elizabethfC6399IY (10/5): Top Hampton Inn - Pleasantly surprised by this Hampton Inn. The room was great: comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good lighting, and a refrigerator. All of the staff was super friendly, even with a very crowded hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, especially for a complimentary meal. The location is great. It's right across from Oktoberfest grounds and just a few block walk to downtown restaurants, bars, and shops. And there is free parking!

Curtis (4/5): Nice staff, good breakfast, but disappointing, overpriced room. - The staff were friendly and worked hard to meet our needs, even special requests! The room was small and poorly designed. I was shocked at how small and unimpressive it was for such a high price! We’ve paid a lot less at other Hamptons to get a lot more at bigger, more expensive cities.

Susan (10/5): Highly recommended - Great Breakfast, super nice staff, clean rooms with nice beds and all within walking distance to good restaurants and the Christmas Rotary Lights! Our mini vacation was planned spur of the moment and turned out fantastic. Without breaking the bank.

Bruce (10/5): Wonderful we’ll stay again - My girlfriend and I went there to do black Friday shopping your front desk. Staff was absolutely phenomenal and your staff. The next morning was absolutely phenomenal. Breakfast was great room was clean. Everything was wonderful and a great location. Definitely will stay again. I have two daughters in lacrosse.

rubysf2016 (2/5): Dislikes veterans with disabilities - I have a service animal for from the VA medical reasons. Initially I was refused the room I paid for, because of my “pet”. I informed that front desk person, this is a service animal, after an hour or so, I was “allowed” to go to my room. The next day I was denied breakfast because of my “pet”. My service animal is clearly marked. My service animal is better behaved than most people. I was told I could not eat in the dining room because of my dog. I do not have a dog, I have a very well trained service animal. My service animal and I have been in many restaurants, and a variety of different places in almost all 50 states. I have never been more purposefully disrespected in my life. What this particular hotel did is unforgivable. The “manager” on duty at the time of my meal denying, called me crazy and mental. Threatened to call the police, and threatened to remove me from this supposed hotel. All because I said it is my right to eat in peace with my service animal. Would NOT recommend to anyone with a disability.

Wander46285 (10/5): Would stay again! - The rooms were very clean, and all staff was service oriented, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and the breakfast attendants kept the area well stocked and very clean. The hotel is located close to the downtown and within walking distance of great restaurants.

Breakfast was good along with breakfast area. All were given a small bag of travel goodies (fuel for the day!) Tied for top 3 hotels we have visited.

The breakfast fell short. Hot food options were sparse. And breakfast area was not well stocked. I did enjoy the fruit, muffins, coffee and juice.

Julie (10/5): I would highly recommend this hotel! It was a great stay! - The hotel was nice, bright, and clean in the main space and the rooms. The breakfast space was big to accommodate a lot of guests and it was great way start to the day with a yummy breakfast. The staff taking care of it all were so pleasant and accommodating. Great experience over all. There is nothing we really didn't like. Maybe the only criticism was the air conditioning was a bit on the loud side.

The breakfast attendant was very helpful with our questions about ingredients due to an allergy. Kids had fun at the pool and the whole pool area was clean. Breakfast spread was delicious with lots of options!
