• Hiromi (5/5): - 施設は綺麗で無駄がない感じでした。 トイレやシャワーの数も多く用意されていて空いてなくて待つということはありませんでした。 いちぶ他の利用者のマナーが悪かった。 ホテルの決まりで"ベッドルームでは靴禁止、スリッパで""荷物や飲食物は持ち込まない"と有るのにそれを守らない(私が見たのは外国人利用者でしたが)人の出す音が気になって熟睡出来ませんでした… ベッドルームの方も施設の方が回って決まりを守れてない方に注意するなどは難しいのかな？ 受付で「利用は初めてですか？」と聞かれて「はい」と答えたのに施設の説明はほぼなく説明書かれた紙を渡されただけだったし、シンプル過ぎて設備や決まり理解する為に、渡された説明書見ながら設備ぐるっと確認して〜と最初時間かかりました。

• Gal (7/5): Good option for a one night stay, clean. - Very easy check in and out. Locker was pretty big. Plenty of showers and toilets, all very clean. Good location. Staff were nice. It’s still a capsule hotel so there was a bit of noise but not too bad.

• SAYURI (10/5): - 毎度お世話になってます。 シャワールームが気持ちよく使えるところが一番。 清潔で湯量、湯温ともバッチリ。 寝るところとシャワールームの間に防音扉とロッカーがあるため静かにぐっすりと眠れます。カプセルの大きさも丁度よいです。 コンセントが一つしかないので複数充電したい人は注意。

There is no space to store the wet towel and jackets, nor is there room to have dinner or make a phone call. There is no air conditioning or fan for the capsule, and sometimes it gets very hot inside.

• Anzu (4/5): 残念 - 連泊したが、自分のカプセルの枕元に知らない人のインナーが置いてあった。受付に持って行ったが第一声に『えーなんでだろう』と言われ、謝罪の言葉は特になかった。他の利用者の方が間違えてカプセルに入った可能性もあるためホテル側が100%悪いと言うわけではないかもしれないが、知らない人がいたのかもと思うといい気分にはなれなかった。

• Daniel (6/5): Good for one night - The entire concept is just designed for a one night stay, it's a bit inconvenient for a multi-day stay as you have to be out of the building between 11am-3pm, and there's no communal space, so you're confined to your capsule. It's just a place to shower, sleep, and leave. It's clean and well organised though. N/a

• Francy (10/5): Super expérience pour un court séjour - La localisation est super et tout est fournis. Si on est de passage c’est très pratique Un espace où on peut passer un appel ou manger.

Amenities provided such as towels (it changes daily) , shampoo, shower gel , toothbrush etc. The shower space is big. Convenient store just down stairs. No common area to enjoy meal. The bed might be too soft or pillow not so comfortable but still bearable.

• YUSUKE (8/5): コスパが良い。一泊5000円を超えると厳しいかも。 - 全体的に施設が綺麗、導線がシンプルでわかりやすい ロッカーの棚板が長いものを収納するためなのか大きめの穴が空いている。普通の大きさのものを置こうとすると穴から落ちる危険を感じた。シャワー室はカプセルホテルとして十分綺麗だったが、一部タイルが欠けているなどナインアワーズブランドから期待したほどではなかった。カプセルのシャッターが一番下に下げたときにツメに引っ掛けるタイプのため固定がしづらく、上段だったため床に降りている際に閉めづらかった。男子スペースのトイレが座るタイプの洋式のみだったため、立ったまま用を足す人の影響で便座や床に尿が付着していることが多く、清潔ではないと感じることがあった。

• Erdost (8/5): - It is a capsule hotel on a busy avenue. It is clean and functional. Good for couple of days stay... You need to get out of the premises (for cleaning) from 11am to 3pm if though you checked in the day before.

• Ernst (9/5): - The staff were always around and super nice. I was only there 2 nights and they were recognizing me by face and ready with my room key whenever I came back in. The provided loungewear was clean everyday and fresh towels whenever I asked was amazing for showering after a run and in the evening. The lockers were reasonably sized for a full suitcase and a second smaller bag and they even provided a couple hangers which was great for my linen items. There was plenty of sink and counter space so we had 10-15 women getting ready for their days at the same time with no conflicts. I expect at peak periods it might be a bit busy, but I was typically ready by 7 so it's hard to say. The adjustable lights in the capsules were also a bonus, making it easier to wake up slow. Not being able to access my bed or my locker (with my suitcase and all my things in it) was a bit unsettling at first, but as a traveller I'm out all day anyway so I really didn't notice. The bed capsules are a bit creaky, I didn't really hear anyone else, but I was very aware of the echos of my own movements. There's also no fan or temperature control so the capsules are just a bit warm since you keep the blind closed all night. Having only one outlet made charging everything a bit of planning exercise, but it does make sense for the space.

• Yuka (10/5): 快適•安心•リーゾナブルです。また宿泊したいです。 - 全体的にシンプルな宿泊体制が利用しやすいです。 シャワー室も清潔でシャワー室内がたっぷりとあり、水圧も強くてスッキリします。 連泊しても毎日タオルと寝衣とシーツは交換してくださいます。 カプセルホテルですが、女性スタッフも常時おられ相談しやすく静かで安心して休息できる環境です。 館内では飲食が受付前の小さなスペースのみなので外で食べてくることが前提です。
