Elena (1/5): - Stanze carine e curate Nella descrizione era previsto un secondo bagno, in realtà non disponibile. In cucina mancava la cappa e dotazioni di base (es. Assenza di tovaglia, posate insufficienti, assenza di detersivo per stoviglie, scopa e paletta). Il divano letto aveva il materasso sfondato. Scarsa disponibilità al dialogo del proprietario

Jack (4/5): If nothing else is available then choose Antico Rione otherwise look elsewhere. - Fairly close to the train station. Fairly close to the town center. Fairly cheap price for a last minute (a few days in advance) one night booking (but by far the most expensive accommodation of our 3 week trip). The host let us store our backpacks before our check in time which was kind. The entire building seemed to share a single small hot water boiler... my son had a lukewarm shower, my wife had a cold shower, I had 15 seconds of hot water and then a cold shower. The apartment was fairly cold but eventually started to heat up using the air conditioning at full force (we stayed in late November when it was still double digit centigrade temperatures outside, I hate to think how cold it would be in winter). In my experience a bed and breakfast includes a breakfast in the accommodation (or just next door at the furthest), at Antico Rione we had to walk down the road to a coffee shop with a token to get our breakfast. Also, although a cup of ordinary Italian coffee and a cornetto/filled croissant is nice, it hardly constitutes a "very good breakfast" as in the description. The provided kitchenette (one of the reasons we chose Antico Rione) was incredibly basic (nearly useless if one wanted to do much more than boil water). And instead of kind welcoming signs there was a big sign by the kitchenette saying we would be charged if we didn't clean up. By the door there was also a passive aggressive sign stating "the house rules" that we "had agreed to by booking", non of the usual "Dear guest we sincerely hope you enjoy your stay..."
Paul (2/5): Dissapointing. - Dreary room, freezing our asses off, the heater was too small for three rooms. There was no daylight, the windows were blocked. Shower too small. Everything.
