- Susan (6/5): - It’s clean. Older, rooms are sparse and lamps coming off the walls. A strong sewer smell came through during the night. Beds are hard. Really rooms are nothing special, But breakfast good, people nice.

- kittitod (4/5): - I had a poor experience at the fresh inn. At arrival during check in the hotel manager pointed out we had an extra guest which is 3 in 1 room. I said yes but I booked and paid for 3 bit the team still said they are not aware and room is not ready for 3 and I have to pay extra to add a bed. I said whatever do ehat you have to do I booked for 3 and I will check myexpedia receipt. At check out they asked me to pay extra so I show them my receipt and they apologize but the room was not proper for 3 Breakfast was OK just good enough, bed was comfortable enough, internet wifi was terrible and unacceptable this was the deal breaker that I will never stay here or recommend this hotel 5o anyone. Couldn't get wifi to save my life very patchy on and off in a small room. Water pressure on sink was poor couldn't wash my face AC was still manual dial turn couldn't get it right The deal breaker is the wifi you will not have internet access without a Thai data, I never review after 50 stays in other hotels around the world but this one got me good with trying to charge extra guest fee when I already paid and room is not ready for 3 when you advertise and I booked a room that sleeps 3, they had 3 days to check Expedia but nobody bothered and insist I still need to pay extra guest fee at checkout when all they had to do was call Expedia or check the receipt which they overlooked or whatever it's not the customer fault, its between the hotel and Expedia to handle that funding issue if any

- Walter (10/5): Extended a second week. - I had booked one week and extended for a second. The hotel is small and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast choice is amazing (I will miss my Thai green curry for breakfast). There is lots of dining around the hotel. Easy access to beach. He hotel does provide water in the room in refillable glass bottles not plastic.

I have been in hotels for the last 3 months and this is my favorite.

Beach 4 mins away or 2 mins away thru the Hilton lobby across the street. Staff was fantastic, very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good, many choices. I did not eat dinner but I saw many guests did so. They advertise 1,800 baht suv ride back to Bangkok. Good value. Girl friendly hotel too.

Easy to get to beach, restaurants and massage Al around and some great shopping. Hotel clean, staff are so friendly and lots of options for breakfast. Only issue for me was the hard bed…hubby didn’t mind it.
- Nick (4/5): Won't be back. - The room was very small, the en suite was tiny, Air con noise kept us awake, so we asked for a fan and Recieved one. This just took more of the room up. My friend requested an iron 3 times and never received it. Swimming pool not very inviting, so we never used it. Breakfast average. Receptionist was very helpful when enquired about a trip. Maids give extra towel when we asked. Just one disturbing thing on top of other complsints was. There was an elderly gentlemen urinating into a bowl in the lift one afternoon when we got in the lift. He had the bowl and it was very smelly.
- crabbybill (10/5): A Little Gem. - Stayed for 21 nights and couldn’t fault the hotel and staff at all. Corresponded with Thanya who confirmed our booking. Superb location right opposite the Hilton on the Main Street. Every member of staff from the reception to housekeeping was great. Room was on the 6th floor with small balcony, comfy bed, fridge and the best shower ever. No safe in room but plenty of safety deposit boxes behind reception. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water supplied. Breakfast was good which included cereal, fruit juice and pastries with eggs bacon etc ordered from the menu with a choice of Thai breakfasts as well. Towels supplied for the beach everyday if needed. Small swimming pool on 2nd floor ( covered ) The staff got to know you on a personal level even the security guy at night was pleased to see you. Can’t fault the hotel for cleanliness and value for money. Definitely booking again for next year. Mr Paul

Less than 10 mins walk to morning markets, night markets, beach and Jetty restaurants. Only nit pick is that the air conditioning control is high up. Needs to stand on chair to adjust temperature.

Free cooked to order breakfast each morning was a really nice to start to my day. Food options around the hotel were exceptional & there is something for everyone’s palette. Pool location on the 2nd floor & more or less hidden within the hotel was meh, but the beach being so close makes up for it. Hotel is girl friendly for those of you wondering, just need an ID check at reception. Minibar is restocked every morning for a very reasonable price if used. Water pressure & temperature in the showers were great. Location is very central to bars, restaurants, massage parlours ect. The hotel is CLEAN! Which was a nice change from my cockroach invested airbnb in Bangkok. Staff are very friendly & willing to help with any questions or concerns & they happily helped arranged my car back to BKK airport. Only real downside was the lack of options on the TV, stuck with cable & no Netflix, Youtube ect but in all reality if you’re in Hua Hin & spending much time on Netflix then it’s your loss. If this is an issue for you, then I highly recommend an HDMI cord & adapter to you Iphone, problem solved. Highly recommend. Will be back next time in Hua Hin.

