- Alessandra (10/5): Great place that was very comfortable and fitting towards my families needs. - Beds were very comfortable and allowed me and my family to have a spacious environment to relax after a long drive. Everything was perfect and will stop by every time we drive through here for our yearly roadtrips.
- Julie (8/5): -
- Laura (7/5): -

- Mary (8/5): -
- SOWITTEN (8/5): -
- M (6/5): Cher pour le confort - Typique de la route 66 Le mobilier est âgé la climatisation très ancienne
A rafraîchir
- Christine (7/5): Old but pleasant motel. - Right on Route 66. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but dated.
Good Mexican restaurant next door.
Staff were pleasant and friendly. No coffee maker in room or any drinks machines.
Decor needs a refresh, showing its age.
- McDonnell (8/5): - It was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. No pets - which is fine, it just complicated my trip.
- Joe (8/5): - Nice place for an overnight stay
- David (8/5): - Location and the willingness of the staff to make a change of rooms. The air wasn't working in the first room. It was a loose plug in the wall outlet. It was also sticking out where it could be bumped.
- Tammy (4/5): - We could hear the neon sign flickering mist of the night. After staying at other motel along Route 66 this was very over priced.
- John (5/5): - Took some time for AC to cool room off.
- Jasmine (2/5): - Bugs in bed, room was not clean and if it was it was bare minimum cleanliness. There are ZERO rideshare options so make sure you have a rental car or something. But seriously, just don’t stay here. It’s overpriced af.
- Frank (5/5): Nooit meer - Niet verzorgd, Niets op de kamerr behalve een stukje zeep. Geen koffie, geen ontbijt
- Marcelo (4/5): Cost not justified by the provided - Location Dirty. Smell like a closed storage.
- Joseph (6/5): - Un-renovated old roadside motel. Kind of a neat idea with the little house style lodging. Mattress was old and dunked-in. Building sloped.
- Sara (8/5): Very good - It was very retro and authentic. Basic but clean. Cheap and cheerful. Exactly what we had expected for an original route 66 motel.
- Escape64309405157 (8/5): another vintage RT66 motel - another famous RT66 motel. the wifi was my only beef....had some issues trying to work. no coffee in room/lobby but a convenience store a couple blocks away took care of that. chandler OK is a vibrant town and there was alot of cool things to see within walking distance of the motel.
- Victoria (7/5): Good - It's a quaint cottage type motel. We are traveling route 66 for the history and off the beaten path. The facility is old and can use some updates. The place was clean and I appreciate that the manager was very helpful.
- Laura (10/5): - We were looking for a reasonably priced place along the interstate to continue our journey. This property checked all the boxes. We felt like we had stepped back about 50 years and enjoyed the atmosphere. For the price we were pleased. If you are looking for everything brand new and fresh – this place is not for you. But if you want a clean place to stay, with parking by the door, a fair price and throw back look - you will be happy here.
- Alice (8/5): Clean room comfortable beds good service - Easy to locate
- Brooke (7/5): Good -
- Linda (6/5): - Iconic motel in its day, but rooms could be updated or rather refurbished to support the nostalgic era it was so famous for.
- Clinton (4/5): Disappointing - Paint was flaking off the ceiling. Deadbolt was broke.
- Kim (7/5): Good - Good location and clean Bit rundown.
- Rachel (10/5): - Ray was kind and helpful…
- Keitha (8/5): - We were in late and out early. Had everything we needed. Was clean and the clerk was very nice
- Paul (5/5): Nostalgic site. - Nice owners. Smell of carpet.
- Kathleen (7/5): Good -
- Tamara (10/5): - It was a great stay in an older historic route 66 motel.. I will come back!
- Lisa (4/5): Disappointed, could be once again a fab motel, a little decoration could make a difference - Convenient location, property was nostalgic Outdated and tired looking discarded appliances and burnt out trailer behind our room, bathroom floors uneven/ sloping, air con unit very loud,
- Shaffer (8/5): Very good - Dead bolt did not work
- Hill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Enedina (9/5): Superb -
- Marlene (7/5): Great stopover on our Route 66 adventure. - Location, cleanliness, fresh fluffy towels Noise from road and next door.
- Cindy (6/5): - It was nostalgia Route 66 trip. Loved the ambience And the hotel was next to the Route 66 Bowling Alley which was a gem of a find!
- Susan (7/5): Good - Room were nice for old 66 Beds very comfortable
Should consider putting coffee in the rooms.
- Nicolas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Betsy (4/5): - The sign was broken. dated property..REALLY dated. The sheets were gross and have a rash. Need more outlets, perhaps on a new lamp or desktop...its 2024. Not worth the money at all. Doors were dirty. Sketchy area.
- Justin (1/5): Bad - Worst place of our entire trip Spent 45 minutes trying to get the guy to help get a room that I had a reservation for. He couldn't speak English or read I had to go into the office and help find my reservation and key then when I got to the room it was already used and not clean. Went back to the office and he couldn't understand that the room wasn't clean so all he could say was you come back. This was at 8pm.. I had to find a new hotel.
