• Charles (3/5): Room was fine, beach was nice, but nose made my stay uncomfortable - The room was well appointed and clean. There were nice sun beds on the hotel beach. The noise in the room was too much. There was a dj party outside and the dj was shouting until 11;30 - 12:00 midnight. Then around 9:30 there was a huge noise from the bar coming into the room. If you are not working or trying to sleep in your room before 11:30/12:00pm or after 9:30 you have no chance. I tried a zoom meeting at 10:00an in my room. It didn’t work out. Additionally they charge you to use the safe. Breakfast is very average.

• Gelu (8/5): Good - All was excellent.The room 206 was excelent.Accomodation ,food,drinks,show and entertainment after 21 00.All personal very kindly with the quest.Nier to the beach,private beach.I booked 2 double rooms and the manager upgraded with one rooms double superiore.Free parking nier to the hotel.Turkish bath with massage with Girls with Gold hands that I strongly recommend (Is extra pay 50 euro/persone abouth 1 hour and 40 minutes). One the superior room was one Cafe machine with capsule they charge me after with 408 TL.Normal must be advised before about this.Also the reception charge me twice for booked rooms.I solved this one the reception and money was refunded .Explanation was that was misunderstood from the other reception guy.One the room missing the blanket.One request he give you something looks like bigger towels. If you want to book the room take double superiors room a little expensive room not normal double room because is 100% more comfortable your holiday. All included alcoholic drinks is local .For imported drinks you must to pay.Also with the parking we have a problem.Is along to the hotel.One the second day we find one ATV cars hit our car and left one this position.We was lucky that not was serious damage.There was also cctv camera from hotel but the staff from reception he cannot found the guilty driver. If you want to take Turkish bath with massage one the hotel is the less package around 50 euro/person .If you want to save same money check one the booking.com one the attraction in Marmaris is 17 euro/persone same package of turkish bath and massage .

• PATRICIA (10/5): - This is the second time this year we have stayed at the cettia beach ,we love the hotel right on the beach ,the staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you ,the food is good something for everyone the sweets to die for and the drinks are good for al inclusive.The bar and restaurant staff are the best nothing to much trouble. And we will definitely will be going back next year.

• Karin (6/5): - Egentlig et dejligt ophold, men helt forfærdeligt forstyrret af katte der hopper op, tigger ved bordene, så det er helt umuligt at sidde ude hvis man ikke er vild med katte alle vegne, ubehageligt at føle sig overrumplet at virkelig mange katte… På hotellet fodrer de dem også så de holder jo til der. De skriver også hotellet kun er for voksne, men der var børn på hotellet, ikke fordi det generer mig meget men så skal de ikke skrive det..
• Pelin (10/5): - Konforlu, güzel bir otel. Dizaynı oldukça güzel. Kahvaltısı yeterli. Akşam yemeği ilk gün çok başarılı idi sonraki günler kalitesi biraz düştü. Çalışanları kibardı, hizmet kalitesi iyidi. Eksik olarak söyleyebileceğim, odalara kettle konulursa çok iyi olur. Ayrıca üst katlara sıcak su bayağı az geliyordu.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Empfangsdamen waren relativ unsympathisch, haben uns kaum informiert. In den Zimmern gibt es Safes, die für 10 TL pro Tag genutzt werden können. Kostet praktisch nichts, nervt aber, dass man dafür zahlen muss. Das Frühstück ist okay. Der Strand ist auch schön. Empfehlen würde ich trotzdem eine Marmarisbootstour, dann kann man die wirklich traumhaften Ecken mit dem klarsten Meer der Welt sehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, gibt kaum eine Möglichkeit die Koffer zu lagern. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank.

