- LUMEN (5/5): - Room is good. Enough for 2 big beds. You are just really paying for the bed. Any other services like requesting for spoon and fork or any other services, booking was for 3 pax, beddings are only for 2. If you req for addl bedding , YOU NEED TO PAY. Elevators not working, we need to use the stairs to reach 7th floor. Just imagine how tiring was it. NEVER WILL BOOK AGAIN

- Jocelyn (7/5): Good - close to SM mall and surrounded by small restaurants the room is a little bit hot. aircon is very old, need to replace. and the elevator is too narrow

- Lis (8/5): It was good. Room was spacious for a family. Meals there are delicious so you do not need to go outside and look for a r - spacious. Meals are delicious. Kind staffs and considerate. toilet and bathroom are one. So whenever you want to use the toilet it's always wet. uncomfortable.

- gloria (2/5): - With regards with the staff especially the front desk they are all friendly and respectful. But the DOORMAN, he has no concern about the safety, security and comfortable of the guests in the building except for those who can park in their limited parking space. He has no brain to think if in case there will be fire, someone who gets sick, where the ambulance needs to get in the building or earthquake or any other emergencies. I come in sometimes late at night or go out early in the morning, I have to squeezed myself or walk sideways. I think the security and safety of the guests should be no. 1. Otherwise, i was happy and contented with my stay at the Getz hotel.

Good condition of room in a cheap price ROOMS ARE CLEAN BUT THE GROUND FLOOR IS TOO MESSY . ALOT OF THINGS SCATTERED THAT'S WHY I THOUGHT THEIR ROOM IS JUST LIKE THAT BUT I AM WRONG. MAYBE THEY WILL CLEAN THE FRONT DEST AREA

- Ernst (6/5): - Booking did not show up at the hotel computer. Aircon old and much too loud, after we changed to another room it was even worse.
- Khristine (2/5): Worst experience. - I booked online via hotels.com....sad to say i arrived at getz hotel and there was no room available..what makes it my worst experience is it was non-refundable....will never book with hotels.com again....and getz hotel too.
- Nicole Samantha (4/5): You get what you paid for with the extra hassle - I booked online and payed in full but upon checking in the staff said that they were overbooked on the room that we already paid. The staff did said that they are waiting for a response if they could relocate or upgrade the room however an hour or more already passed and there was still no reply. Since we could not get a refund on the room we already paid we had to upgrade it so we could check in already. It was quite a hassle on our part since we were preparing for the board exam.
The room is ok. You get what you paid for but dont believe the wifi etc because there were none.
In terms of cleanliness, i asked for the staff to check if the shower heater was working and upon leaving the staff left dirty foot prints on the floor and did not return to clean it so we had to clean it ourselves.
Location wise, its very near sm san lazaro which is ok and grab was very accessible.
I wont be staying in the hotel again given the inconvenience it brought me but if you are on a tight budget you could consider but bring extra money iust in case you experience what we did.
- JULIUS (6/5): - The communication between Expedia and the Hotel staff is not timely. You must have Expedia intervene before you get there to ensure you have the Number the Hotel uses, not the Itinerary number Expedia gives you.
