- Ida (6/5): Helt okej - Personalen var trevlig men dom försöker lura en på pengar. Tex skulle vi på red sand dunes och dom försökte sälja på oss en tour, när det tog 10 min att promenera dit. Det är runt en mil till turistområdet med restauranger och städade stränder.
- nayoon (10/5): - 가격대비 진짜 좋다. 야외수영장도 아무때나 이용할수 있는점이 정말 마음에 들었다. 한적한 곳에 위치해있어 주변에 음식점이 없는점이 아쉬웠지만 프론트에 얘기만하면 택시를 불러주거나 오토바이를 저렴한 가격에 빌릴수 있어서 좋았다.
- elld2019 (10/5): Beautiful Oasis - Loved this charming little place! 2 Bed apartment has bathroom in each room as well as TVs in living area and each bedroom (we never used TVs though). There is hot water, aircon, wifi and all work well. Staff and owner Van are lovely, very friendly, helpful and polite. Pool is refreshing even at night, as well as outdoor shower at your guesthouse to rinse off. Beds and pillows very comfortable and quiet through the night. It is a bit of a walk into town (10-15 min) but it is on a new road and felt safe walking at night. many food stalls in the center, but restaurant across street is good as well with many viet options. They also have a small convenience/snack area at front desk with beverages as well. I would recommend this beautiful oasis to all.
- Stork85 (8/5): Lovely Staff - We stayed at Mui Ne for 2 nights and the lady that runs the Mini house is great - very helpful indeed. The establishment is a bit far from the main street but the staff will help you call a taxi or you can hire their open Jeep & driver for your stay at an extra cost. The swimming pool is big and clean - perfect for the family.

- Marek_Uher (6/5): Nice place - Clean and nice rooms. Pleasant and kind staff. Hotel is located near to old city center and “Malibu Beach”. It is necessary to take taxi to reach Rang Beach, Dragon Beach, Ham Tien, Hon Rom and new part of Mui Ne. Good place to visit old town and fishing port. Just only one average quality restaurant near to the hotel. A quite place for sleeping.
- Leroy (6/5): Poor location - Upon arrival the staff were seemingly unfriendly and unwilling to help. It seems this hotel was mainly for locals to enjoy their time-off. The location of the place was quite far away from other locations; especially at night where the dirt roads were dark and no restaurant in sight. The room was semi-clean and had a smell of old lemongrass. Poor location was the real turn-off here. Even considering price, there were other options within the Mui Ne area to stay.
- Ana_L_23 (10/5): Excellent place - Perfect stay if you want to stay in a more familiar environment than that offered by the biggest resorts. Nice swimming pool. The rooms/houses are quite modern and comfortable. Not far from the village of Mui Ne, but far too walk to the bar scene in Mui Ne, so think about what you want beforehand. You can get a bus from Mui Ne to the resorts/bars area.

- eunice_kay (8/5): CLEAN AND QUIET! - i had only a 2 days 1 night stay with them, however, it was peaceful and clean. It is a distance to walk from the center, approximately 15-20minutes. There's no eateries nearby, unless 10minutes walk. Across the location there is a restaurant however with very little choices. There is a pool in the venue, hence it is good to relax and take a swim after the long day at the dunes! althought the water in the shower was not strong and there is no hot water, i enjoyed the stay. i got a chance to speak to the lady owner, i believe. she's really nice and can communicate well in English :) very helpful lady. kudos to you!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - To start with something good, the lady at the reception was extremely courteous. However, the condition of the mini house was not so good. We encountered issues with having hot water and there were water leaks. Wifi signals weren't strong enough, and we were provided with a wifi password which is wrong. The mini house was kept clean but I noticed very low maintenance. The hotel is situated away from the action area. There is only one restaurant in the neighbouring area.

- Fui Ping (10/5): - The receptionist was nice and friendly to provide help, they help us to contact the tour agent in Muine. The Hotel's environment really excellent, me and my friends enjoy to stay there. Even the location not in the town centre but the receptionist will help to arrange transport.

- 800ducn (2/5): Housekeeper's attitude is worse - I really disappointed about housekeeper. The 1st enter, she alredy ask for cleaning tip. "Come on", this is so impolite and terrible attitude. Let said, do you clean up the room after check out? But we did collected rubish, put towel Together and washed kitchen amenities to make her job hardless. However, her acted so rule. We did not pay for the extra of cleaning charge as she report to reception as our room so messy. Finally, the Front Desk guy was came directly to our room to check and confirmed that we fine. It make our trip so down at end and dosent want to comeback this hotel. Even thought, the guy at front desk so helpful and supportive. I truth that your hotel wil improve attitude of housekeeper to make your hotel better. Finally, the location is far way from center.
- Kangyeol (2/5): not good place and worst service mind - We make a reservation three rooms for two days but there is no room for one day. Manager asked another hotel but only one small room. We made a protest and manager said "It is a same price". Finally, we had to pay more for two rooms. This hotel is far away from beach and downtown. We needed taxi always. And did not clean room, dozens of ants crawled up bed. because there is scraps of food at bedside.
- Odi00 (6/5): Clean, new houses and helpful staff - The houses were new and in our house each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom and a TV which was good. However the showers seemed only to have two settings; very hot or cold. The location is a bit remote from all the action so you will need to take taxis to get to most places. There is a small shop nearby selling water, snacks, noodles and other basic stuff, but for more food you will need to go into town. The kitchen had all basic necessities like a fridge, dishes and water boiler. We had some small harmless lizards in the house which seemed to be everywhere in Vietnam but also a couple of cockroaches. Most mornings we were woken up by a rooster who with his chickens went about the houses. The owners also had several dogs around. The staff was very helpful even though not all of them knew much English. We asked separately from them when we wanted the house to be cleaned and there was no extra charge for this. The staff also gave us small gifts when we were leaving which was a nice touch. Overall, this is a pretty nice place considering the price but be prepared for that it is somewhat remote.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not recommended if you want beach vacation - Not a place to stay if you want to go to the beach within walking distance. The guest house is rather new but the bed were not so comfortable. Water flow from shower was rather weak. Internet did not work in the afternoon. Depending whom you talk to at the reception, the service differ a lot from good to bad. Unless you like to go to shop at the local market, experience to local way of living, this is not really a place for beach vacation enthusiast.