Rien ne vas dans cette hôtel du début jusqu’à la fin, le personnel pas très aimable le manager encore pire hôtel surpeuplé aucun transat de libre plage sale petite piscine très sale et chambre vieillot et petit-déjeuner pas du tout bon bref même pour deux nuits c’était trops ne vaut vraiment pas son prix ya beaucoup mieux pour moin chère

• Busra (10/5): Harika bir otel! - Otel Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Ulaşımda Hiç sıkıntı çekmedik. Yalnız otopark anlamında sıkıntı var. 15 arabalık yeri var. O da ara sokakta. Yer buldunuz buldunuz, bulamazsanız başka bir yer bakmalısınız. Resepsiyondan kat görevlilerine kadar tüm personel sıcakkanlıydı. Her an her yerde bizlere güleryüzlü şekilde yardımcı oldular. Biz balayı çifti olarak kurban bayramından hemen sonra gittik. Aşırı bir kalabalık yoktu. Bu yüzden sahilde şezlong bulma konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Son günümüzde müşteri yoğunluğu oldu ama yine yer konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Havuzu küçük. Biz hiç kullanmadık. Ama havuz sevenler üzülebilir. Sahilde devamlı su kola fanta kavun karpuz üzüm servisi yapıyorlar. İsterseniz bardan istediğiniz alkollü alkolsüz içecekleri sahilde içebiliyorsunuz. Yemekleri efsane! Kilo alıp dönebilisiniz. Yabancı ağırlıklı bir otel. Çocuk gürültüsü yok.(zaten+16) odalar temiz. Bardaki içkiler kaliteli. Balayı konseptinin hepsi çok güzel. Tekrar tekrar gitmek isterim. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

• Travel (10/5): - The staff really do go above and beyond for you! The spa was amazing we got the deluxe package and was treated so well! The decor in the hotel is really beautiful creates a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfy and modern, our room needed a bit of a fresh paint job and facilities change (like scratches on some stuff in the bathroom) but it wasn’t anything gross and it didn’t make it seem outdated. The WiFi in our room didn’t really work either but most UK phones allow you to use data in Turkey for free, so this wasn’t an issue. I think how lovely the staff was, even allowing us free late check out and making us more pancakes on request at breakfast when we arrived 20 mins until breakfast was due to end, makes up for these minor things! • thomas (10/5): Vacance couple Marmaris CETIA BEACH HÔTEL - Un excellent hôtel sur toute la ligne. Le personnel est super, la plage est magnifique, 50 m à pied à faire et pas du tout surchargé. Beaucoup d’espace entres les transats. Tout l’hotel en général est très bien fait, très bien agencé et décoré, on s’y sent à l’aise, toujours de la place où l’on veut. Le tout inclus et le restaurant de l’hotel sont divins. L’hôtel organise chaque soir une animation toujours avec soin et apprécié.

• Peter (8/5): Nice Adults Only Option With Some Issues - Firstly, a big plus was that this trip was free due to Hotels.com rewards night! :) We're annual visitors to Marmaris, have stayed in many hotels in the area and the Cettia rates well - even if we'd paid! The Adults Only rule means this feels more relaxed; the décor is superb, staff friendly and efficient, jetty access nice and, if you like it, (not bothered myself) the evening entertainment good. The Spa is well worth a visit (£60 for a 2hr sauna, mud scrub, foam bath and tanning massage is a good idea on the first day). The restaurant food is good with a Bar-B-Q option every meal time and there is always something available from Ice Cream to Burgers to Afternoon Tea. Another plus was my hotel nights were upgraded to all inclusive, although it's certainly worth getting out for some meals elsewhere. Unfortunately, there were two frustrating aspects for me. The Wi-Fi is really poor unless and there's a limit to three connections. This could be remedied. Sadly, the other issue can't and that's the basic design of the building that has sea-facing balconies on the side for two of the three rooms on each floor. There's no opportunity to lay out on the balcony (too small anyway) and travelling with a disabled wife who needed to lie down in the room rather than the pool, this presented difficulties. There's a patio style window but the room still felt stuffy in the heat and it did have me casting envious eyes to adjacent hotels. Recommended but may not suit everyone.
• Nilo (8/5): A nice hotel in good location - We throughly enjoyed staying in this beautifuly decorated hotel, food, room comforts and location all very nice.
• David (8/5): Relaxing adult hotel with great staff - From the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic, hard working and helpful, the hotel itself was well equipped although the restaurant felt at times busy. The bar staff were friendly and the chap who served us cold drinks on the jetty (Apo) was a gentleman, the best. The entertainment staff also made an effort to fill the day and night and some of the shows were very good, personal preference. There was always enough of a choice at lunch and dinner however some bacon at breakfast would have been welcomed. Overall we are looking forward to returning next year.
• Najwa (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - We stayed at the Cettia for our honeymoon and the hotel decor is breathtaking.The staff are friendly and always say good morning and have a chat.They are all so attentive,never an empty plate or drink left.The bar staff remember your drinks and nothing is too much trouble.The hotel photographer was amazing,please if your a couple get your pics done he really is very talented.Private jetty was fab,we had no problem getting a sun bed on It at any point in the day! Truly an amazing g experience! We even had a treatment done in the spa.ffoot cleansing by putting your feet in a tank of fish! Would highly recommend.Food was good,Plenty of variety but all out every night so not a Hugh amount of change from night to night,could get a little boring if your here more than a week but regardless an amazing honeymoon and we will definitely go back again,even the cleaners were lovely! Thankyou so much for making our honeymoon special.