- Connie (3/5): Disappointed customer - The sign. The place had slanted floors. Old and needs updated in the worst way.
- Frank (7/5): Good -
- Carla (10/5): - Some updates would help make the room more welcoming. Paint needed. Beds were comfortable. Glad the fridge had a freezer section. No tissues in the room. Overall good price and glad to support Route 66 motels.
- Tom (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location, Helpful friendly staff Property dated but clean. Layout with two units in each cabin made for easy noise transmission-fortunately adjoining unit was quiet after 10:00PM
- Alicia (7/5): Good -
- Natanya (4/5): - Very tired property. Strong smell of disinfectant.
- mark (10/5): - Always clean I stay twice a year for last 4 years. Clean and nice for the price
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good -
- Trail11337893826 (4/5): This place needs the dozer sadly. - I am traveling rt 66 and thought this place would be be a nice retro stop. It’s just worn past usable but is one of only a few choices. It has a crack head motel feel. The floors lean the paint is peeling the vintage sign is broken. The gas wall heater kept setting of the smoke alarm. The list goes on and on. And it isn’t cheap.
Fix it up or bury it.
- Crystle (4/5): Disappointed - Nothing The people running this motel have absolutely no appreciation for the historic value of the property. It's run down, not period correct and even the sign doesn't work properly. Incredibly disappointing
- Marian (10/5): Not a bad stay for the $ - For the price it’s not bad for a weekend trip is quiet and conveniently located to a sonic and gas station. The beds could use some updating as well as some new paint but I love how it felt like I was in my own little duplex for the weekend
- Rose (6/5): Fine for a night's stay if you are passing through. - There was no breakfast that I was aware of. Internet was okay. Heater did not work, but luckily the room was okay to sleep. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Not bright enough to put makeup on.
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Hie (7/5): A Basic Convenient Motel - 1. Location - easy access from main road. Restaurants close by
2. Room was clean and warm 1. The motel (external) was run down.
2. The neon sign was still broken (read a review from April mentioning it. So, it either broke again or it was not fixed)
- Karen (8/5): Very clean, quiet, and cheap - Very accessible off the turnpike in a small town that has a nice diner and other shopping. AC is a wall unit. Bathroom door sticks.
- Karen (10/5): - Retro 70s cabins with the essentials- hot shower, comfortable bed, flat screen TV. Price is great (2 Queens) for less than $100 including all taxes and service charges!
It’s all very clean and quiet, with off street parking but the best part is that it’s right down the street from the cutest little downtown area with a diner, coffee house, theater, department store, and more
I stay here every time I’m traveling down Hwy 44. Oh yeah, it’s also the first exit off the turnpike if you’re headed east from Oklahoma City.
- Shirley (8/5): We attended a group conference in the area and the motel worked very well for us. -
- Roxanne (9/5): Adorable! - We stayed in Room 104 on 10/17/2023; $91.60 for the night. Absolutely adorable cabin property – with front lawns – a complete blast from the past. Between the drapes, carpet and bed spread, the room was a total kaleidoscope but that’s okay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower hot and good pressure – the shower head was definitely an upgrade. Adorable mix of vintage and updated. LOVE! Grade A
- Graham (6/5): Pleasant -
- Starla (4/5): - We chose to stay at the Lincoln Motel because it has been on Route 66 for decades. We knew it was an older motel and did not expect all the amenities of a modern motel/hotel. However, the room we had was dark and gloomy. The decor was not welcoming. Our room needed fresh paint as there were several deep scratches on the walls. There was a window-type air conditioner located high on a wall in the bathroom area of the room. I had to move a bench into the bathroom to stand on so I could turn it on. There were very few electrical outlets so bring a power strip. A couple who were also traveling Route 66 asked to see our room as we were leaving to see if the room we had was as bad as the room they stayed in. It was. We won't stay here again and would not recommend the Lincoln Motel to other Route 66 travelers.
- Meg (7/5): Good -
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very retro but clean & updated on onside!
- MARYBETH (2/5): - RUN! RUN FAST!!!!
- Elisa (4/5): Disappointing - The motel is still a symbol of the route, with its neon (which unfortunately was only partially working). The bed was comfortable and room overall clean. Route 66 atmosphere is completely missing, just the name remains. Very noisy neighbours, when they moved our room vibrated. Quite a small room.
- Zdenek (8/5): Very good - Location on Route 66! Unconfortable pillows.
- Sheila (8/5): Very good - No breakfast rooms were small but very clean. Loved the bed very comfortable The price was high. When I got to the room and seen how small. Price was to high.
- Thomas (3/5): Poor -
- Jeffrey (4/5): It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. - The family that owns the property seems to be trying.
It was clean. It’s a vintage Route 66 motel and we booked it for the experience during a Route 66 trip.
The photos online made it appear much better than it is.
The icon neon sign is 75% broken and has been for over a decade.
The rooms are clean but uncomfortable. The mattress was completely worn out. The TV, microwave and fridge were a hodgepodge of older units. There was no electrical outlet close enough to the bed to charge a phone.
