Why will I book 2 apartments for just 2 people. That was very unhappy situation Cheating

• Ramesh (6/5): Good value and clean property located well for business. - Good sized apartments and private once inside. Well equipped - good modern appliances. Best and tidy. Unlike many serviced apartments this was cleaned daily. Ample car parking. Gated and safe. Good value. Older hotel with an old style arrangement of rooms around circular corridors with an open space in the middle. Easy to see ALL the guests on your floor. Obviously on the busiest road/flyover in Bangalore! Lot of road noise that starts early and ends late. Not a very easy entrance or exit (or pedestrian friendly). Mostly single business customers. Very average restaurant.

Que la piscine était en réfection ainsi que le restaurant. Nous avons du aller manger sur le toit terrasse à 21h, en plein vent et froid !. Le réceptionniste n'a pas voulu nous attribuer une chambre plus grande pour pouvoir manger correctement sur une vraie table. Inadmissible !

• Jennie (4/5): It felt like it was the minimum we needed, we only stayed 2 nights and that was enough. - The property is a business hotel/serviced apartment, so it does have a useful laundry room. Driving service was good and proximity to city a bonus. The restaurant and pool area were closed. The restaurant had moved to become a pop up dining area on the yoga deck. Consequently breakfast was ‘served’ in a haphazard way with a poor choice - most breakfasts offer some form of egg, but there were none. The room I booked wasn’t available and they moved me to a twin room with a very musty smell, poor lighting and a blind that didn’t work - probably because the view was on to the staff smoking area and car park entrance. The room smelled musty and unaired, with an undertone of stale smoke. Staff were generally a bit surly and unhelpful.

• Bartosz (6/5): Overpriced, smelly and worn out - Size of the room and bed The room was visibly worn out, it smelled of cigarettes and felt old, a small window made it very dark. The swimming pool is small and located in front of the restaurant space so that breakfast people can admire beautiful (or less) naked bodies of the swimmers. The hotel definitely doesn’t deserve the very elevated price required.

• Donald (10/5): A genuinely excellent experience that I will treasure. - The hotel is stunningly set up, and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the cleaning staff are exceptional. On the subject of staff, from the security, front desk and restaurant, every single one was welcoming and efficient, and happy to accommodate requests (like finding a teapot for an English black tea addict). The food was excellent in the One Tree restaurant. Also the pool was a welcome refresher. There’s nothing I could fault the property on.

• Paul (10/5): My first visit to bangalore. - The food in the restaurant is exceptional, very good choice at breakfast, all the staff at Melange Astris, are very polite and professional. The pigeons drinking the water in the waterfall and other things, which then flows into the swimming pools, not very hygienic.

Rooms are spacious,clean and functional Location bang in city centre , yet quite and peaceful Breakfast- Spread is ok considering it's a 3 star, however taste could be better particularly the live counter dosas ,specially considering it's in Bangalore and great dosas are available at every nook and corner . ( To clarify- it's not bad at Melange Astris)
