Good location and walking distance from eateries, 7-eleven, bike rentals etc. The hotel even has a cafe which makes it very convenient. We had such a pleasant stay here, definitely would recommend.

- Mishell (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy amable y tiene restaurante en la parte de abajo con un menú super deli El cuarto en el que nos hospedamos emanaba un olor súper fuerte a cañería, solicitamos el cambio de cuarto pero no tenían disponibilidad, lo limpiaron pero el olor seguía. Fue realmente molesto dormir así. Por lo demás el hotel es una muy buena opción, espero arreglen el problema de la habitación 206

La zona è perfetta perché a pochi metri dalla via principale, quindi più silenzioso, e da tutto il necessario ( ristoranti, 7/11,farmacia..) Unica pecca essendo al piano terra un po' di odore di scarico che risaliva dal bagno.. tutto il resto perfetto
- Michal (8/5): Príjemné ubytovanie s dobrou reštauráciou - Dobrá lokalita, výborná reštaurácia a pekáreň na prízemií. Malinké chrobáky na skrinke pod televízorom, zlý zámok okna na terasu. Okno na terasu bolo tak čisto umyté, že som 3x narazil do skla, pretože som si myslel, že tam sklo nie je.
- Paulina (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with amazing nature, like in botanic garden. Houses are luxurious, clean and well equipped. Thai style in the enormous room with 2 giant beds, big desk, airco, balcony and big bathroom with make up table and very big shower. All needed toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo conditioner and body balm and shower cap was provided. Location is amazing! In the International park, just few steps from the beach, you cat eat in restaurant and look on the sea. Nice swimming pool with beds in the shadow and bar. Our baggage was carried to the house by the staff, they offered us transport to the airport for free! Driver was on time and we have got a bags with the breakfast. I regret we stayed here only 1 night! Water in the shower was or cold or hot, not stable temperature.

Ci hanno obbligato a portare le valigie da 20 kg su per tre piani di scale da sole, senza chiederci se avessimo bisogno di aiuto. Idem al check out. Inoltre l’hotel obbligava a togliere le scarpe quando si camminava dentro all’hotel, il che é stato molto scomodo. La cosa più negativa é stato il servizio navetta che abbiamo richiesto per arrivare a Patong: ci é stato detto solo che il viaggio durava 3/3.5 ore e che ci avrebbero lasciato davanti all’hotel, invece il viaggio é durato 5 ore con 2 pause non dichiarate di cui una lunga un’ora al caldo in un posto sperso nel nulla. Siamo state lasciate in un punto scelto da loro e abbiamo dovuto camminare fino all’hotel trascinandoci le valigie. Le valigie sono state schiacciate e rigate quando sono state montate sul van.
- Grainger (9/5): Excellent staff and beautiful hotel - Beautiful hotel, no shoes allowed and they provide slippers. Excellent staff and my room was very spacious and well equipped. The balcony was a great size too and it was quiet at night but a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great value for money and delicious too. There was no lift which was manageable but had to carry our big suitcases up a few flights of stairs. The aircon wasn’t the best at night, it was muggy and the shower wasn’t the best.

- Sultan Nilay (9/5): - The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was super clean. The location is very good, close to the beach and the center. You need to walk the roadside and it's steep while going to the hotel but it's not a deal breaker. The room was silent, comfy, veeeery clean, and comfortable. If you are not in the room and didn't leave any tags at the door, they still leave daily stuff hanging on the door (water bottles, toilet paper, tee, coffee). This hotel needs more starts ahaha I didn't like having to take off your shoes every time you enter and exit, but there are house slippers, you wear them. It's not a deal breaker as well, I understand why they do this.

The rooms are nice and spacious, the balcony is nice as well. You have to walk up the stairs, we don’t have much luggage so it was fine but if you large luggage it may be challenging to go up. You will have to take your shoes off downstairs but slippers are provided.

- Anna (5/5): Don't trust the photos! Rude reception lady. - Clean room, convenient location. The photos of the room that I booked showed a great view from the terrace and that's why I booked it. However, the actual room had no view, it was facing the wall of the next building. When I mentioned that to the check-in staff, she said that she is not going to rent us the room because I might leave a bad review! She asked me to cancel the room. We were otherwise ok with the room so we said we will still take the room but it took over 10 minutes to convince the hotel check-in to let us stay! The lady was very rude and insisted we should cancel. I have never had an experience like that with any hotel. We interacted with other hotel staff and they were very friendly and we have not had problems during our stay. Just keep in mind that the photos of the rooms are very likely not going to match your actual room! FYI - the hotel charges 4% fee for credit card payments.

- Babette (8/5): top! - Ons verblijf hier was fijn. Ons reisgezelschap had twee kamers. De locatie was top, je liep zo naar de boksschool, de boulevard en het strand. Een van de kamers had een vieze geur. Het personeel was na het melden hier echter heel meedenkend in, met wisseling in kamer en oplossen.

- Anja (8/5): Hotel in guter Lage - Gute Lage zum Strand, tolles “Café del Mar x Paul Bakery” am Hotel und in unmittelbarer Nähe ein gutes Restaurant “Kodam Kitchen”. Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Obst und einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Viele Massagestudios in der Nähe. Das Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Geruch und unser Empfang war etwas nüchtern.

