The bed had been made with dirty sheets from the previous guests. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything being said in the rooms next door and the hallway.

William (8/5): Nice hotel in San Pedro Sula - This is a relatively small hotel just off the main highway. We used it as a stopping place on a long road trip, and it worked well for that. The parking, while not gate, was monitored by security. The staff were extremely nice. There is nice restaurant inside and the breakfast was good. Wi-fi worked well, as did all appliances. Nothing comes to mind.

Cuando hice el checkin me dijeron que lo servían a las 6h00; dado que tenía que viajar temprano, no pude desayunar porque me dijo el chico de lobby que lo servían a las 06h30 y que era mi responsabilidad avisarles un día antes que iba a desayunar a esa hora y sino me hubiesen dado unos vouchers, creo que no es la manera de responder y algo más, Honduras es gran productor de café y premios internacionales, deberían de mejorar en ese aspecto.

Abbe (2/5): Exhausted after my stay - There was a party, with huge booming bass music and screaming, that literally went on all night. I was there on a Saturday night and didn't get to sleep until it ended at about 5 a.m. I asked the night clerk about it (special event? Saturday night?) and he said it happened virtually every night. Out of fairness, everything else about the hotel was fine

Verified traveler (4/5): Not so great - I arranged with the hotel for someone to pick us up at the airport. No one showed up. I called the hotel and they sent someone out which was an hour after our plane arrived. Upon arrival, the hotel did not tell us that everything around was closed so we went out to find a restaurant and realized on our own that everything was closed. The room was unpleasantly hot. We had to close the curtains to make it bearable. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Josue A (4/5): Mala experiencia - No es un hotel para descansar, los cuartos no tienen aislantes acústicos por lo que el sonido de cualquier lado se escucha en la habitación, nuestra suerte fue que la habitación que nos dieron, que era una habitación doble , con camas queen, estaba arriba de él salón de eventos y al lado del elevador, los cuales nos molesto toda la noche. Los recepcionistas se hicieron de la vista gorda, sabiendo que tienen el problema del sonido, no ayudan al huésped y solo aducen que los eventos terminan temprano. Fue una mala experiencia, espero resuelvan pronto.
