Guest Reviews
- Rathindra Kumar (7/5): -
- Ken (6/5): It was nice. - Close to places to eat and places of interest in the area. Some parts of motel in need of repair.
- Khan (6/5): Its Alright I Guess... - Friendly staff, parking available. Very cold in the winter, terrible heating unit, shower draining was terrible, horrible plumbing, cold at night...meh

- Chutkae (10/5): -
- John (9/5): - Good location to amenity and sundry stores. One room change (112) very wobbly night table.!⁰!9
- Keshav (1/5): - Nothing Small room washroom also small freez no colling
- mary (5/5): - No breakfast. Very out dated.
- Sie (10/5): -
- Janeen (10/5): - Very comfortable with such an affordable price!
I needed rest was the point and I rested so well!
- Ward (6/5): - Their desk agent, perhaps manager, was a very nice person, interested in good customer service, but quite frankly the motel was very lackluster compared to what you would expect of any kind of decent hotel in a large market. The door wouldn't close right to, had to have a chair up to it at night...took all our belongings with us every night.
No coffee machine. Not enough towels for two people to get showers.
One night able on one side. No telephone/intercom to reach the desk
The pictures don't really do the setting justice. It felt like being in bunks at a work camp in Northern Alberta without the creature comforts.
This motel shouldn't rate above 1.5 stars
- Sahil (10/5): - Superb❤️

- Valerie (10/5): - Staff was very accommodating.
- Alexandra (8/5): - It did the trick for what I needed. Bed, bathroom all worked. There was even a little dining table in the room.
The air conditioning came on loudly every 10 minutes so that interrupted my sleep, but it was a fully functional and very useful stay.
Lots of parking too which is great
- Mario (10/5): - The motel is really close to Bluffer's beach which is spectacular. The only problem we had was noisy neighbours talking outside probably having a smoke late at night since you could not smoke in the rooms.
Brian the manager is super friendly and covered all the bases.
- Scott (10/5): - Brian was very helpful and the room was clean and reasonable. I would stay there again.
- Georgios (2/5): -
- shelley (10/5): - Was a great stay
- Jun Emmanuel (8/5): - I like the room. Clean and fresh. Great job on renovating ☺️
- 동현 (10/5): - Very kind
- Derek (6/5): - It was a place to stay. Close to Bluffers Beach which was gorgeous. Not a very lively or aesthetic neighborhood otherwise, but only about 40 minutes to Union Station by transit, and a fraction of the cost of staying anywhere closer to downtown. Front desk was friendly & helpful, let us check in early for a $20 fee. Clean enough if you're not fussed about the corners. Pretty bare bones but it did the job and was what we expected for the price.
- Malik (1/5): -
- Amol Naresh (10/5): - Nice place for a quick overnight stay. Staff was friendly and parking was in front of the unit which was convenient.
- eden (4/5): - To many bugs in the rooms
- Don (10/5): - The staff were incredibly accomadating. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Nothing.
- Jun Emmanuel (8/5): - Very nice place! But need some repaint on the walls
- Mohammad Sultan (8/5): - Decent place to sleep. Upgrade is needed soon.
- Michelle (8/5): - Owner was nice
- Pamela (8/5): - It was good for our overnight stay.
- Mark (10/5): - The staff was very attentive. The room had AC which worked perfectly. Also a fridge and TV, comfortable bed nice bath. Our three night stay was very enjoyable.
- Derek (10/5): - Very easy to find
- Susan (8/5): - Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We were close to Buffers Park to go salmon fishing.
- Estela Beb (10/5): - Very nice
- Lissety (8/5): - The staff is great
The front desk Gentleman is super polite and organized
The property is good but for the price there is no ice machine nor iron and board
The fridge is located in the floor
- Lissety (8/5): - The little fridge is located on the floor and really accessible
- Lissety (6/5): - Staff is Amazing
Bed is great
Love the extra blanket is cozy
- Lissety (8/5): - The property is good and clean
Shower pressure is not good
Staff is great
- Praveen (10/5): - It was small and cozy place. Every well maintained. Only thing is that the lighting can be a little brighter.
- Dr.Anil (6/5): - Overall it was an average experience
- Trang (8/5): - Older building, friendly staff, did not have any issues.
- Lissety (8/5): - The beds are comfortable
- sagar (2/5): - Its the worst motel ever
- Anthony (9/5): Enjoyable. - Good location in east Toronto. Clean, comfortable rooms.
- Nela (8/5): - Good place for a family safe
- Karla (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (8/5): - It was what I expected for the prices. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I unfortunately forgot my phone charger there, and the man at the front dest was nice enough to call me and let me know they will hold it for me for the next time I am in the area.
- Sonia (8/5): Very good -
- Terry (7/5): Good except the people making noise late at night. - Noisy people nxt door late at night
- Rahul (5/5): Passable - They can provide couple water bottle atleast.
- Derek (8/5): Good value stay. - Nice little place. Service was very good. Friendly staff. Quiet location.
- Sasha (2/5): - People smoke in the room and the pillows, sheets and blankets reak of cigarette smoke. Theres was ciggarette burns in the blanket. We let the front desk know and they said people dont smoke in the rooms only outside. But they will check the rooms. The front desk was nice and friendly. But i wont stay here again. I wasnt able to breath properly. The parking lot is clean but it was very icy and not salted. Almost fell going into the office
- Samsideen Seyi (6/5): - The room was so cold that, so I could not sleep all through the night.