- tao (5/5): 一般吧 - 地理位置不错，离奥南海滩很近 到店店员说booking上只是预订并没付款，现场需要付现金如果刷卡需要加手续费，另外洗完澡的水会流到厕所坐便下面，到处都是水，一次性拖鞋很快就湿了也不给换。另外晚上车路过很吵，很影响休息。甲米这个区域的房价应该挺贵的，有点不划算，图片用的不知道是哪里的照片
- Magdalena (8/5): - Unser Zimmer (Deluxe Zimmer) war sehr geräumig. Das gesamte Hotel und unser Zimmer waren immer ordentlich und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch zentral und trotzdem etwas abseits vom Trubel 👍 Wir würden wieder kommen. (Wir haben während des Aufenthalts aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit das Zimmer gewechselt in ein Superior Zimmer. Wenn ihr ruhigen schlaf wollt,, dann bucht ein Deluxe Zimmer, diese sind nicht Richtung Straße ausgerichtet und in ruhigeren Stockwerken. Aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit also besser gelegen als die Superior Zimmer!) Leider war im Badezimmer immer ein deutlicher Kanalgeruch wahrzunehmen, der sich auch ins Zimmer ausgebreitet hat. (Das war im anderen Zimmer nicht)

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🙏 Gute Lage, zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem etwas abseits vom turbulenten Zentrum. Wir würden wieder kommen 👍 Die Ausrichtung zur Straße und die Hellhörigkeit haben uns etwas den Schlaf gekostet. Wir haben während des Aufenthalts aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit das Zimmer gewechselt vom Deluxe Zimmer in ein Superior Zimmer. Wenn ihr ruhigen Schlaf wollt, dann bucht ein Deluxe Zimmer, diese sind nicht Richtung Straße ausgerichtet und in ruhigeren Stockwerken. Aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit also besser gelegen als die Superior Zimmer!

- manchmal (8/5): - Booked two rooms, in one deluxe there was an awful smell in the bathroom. Wonderful staff tried much to help and changed a room with better situation - thank you very much for this decision. The hotel is situated close to bhoth beaches and boat stations, so it easy to plan your vacation. Rooms are clean, but there was a lack of light in one, hot water with good pressure, that's a good monent. Plus the bed was really comfy. Just OK to stay here if you are not going to spend much time in the hotel.

- Agnieszka (6/5): Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z pobytu, ale czystość i hala pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Być może mieliśmy pecha i dostal - Pokój przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. Łazienka schludna. Z hotelu jest blisko do centrum Ao Nang i do plaży, choć trzeba przejść ruchliwą ulicą. Personel sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny. W hotelu chodzi się bez butów. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Przy hotelu odbywał się remont i było dość głośno. Gdy zwróciliśmy uwagę to pani recepcjonistka pomogła i roboty ucichły. Dostaliśmy pokój bez balkonu i nie byliśmy w stanie wysuszyć ubrań. Ręczniki były stare i nieprzyjemnie pachniały. Pościel miała dziwne żółte plamy. Zgłosiliśmy to, ale nic z tym nie zrobiono. Hotel położony jest przy głównej drodze i od strony ulicy całą dobę jest hałas.

- Viviana (8/5): - Tranquillità , letto comodo e arredamento nuovo Bagno privo di aria condizionata per via di una finestra sempre aperta (con zanzariera), sensato ma rende inutile l’aria condizionata in camera e rischia di far entrare odori da fuori sempre. Il bagno restava comunque un po’ umido nonostante la finestra.

Isso deixa o ambiente muito limpo. Cortina com blackout, o que deixa o quarto escuro. Dá para escutar barulho de carro, o que pode atrapalhar o sono de pessoas mais sensíveis. O hotel não oferece café da manhã e não tem lugar ao redor aberto para lanche antes das 8h30. Tivemos que fazer um passeio de barco sem lanchar…

- Alexandra (9/5): Good base camp in Ao Nang - I liked the size of the room, well equipped with air conditioning. Everything was clean, good location-up to 10 min walk to Ao Nang Beach, stores, good restaurants. The laundry service and the restaurant related were a nice addition to save some time in freshing up your clothes and eating breakfast before a trip. Also, we received every day a free goodie bag made out of tea, instant coffee and water bottle, that was a nice touch from the hotel. I would recommend staying here as it was a good atmoshpere, friendly staff and good value for the money. Our room was oriented to the main road, so it was a bit noisy, especially at night. I felt unsafe outside, as the pavement from the hotel road was very broken or not existing at all, forcing us to pass very close to the scooters and cars but this is not neccesarily a problem of the hotel but which still needs to be solved.

- Paulina (10/5): - Very comfortable, spacious room with comfortable beds, good location, many restaurants and shops nearby. Beach is like 15mins away by walk. I’d choose it again.

- Karmen (6/5): Probably the other rooms are better than room 202 and 201 - The rooms are very nice and clean. I was expecting a different view, but… okay, we won’t complicate things. The location is close to everything. The room smells nice. The staff are friendly, but there is still a somewhat strange atmosphere. The friendliest person was the girl at the reception with short hair. Very smiley—you really feel welcome around her. They also have a very friendly cat. I chose this hotel only because the reviews said it was calm and quiet. Yes, maybe the rooms on higher floors are. Our room was right next to the reception. From 6:00 a.m. there was already a lot of noise—guests and staff talking, laughing, bells ringing. A disaster. If possible, change to a room on a higher floor. If morning noise doesn’t bother you, then ignore this comment. We didn’t sleep at all. This applies to room 202, and room 201 next to it as well. There is no sidewalk next to the hotel, so you need to be very careful when walking. A car mirror could easily hit you.

- Joseph (8/5): location challenged and extra fees for basics - restaurant available in front of the hotel. there is no sidewalk to the main road and beach, so you have to play frogger in traffic. also they charge rental of beach towels and a security deposit too.
