- Es (2/5): Worst hotel and stupid staff - Stupid staff hotel and very slow. Worst services. Not recommendation at all
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed during the check in - We have been spend more than 30mins for my relative check in which the check in personnel not allow my relative to check in during their stay even the guest name & IC number are correct as they keep mentioned our booking number incorrect with their number was given by hotels.com . Eventually, is the hotel check in personnel not familiar with the policy / procedures with hotels.com.
- Verified traveler (8/5): some suggest - comfortable but the price high a bit, as my experience in the single room only around 60 to 80, if can adjust the price will be better.
- dayang hasliza (2/5): my online booking via expedia was not honored - I was not allowed to check in and was told the room that i booked was taken. According to the staff he cannot entertain online booking as the hotel's internet was down. I even offered to take a larger room with additional payment but was not accepted. The staff insisted that i booked another larger room and pay in full, eventhough my credit card was already charged for the online booking. After about 1 hour of attempts to negotiating on my part, l checked in into a neighboring hotel which is a lot nicer and have polite staffs too. My call to expedia was also put on hold and was passed to hotel.com, and expedia (not malaysian) without any solution. Total time of my call was more than 28 minutes! This would be my last time using your service and also 1 hotel.