• Ceyhun (10/5): Tavsiye edicegim bir otel - Oncelikle otel gercekten cok iyiydi. Temizlik bakimindan , yemeklerin lezzetleri , guleryuzluluk , eglence bakimindan otel gercekten cok guzeldi. Fast foodlar icin kullandiklari malzemeler bilindik markalardan olusmaktadir. Temizlik deseniz ben kirli bir yer goremedim. Bana gore 2 eksiklik mevcuttu biri odalarda banyo terlikleri eksikti, digeri ise kattle olmayisi. Bu iki eksigide tamamladiklarinda otel gercekten vazgecilmez bir otel ve gonul rahatligiyla tavsiye edilebilecegim bir oteldir. Cettia ailesine burdan tesekkur ediyorm.

• FULYA (8/5): Güleryüzlü hizmet - Güleryüzlü hizmetten çok memnun kaldık.Personeller çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı ederken çayımıza kadar içer misiniz diye sordular :) Kendimizi misafir gibi değil de evimizde gibi hissettik. Oda konforu bakımından çok rahattı ve oda büyüklüğü sebebiyle ferah diyebiliriz. Denize sıfır olması ve her akşam özel bir organizasyon olması tatilimizi renklendirdi. Sadece her şey dahil konseptinde alkol çeşitliliği daha fazla olabilirdi. Şaraplarından memnun kaldık.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Not a 4 star - The staff at this hotel (apart from 1 occasion) were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The 1 occasion which was very shocking and disappointing is when a staff member in the restaurant decided to turn the lights off, whilst me and my friends were still eating and chatting. This staff member also shrugged her shoulders when asked about the lights being turned off. Me and my friends understand the restaurant had just closed, however this staff not once came over to ask us to leave and possibly move around the side of the restaurant or to an alternative area if we wanted (which we did anyway). This was very rude and ill mannered behaviour. Me and my friends decided not to complain to the hotel management as luckily for the staff our overall experience was good. The rooms are not cleaned very well and the towels give off an odd smell! The water in bedroom is not replenished after the first day of arrival which we found odd. The sea views are fantastic. The all inclusive food selection is great. The spa, Turkish bath and all pampering facilities were excellent and the lady at the spa reception Nisa? Was wonderful,accommodating and professional. Me and my friends felt overall the hotel fell short of being a 4 star.

Excellent sea view from room No 623 on the top floor All inclusive catered for everyone,plentiful choice.Drinks flowing from 10am till midnight.Great helpful staff.Plenty of sunbeds on the Jetty aswell as on the beach.Lovely 20 minutes walk to centre of Marmaris and 45 mins to Icmeler or catch a Dolmus for 2.5TL. There are no Cons for this hotel.
