- Rojas García (9/5): Confort, privacidad y rico desayuno. - El desayuno super rico y podías servirte todo lo que quisieras; el personal de cocina super amables. La habitación confortante. Me encantó también que donde estaba el escritorio había un sillón de descanso y una pequeña terraza, todo fuera del dormitorio, el cual tenía puerta; así que parecía un pequeño departamentoy cpn privacidad. No es tan lejano del centro. No me gustó que la primera noche no había lugar para estacionarnos dentro del hotel, es decir, sí cuentan con estacionamiento pero se llena, así que mi auto tuvo que dormir una noche en la calle, aunque parece zona segura y la recepcionista nocturna se mantiene al tanto vigilante. Al día siguiente, tempranito metí mi auto cuando otros salieron. 😅

- Diana Karen (8/5): El estacionamiento es sujeto a disponibilidad - La ubicación El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y solo es SUJETO A DISPONIBILIDAD, si ya no alcanzas lugar tienen que dejarlo afuera, te mencionan que hay seguridad y personal las 24 horas vigilando, pero jamás vimos a nadie, falta un poco mas de limpieza, en los pasillos la alfombra esta demasiado sucia, muy cerca esta una zona deportiva, se escucha muchísimo ruido cuando hay partidos de fútbol, el elevador sin duda necesita mantenimiento.

El desayuno es bueno, sólo que el huevo no tenía tan buen sabor, pero en general había suficiente variedad de alimentos y bebidas. La habitación estaba muy limpia y nos pareció bastante amplia; también con bastante tranquila. Nuestra noche fue muy cómoda. La zona en donde se ubica no es tan bonita y parecía muy sola por las noches. No obstante, dentro del hotel uno se siente seguro.

Also it was crowded because of a convention. But everything felt narrow, small, we needed more space. Even the elevator was so small.

La verdad las condiciones de la alfombra de los pasillos del hotel y de la habitación super sucia, en mal estado, olía feo, daba muy mal aspecto. El estacionamiento del hotel prácticamente estaba reservado para muchas patrullas y tuvimos dificultad para quedarnos tranquilos con el auto seguro dentro del estacionamiento.

- Gallegos (6/5): - La cercanía a la terminal de autobus No tengo nada en contra de los animales, pero en la recepción hay uno y pues la vdd olía mucho a perrito, había moscas, su cama y así... Digamos que el aspecto de higiene más que nada... Las habitaciones bien pero se reporto una desde el día que llegamos por el aire acondicionado y hasta 1 noche antes de irnos nos dijeron que le darían mantenimiento por que no funcionaba, de igual manera al día de la llegada se notificó por este medio la llegada y no nos dieron acceso hasta las 3pm por que no tenían disponibilidad argumentando que las chicas de limpieza llegaban tarde y tenían lleno el hotel, tuvimos que dejar las maletas en recepcion e ir a dormir y pagar otro hotel cercano por este motivo ya que viaje con mis papás personas de la 3era edad y mis 2 niñas

Igual se acaban el almuerzo porque son muchas personas. El cuarto es incomodo, 1 solo aire acondicionado para dos habitaciones, es muy incomodo.
