My room (1022) was next to staff room..pretty noisy. Elevator all wet as people coming back from pool. They should be told to dry up first. Recommended.

• fauziqoria (10/5): 3 Star hotel but Feels like 4 Star - The hotel’s location in Karawang is super convenient, especially since it’s close to the train station. The rooms are big and come with Android TVs, which is great for couples and families. Even though it’s a 3-star hotel, it has an infinity pool, which was a really nice surprise. If you’re driving, the parking area is huge, so you don’t have to worry about running out of space. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back next time I’m in Karawang.

The bedrooms were very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the restrooms were clean. Perfect for both solo travelers and families. We highly recommend staying here.

• Dewe17 (8/5): Good Hotel in Karawang - We got free upgrade room from superior to deluxe. The deluxe room is large and comfort. The swimming pool is good for swim with 1.2 m depth. They have sauna but not free. The menu for breakfast not so many and the taste is flat.
• johanna (10/5): - De service is altijd super. Iedere vraag wordt netjes beantwoord. Mijn dochter was ziek, en ze waren zo behulpzaam. Echt super fijn. Mijn zoon heeft iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad om af te koelen, omdat het in Karawang echt warm is. Voor ons was alles naar wens.

• 18fighter (10/5): Superb Services - Because I had a wedding invitation and had to stay overnight in this city. There were many options but I chose this hotel. The location is right in the middle of the city, near culinary but the restaurant cuisine is quite good. I like the swimming pool, you can see the street directly. Clean room with a good view of the city from the 10th floor. Impressed by the hospitality of the staff, upon arrival was greeted by Mrs Lupita and escorted by the Duty Manager who was very helpful at that time. Thank you FO teams We will be back, keep up the good work.

• samirabdats (2/5): Trip to Karawang - I had a bad experience from check-in. Registered early and waited for the time to check-in but the staff were not attentive and forgotten about me. Then came the room. The toilet were dingy and the drainage don’t work. The whole toilet flooded after a shower. While I proceed to explore the nearby areas, I told the front desk that I have issues with the room. And they assured me to send someone to sort it out. Since I am going out, I told them no rush but get it sorted. When I came back the water had receded but the toilet was not cleaned. So I went down again to tell the front desk that the toilet smell really bad after the drainage issue. And they assured me that they will send housekeeping to my room. After waiting a long while, no housekeeping staff came. So I tried calling the front desk to check but no one answered. So I had to go down again to the front desk to inform them. At this point I was really agitated. So another front desk staff suggested that I change room. To get this sorted quickly I agreed. After settling in the new room which was lucky enough just next door, I decided to go down to meet up with some local friends. Unfortunately the lift was not working. I waited for almost 30mins for the lift. In conclusion. If you are looking for a 4/5 star hotel facilities that is cheap, then this is the place. But regardless of the price, a standard basic expectation of things to be in working condition is the minimum.

The condition of room is clean and convenience.

• Nai (3/5): A hotel that is desperately in need of a revamp. - Comfy bed Room is terribly designed, small window, toilet is narrow and congested and smelly. The wash basin in the room is pointless. Wash basin in toilet is clogged and drains very slowly. Shower is terribly designed so when I shower water gets out of the shower area. Room service is hit and miss my goreng pisang is nice, but my steak was terrible. It is hard as a rock and not juicy at all, lucky I had a lot of black pepper sauce, so I soaked the sliced steaks into the sauce so it is softer. Room service menu is also very empty, there’s nothing much. I mean not even milkshake? Breakfast is mot great either, maybe it is fasting period, but not even an egg station? That’s really bad.

However, the creamy pasta was tasted not good anymore on Dec 28 morning. The final booking confirmation was not synchronised with the output e-commerce system in the hotel. I paid 2rooms, 4people & clearly mentioned included the breakfast for final price at booking.com confirmation, but the hotel only gave me 1guest each room for the free breakfast. Along with the verbal complaining, they offered to give me 3people free breakfast afterwards. They ignored the CS booking.com support in Australia about mine. They also informed that no microwave in the rooms that we booked. However, it’s mentioned available clearly in the website. They also gave me confused information about the extra breakfast for additional guest in the beginning, 125K (adult) & 95K (children). In fact, the restaurant staff only charged us 90K (adult).

Many chairs cushion for guest to sit. - Variety of breakfast selection Indonesian and International cuisine. Con's: - Room is not well maintained. Chipping every where especially on wardrobe. - Water pressure so low. - On bed sheet so many spot and huge dirt of foot print! Quite disgusting. - Not enough lighting inside the room. Bit dark.

I tried to stay here before in 2018 but i decided to give this hotel another shot since i think that the hotel is very good. First of all, id like to appreciate all the staffs that i met. Sorry i couldn't notice any of the name but the Front office,Housekeeping and the Concierge is very helpful and friendly. But there is a case. I called the operator in the morning and asked for a shaving kit. The operator asked me to wait since he need to ask the housekeeping. I agreed and wait. I think the operator is trying to put me on hold, but he hang up instead. I thought it might be a mistake or something but unfortunately there was no follow up after the sudden end of the call. No call,no staff, and there's no follow up about this. I know hotel might be busy in the weekend as im also working at a hospitality Industry, but this one is just a little bit disappointing for me since i feel that all of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Overall its a nice stay and i will definitely consider to stay again if i have the chance to do so. P.s. i think the condition of room coffee/tea maker could be improved as i feel its not very clean

• Sho (8/5): カラワンの繁華街からは離れたホテル。 - 鉄道のカラワン駅から車で10分ほど。ただし流しのﾀｸｼｰは無いので、駅からはアンゴックかバイクタクシー利用となる。　繁華街から離れているので、周囲には小さなローカルレストランしか無く、 慣れない人はホテルで食事となる。 部屋と廊下の清掃が行き届いていなく、ちょっと汚かった。他は問題無し。
