is what 25 business days effectively means.

• PNINA (8/5): מהנה ונחזור שוב. - ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מדהימה. עשירה מגוונת וטעימה. החדר היה קצת קטן ביחס לציפייה משום ששילמנו על חדר גדול יותר מחדר סטנדרטי במלון. מעבר לזה היה נקי מאד. לא חידשו את המים בחדר אחרי היום הראשון וחבל. לשים כל יום מים בחדר. לא רק ביום הראשון.