- Cheryl (3/5): Very run down. Paint could be a brighter color instead of the drab color in the room - Nothing Everything. Very run down
- Ron (4/5): The Lincoln motel - Most motels have coffee in the room. This place did not offer breakfast or coffee in the room. It did not have a hair dryer either. The place needs work.
- Lamm (7/5): Good -
- Nolan (8/5): Very good -
- Lorie (5/5): Passable - It was a few minutes away from the court house The beds were not comfortable
- Ewan (2/5): - An absolute disgrace. A dog shouldn’t be allowed to stay here.
Damp floors, awful smell, very badly painted, nylon bed cover.
Furniture was literally sawn in half to fit into the room.
Naked light bulbs right outside the door created a fly and bug haven inside the room, I spent an hour trying to kill bugs before trying to sleep, only to realize the bugs were also coming in through the ceiling light fixture. Spiders and webs throughout the room, cannot have been cleaned in months.
The bed was old and uneven whilst being extremely noisy and damp.
The bathroom was disgusting, faucet not working and the door would not close. Showering was an absolute NoNo.
I left after 5 hours broken sleep.
The nights stay was more expensive than a chain hotel, I was robbed and you will be too.
Wipe your feet on the way out of this one or better still NEVER stay there.
A few hours later I am sick with a bad throat and heavy respiratory cough and tight chest. Guessing that’s because the A/C was so dusty and dirty and decades old. I have bug bites all over me.
One plug with an extension to serve the TV, microwave, fridge and A/C unit so when I plugged my Phone into charge the TV went off and the lights flickered on and off.
I don’t have enough words to say how terrible this place is. If you value your health stay away from the Lincoln Motel in Chandler.
The receptionist/owner did not care and was frankly rude and argumentative.
- Franklyn (10/5): - Very quaint and historic looking.
- Amanda (10/5): - This small motel was exactly what we needed after driving across the country. It was clean, check in was fast and the hot water was wonderful. I’ve spent a lot more for a lot less.
- Scot (5/5): Passable - The room was tiny, bed almost to wall so no way to get in or out without climbing in the bed.
- Keith (10/5): nice stay but good benefit from some updating - historic route 66 motel slightly dilapidated
- Jvs42 (8/5): Very good - several food options including next door to eating/bar facilities with bowling alley. easy to find on main road felt a little tired but so was I
- Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing -
- Richard (5/5): It was adequate for one night. - The Lincoln was listed as one of the historic places to stay along Rt 66 in an article that included other locations such as the Blue Swallow and Wagon Wheel. Although our room was adequate and clean, the overall facility is run down and not very well maintained. It utterly lacked the charm and nostalgia as well as the banter with the owners and common areas that the other listed facilities provided.
Instead of being a charming spot to spend the night when traveling Route 66 this was more like a place I would have stayed as a pipeline maintenance worker in my youth when on per diem and would have shared the room with 2 other guys to save money. Facility run down, no common areas where guests and owners could interact and share information about Route 66 and the history or the motel.
- Tammy (5/5): Passable - Dirty door frame. Shower head spraying up to wall during shower.
- Carol (2/5): Won’t go back. - Location was good Owner tried to renovate but was not successful. Very strong smell of cleaner like pine sol. Bedding smelled like it was washed in disinfectant. Bathroom door did not close. Main window curtains did not close properly.
- Jacqueline (6/5): Route 66 stop - Comfortable bed, good location, easy check in No coffee maker or hairdryer in room. Disappointed that motel neon sign not fully working.
- Dave (2/5): Very poor - Not a lot ,tried nostalgic 66 motel going back to budget motel . Clean and shower good. No tea/coffee facilities, no breakfast. Charged me twice then apoligised , bed small and creaky uncomfy mattress n pillows.know where to put your toiletries in bathroom, floor in bathroom on a slope .internet buffering.Had a big swivel chair but no desk, next to a noisy road ,curtains ineffective let daylight in , decor in bathroom needs attention plastered area not painted over, one light not working one electrical socket loose. All in all bit like staying in the bates motel.
- Norman (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (5/5): Good location, quaint, restaurant nextdoor but needs work. Should promote Route 66 heritage. - Quaint Route 66 relic. Lamp cord not plugged in - just dirt when I moved the bedside table out to look for an outlet - none nearby. Not enough outlets, charging ports. Bathroom floor felt weak, toilet tank at an angle. Place needs work.
Lawn nicely trimmed but appeared to be full of goatheads (prickly weed seeds that can puncture a bike tire) so my dog couldn't walk on it.
- Misty (10/5): - This place is very cool. The staff are great. For the rate, free coffe or breakfast should be offered. Other than that great unique place.
- Van (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): - This is quite an old facility, but it is clean and has the essentials: comfortable bed, shower, microwave, fridge with freezer.
- Robin (8/5): - I really liked the old charm of the place. I came there in the winter so nothing was green but they could clean up around the area. The bench at my room was broke and off to the side. The place could use some TLC but overall great experience!
- Robert (9/5): Great place to stay and would recommend. - Affordable and very clean.
Bed was so comfortable and room included fridge and microwave.
Staff friendly and check in/ check out quick
Good location
Would stay again and recommend. 😊
