Jeffrey (10/5): Nice stay in Oceano - The bed was comfortable. The unit was decorated nicely. The couches showed signs of wear but were comfortable. It was a bit confusing figuring out the tv set up and one of the controllers batteries were dead so we had to switch batteries back and forth, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall it allowed us to experience a different area within SLO county that we hadn’t done before. It was just a block away from the beach access to the Ocean Dunes. All in all, it was definitely worth the price and provided more living space than had we paid the same price for a hotel room.

The biggest issue was the kitchen there was minimum pots and pans and could only is used the top of the stove. Nothing in the kitchen was usable for the oven. Tons of parking. While property is great with easy check in, the entrance to the property was a bit difficult to find, signage wasnt very clear. When we arrived late there were no open restaurants around the place.

Nanette and Heather were great and made our stay great ! The location is awesome. You can walk to the beach in minutes, and you are so close to all the great things in the 5 cities area. It was a great value to rent a suite with kitchen, you can cook your own food and really have a home away from home experience. really great ! thanks again to all the staff. Nothing.

Dehica (1/5): Waste of money, stay elsewhere! - Only positive thing was the location, it was closest property we could find to be near our family for the Holidays. Unit #508 was old, many things were broken, unusable & unclean. Moldy bathroom, rotten flooring and trim and door handle not functioning. Fireplace unsafe with trip hazard (floor trim around the fireplace - half missing and the rest laying unattached). All sinks where missing drain stops or baskets. No dishwasher, but they provide a tiny sponge that was cut (1/4) from a regular sponge to use to wash all your dishes. Old coffee makers and part of a tea kettle were under filthy sink. Info sheet in unit shows Hot Tub hours are 7am-8pm but went at 7:20am in my swimsuit and tiny bath towel, but no luck - gate code didn't work! Left phone message as no one is onsite (never got a call back from either number). Later went to the "lobby" to report problems, I was told each unit is privately owned so there is nothing they can do. I explained that the kitchen doesn't even have a knife to slice cheese and bread (only a butter knife), so they offered to let me borrow a knife from their office lunchroom. This unit needs deferred maintenance done. It’s like “lipstick on a pig”, they’ve added decorations, new bedding and a refrigerator, but the door opens backwards - no attention to details or functionality! There were dozens of wine glasses, but only 3 coffee cups?

The condo was sufficiently big for 3 people. Fully functional kitchen. Just a very short walk to the beach and vehicular area of sand dunes. Sure the whole place looked a bit tired, but it was all very clean and exceeded expectations for the price we paid. Some of the interior needs some updating. The "patio" and the "furniture" in it right outside the entrance of the condo was quite dirty. The bed was not very comfortable for side-sleepers.

Alex (6/5): - We came in late and had a lot of trouble finding the unit. The sign on the door was missing and since the lights were out, it made it even harder to find . We booked a 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, with a pullout couch), but only found 1 king and a pullout couch. We squeezed in the first night until the morning in hopes to talk to the on property manager in the morning. In the morning the lady came up and checked and noticed the separating door was unlocked. Nowhere in the instructions mentioned being able to open the extra door. That would have been nice to know to get what we paid for the first night. Overall the unit was ok, but it does need a bit of updating as runs are getting rough around the edges with use. The kitchen wares probably needs some love. There are is super convenient to the state park and beach, so that’s a huge bonus.

Lori (9/5): Short changed - Always love the Plaza for the location. Establishment is always clean and well kept. Staff is very nice and polite. This is one of the best places to stay. We are already making plans for same trip next Thanksgiving Reservations were non-refundable (Booking.com) on a specific room I selected. No big deal, I was okay with that. However, I was not okay that my room had been changed. I did not know of this until the day I got there, and according to the manager on duty, I was supposedly informed of the change. Now maybe the notification went to spam, and I don't know ... but if I couldn't change any of my reservations without a penalty, I feel I should have been comped some for the change that was made (that was not of my doing)

Jennifer (6/5): - The condo we rented was spacious however the heater wasn’t working, and it got chilly in the am. Not adequate blankets on the bed, just sheets and one thin coverlet. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was only one serrated cutting knife, no bowls for mixing, no wine glasses, no cookie sheet or casserole dishes for baking or cooking with. So plan on either take out or eating out. Cooking in the condo was a challenge!! Plus the coffee pot was a joke! It brewed very weak coffee one cup at a time! I will not be revisiting this property!

Pamela (9/5): Comfortable unit close to a beautiful beach. - Loved the location loved having a full kitchen. The unit was well appointed Pots and pans were in bad shape. Should perhaps be swapped out for stainless instead of Teflon.

Timothy (8/5): - A little dated and needs some TLC. Bathroom vent needed to be dusted... bad. However, price was great, ample parking and very close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again.