- Vinoth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lupe (10/5): - nice
- Gerald (7/5): Good - Proximity to where I needed to be. The walls are too thin which means you can hear conversations and television in the adjacent rooms.
- Darren (8/5): For what we needed was enough a place to lay our heads - Customer service was impeccable The time to check out I couldn’t leave earlier then 10:00 Am to head back up north like to leave early to beat traffic but I had to wait till 10 am office open on Sunday
- Holden (8/5): Over all I just needed a place to sleep and it was clean. 7 out of ten seems good. - I already answered that. A comfortable chair would be nice and a small dresser. There was a little clutter outside under the stairs. Lots of area under the stairs to build a tool closet so we don't see it.
- John Eveslyn (8/5): - Was very simple and convenient for me.
- Samsideen Seyi (8/5): - Nice place to stay but no break fast.
- Laurie (4/5): - Woke up to a bunch of small ants (looked like) in the bed and bathroom. They werent bedbugs but still very disturbing.
- Jantry Marc (6/5): - Room is tidy.
- Zach (8/5): - Nice staff and great room, only issue was uncrollsble temperature from natural heater, had to keep door open at some points to let cool air in
- Derege (8/5): - Towel and room price
- Natalya (10/5): Park Motel - better than most! - It was good for what was worth. I am going to be staying there again in the near future.
- Ray (6/5): - The facilities were were basic and the shower did a great job of missing me. Overall good value for money as you get what you pay for. Would I use them again, why not.
- Verified traveler (6/5): meh - the staff was attentive and kind but it didn't make up for the lack of cleanliness of the space. there was hair on the floor and on the bathroom walls (different colour and race from our own so we know it was there prior) and pieces of what I can only hope were clean bathroom tissue on the floor. ultimately we didn't stay the night.
- Brad (2/5): - I never got my security deposit back
- Rise (6/5): Pleasant - The price was good. The descriptions were missed leading. I was looking for the mountains.
- Andrea (2/5): - I expected better due to the reviews and pictures but that couldn’t be further from the truth. When I got to my room, the door was wide open letting flies in. A big wet spot on the comforter, pulled back the sheets there was a red spot with a glob of hair on it. Asked the front desk staff to change it and they had an attitude. The room was very dirty and they gave me a dirty blood soaked towel. Very disgusting place and would not recommend!!! DO NOT STAY HERE, overpriced not worth what they’re asking!!!!!!
- Susan (8/5): - The property was very clean
- Janeen (10/5): Exceptional - I like the price because it's affordable and especially in the rough situation I'm in, without their prices, where would I stay to afford it, cause I needed quite a few nights before not only finding a home but waiting until moving date too. I don't want to be outside. Great price!!
And no bugs!!
- Azmin (1/5): Sleepless Night, Very Frustrated Stay - Nothing Seriously Very Bad condition, Homeless men and women staying outside the property and making loud noises throughout the night
- Janeen (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, clean, felt right at home with nothing to worry about!
- Maigualida (10/5): - Excellent place the renovation nice it look nice and clean
- Maigualida (10/5): - Very nice and clean good location
- Jayne (6/5): - The location was convenient and the price was good. They tried to take a photo copy of my ID and I refused. Other motels do this too. This practice needs to stop.
- Aaron (8/5): - it was a lot closer to the GO station than i thought which was perfect. will stay again.
- HN (4/5): - Nothing less of what I expected, needed a cheap motel room to stay for a night and got what I paid for. Some bugs in the bathroom and holes in the bedding/walls. Was able to comfortably sleep through the night and that’s all I needed.
- Illas mahmoud (2/5): - Bad bucks every where. To much noise outside
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good Price, Good Location - Excellent location, close to Transit, good price
- Davin (8/5): - This is a 2-star hotel so don't expect luxury, but the sheets and towels are clean and there are enough of them, the bed is comfortable, the room large and warm, and there is a good-sized table for working and eating. The rate is very low for Toronto, but you need a car to get downtown. Parking is free. The pizza place next door is excellent and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is a short drive to a park for walking. If you are just looking for a place to crash while you do business downtown this is a very economical place. Probably not the best for entertaining though.
- Jean Oriol (2/5): - We were a group of 4 people. None of us appreciate the stay. The rooms were not clean at all. No cleaning room service during the day. OMG. But we liked the hot water
- gerald (4/5): - The value does not match the high price for such a simple motel
- Wondimagegn (8/5): - Easy access to public transport , however the cleaness of the washroom has to be checked regularly.
- Sedar (6/5): - Overall this is ok.
- Edinrin (8/5): - Good staff, spacious room. Not too clean
- Andrew (2/5): - The man refused me entry as a disabled man. It looked more like a prison than a motel. He was very unhelpful. He mumbled something undér his breath and locked the door leaving me to fend for myself in the cold. I'm actually very happy I didn't stay there
- Natasha (6/5): - The room was fine. Nothing to rave about and nothing bad either.
- avery (6/5): - No comment
- Sukanthy (2/5): - When we were arrive no one at the reception, there was a note saying we r on break for 30 minutes don’t bother. They did not mention any time period. I felt stupid myself for choosing this place. There are so many things made me uncomfortable, and made me feel not safe .
- Dan (4/5): - the motel was sparse, not too clean atmosphere, a little messy at outside entrance door, hours to return key and have refund back to visa were limited..
