The property wasn’t great condition and is right there in Crocker Park, which we took advantage of. Want to thank the staff who checked us in, and the person who checked us out to next morning for being extra attentive and helpful.

• 350lindseyr (4/5): Dirty - Right off the highway, shopping/dining steps away, and friendly service. Everything else was awful! The parking garage is a decent walk to the hotel, then once in your room prepare for dirtiness. It’s very obvious the rooms haven’t been deep cleaned in too long and the building is in need of a revamp. Dirty baseboards. Clearly no elbow grease on the floors in the corners, etc. Hair around the toilet and shower.

• mackovita (8/5): Great staff and location! - Front desk staff is super helpful. Housekeeping is superb. The room and bathroom are scrupulously clean and everything is in good working order. I stay here whenever I'm in town to visit with extended family. Two small complaints: The HVAC is a bit noisy and there's no way to heat water that doesn't taste like coffee in order to make tea.

We haven't stayed with Hyatt for a couple of years. We were pleased that our membership was still active and, thus, had our breakfast taken care of. We stayed on Friday night and wanted to stay for Saturday, but your rates for Saturday were out of our range for payment.

As a globalist and frequent Hyatt traveller, I appreciate the small things. Room was clean, service was excellent, and globalist status was recognized. Gym was clean with excellent equipment and they even had a pool. Plase is located right next to crocker park with high end shopping and restaurants. Would stay again next time we are in town.

• ffarooq2 (10/5): Amazing hotel - This hotel is incredibly nice and the rooms are updated & clean. The location of the hotel is part of the Crocker Park outdoor mall. Although it's in a busier area, the parking is free and they give you a pass for the garage (loved this). Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Cleveland area.

I was always greeted with hello with every exit and entry. I love the whole Crocker experience!! Close free parking was easy and safe! Great water pressure, nice air conditioning, comfy beds. • aliaY7317YJ (4/5): Underwhelming - Breakfast closed at 9am even though they told me 10am after making a complaint I was met with scoffs and stares. Upon attempting to fill a plate the variety was extremely minimal which is as surprised especially for a Hyatt hotel the Breakfast was really cold and old looking. Not fresh at all. It almost felt as if it was a motel Breakfast and not a 4.5 stare hotel style Breakfast. Very sad to be honest had high hopes being I recently became a member and wanted to give World of Hyatt a chance to maybe become my main reservations for anywhere I visit.

• Abby (10/5): Great! - My now 8 year old son and I stay here about once or twice a year when we visit family. He loves to swim, so we enjoy the pool. The breakfast is good, and we always have a wonderful stay. There are not a lot of tv stations, so it would be nice if there were options to purchase movies or shows. However, we are usually able to find something we both like with the channels available.

• Marcia (8/5): Hyatt Place Hotel is Fine - The hotel was fine, except for two issues: The fitness room was tiny! There were 3 of us in there at the same time, & we were stumbling all over each other. Additionally, there was an $11.00 fee for breakfast. I live near a Hyatt Place hotel, & my friends stay there often. Breakfast is always free. A good point: The Housekeeping staff were very helpful to me, when I asked for additional coffee supplies.

Clean, updated rooms and friendly, professional staff made our 3-night stay a total delight. And the breakfast was fabulous - good quality food, hot and fresh even towards the end of breakfast hours. We would definitely stay here again!