When I tried to get a refund for a cancelled booking they refused, I went in to talk with them about it and was treated with disrespect. Horrible customer service. They refused my refund then sold the room to someone else. There are many hotels in hua hin. This property is disgusting

- michael (8/5): Good Value - Nice place in the center of the action. Up on the 6th flooor you hardly hear the clubs at night. Breakfast until 11:00 am was a great feature. And you were able to order as opposed to the typical buffet. Place is in good condition as it’s from another era. Our room was small. At $40 I can’t complain.

You could save 1000bht a night by being g further away but I was only here for four nights. I would recommend spending the extra fee Dollars on the deluxe room- I stayed in the superior and the deluxe.

- Goodbyehome2 (6/5): Good location - A budget alternative to the Hilton Hotel We stayed at this hotel February 2023 for one week and it is in a great location you can walk to the night market and the beach and close to many bars if that's what you like doing. Her room was on the 6th floor and had a nice little balcony that we could sit out and play crib well listening to the music from the bands below. The music did not travel too far into the room and we were able to sleep. The room itself was a bit small but there is plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked fine and so did the fridge. The breakfast was fresh and made to order from a menu that had both Western and Asian food choices. They have an elevator which was handy when it was in commission.

I was initially mindful of the location as I thought it might be noisy at night being adjacent to Bintabaht, but it was very quiet. The staff were very professional and courteous. I will definitely stay there again.

- gedder2014 (10/5): A nice hotel in a great location - Thania the lovely receptionist welcomed us and provided very helpful local information. We had a lovely room with super comfy pillows and bed, we particularly appreciated the double size shower with glass screen and door which stops the bathroom floor getting soaked with water — a common problem we encountered in many hotels around the country. A great stay, fast wifi and A/C very friendly staff and a terrace restaurant which serves excellent food and a cooked free breakfast, there are dozens of lively bars and restaurants along the road and nearby. The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the beach, we extended our 4 night stay to 8 days as we enjoyed the hotel and area so much. Thanks Thania and all the staff, we will be back for sure.

We left early so didn't get chance to say thank you for all your help, and say how much we enjoyed our stay, at the fresh Inn Hotel. I would like to mention the food we had it was some of the best food I've eaten in Thailand, the ladies also that served us was so lovely to us every time we eat. All in all you have a great team and are delightful people to run the hotel in these trying times,good luck for the future, if I'm ever in hua hin again I will be sure to stay again. - 804jasonb (8/5): Great Location - Prime location, right next to the nightlife, 5 mins from beach, with a sea view. Breakfast is ok, had better but sets you up for the day. Pool at level 2 seems a bit pointless - too small and always in the shade as its within the footprint of the building but then again the beach is so handy that it doesn't really matter Staff nice, pleasant people (common theme in Thailand generally) and rooms lovely and clean

- Pana (10/5): A week in Hua Hin - This Hotel is in the best location, close to everything. Cleanroom and excellent service.
- Richard (6/5): How To Screw Tourists by Pretence of A Service - OK But no tea coffee facilities in room which surely is standard considering they are exceptionally expensive for a simple small room. Even half that price is excessive as much better is available for considerably less. I consider overall an expensive CON. The very existence of YOUR so called Service an even bigger CON. !!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great and, contrary to other reviews I'd read, even though the hotel is close to the nightlife, the noise is only marginally noticeable.
- T1341BIbenjamins (6/5): Not the best in town - The location is perfekt. Directly opposite of the way to overpriced Hilton. Close to Soi Bintabath. Her you find everything you want good food and drinks are reachable. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. The room are old and dark but they are clean. The breakfast is not a buffet it’s a menu from which you choose out of I think three different variety. This is no problem for me cause u always get ur food made freshly. It’s worth it’s price but not more. I wouldn’t stay here for a week but up To three days are ok.
- davidgeeenhow (10/5): Relaxing stay - This is a nice hotel in a really good location just across from the Hilton and the Beach is only a few minutes walk away with lots of restaurants and bars with bar street next to the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was okay This hotel is Guest friendly Very relaxing 4 night stay
