- Angelika (10/5): - Ganz bezauberndes kleines Hotel. Romantische Lage direkt am Hafen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, helfen auch beim Koffer tragen. Sehr Empfehlenswertđ„°đ
- Ian (10/5): -
- Anne Marie (6/5): Pleasant stay, bed was comfortable. Good food and staff were very efficient and friendly. - Proximity to harbour was good.
Also good for visiting Eden Project.
Food was great⊠especially breakfast. Although room described as en suite, the toilet was actually a converted cupboard.
- tariwa (8/5): Gutes Hotel und Pub - Grosse Zimmer und Bad, freundliches Personal. Grosser hoteleigener Parkplatz. SEHR ringhörig.
- Erika (7/5): Lovely pub in need of a lick of paint - Really lovely busy pub in a superb location Needs a bit of a do over. Itâs starting to look tired.
- Jennifer (8/5): Perfect overnight while traveling through Cornwall - Small, pub atmosphere. A little loud and small, but comfortable and slept well with earplugs.
- Colin (9/5): -
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Terry (5/5): Paid a lot for mediocre accommodation. - Charlestown is lovely and your location is perfect. Your staff who service the rooms were excellent. Your competition at the Pier Head and the Boat House are far superior. Their staff are smart, happy, friendly and a pleasure to be with. Their food is cooked well, presented well and sumptuous to eat. Their decor is smart, comfortable and well maintained. The Rashleigh in comparison on all these points is well behind the standard.
- Jeannette (10/5): Perfect - Everything Nothing
- Robert (10/5): The Rasleigh Arms - The pub is great, staff were so helpful, we stayed in the T'Gallants house, just 50 yards down from the main pub, one of the Rashleigh's properties ,very nice room with en suite and a sea view.Good coffee and tea making facilities in the room.Parking is free in their own car park, just needed to register the number plate on arrival.Had a great evening meal in the pub and breakfast was perfect. Will definitely stay here again! Be careful on the pub car park cobbles if it's wet!

- Troy (9/5): Great place to stay. - Great place to stay. Lovely breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Dinner in the evening, although nice, was a little pricey.
- Simon (10/5): Would happyily stay again, no question on that. - Nice clean room, attentive staff and a good breakfast selection. The shower room could have been a margin bigger, but we would happily stay again.
- Simon (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Lovely breakfast and evening meal very central plenty of eating and drinking places to choose from nice walks has alot of history Would have been nice to have a sea view.
- Ian (8/5): - Excellent location and our room was clean and comfortable... and very friendly staff A couple of minor things at breakfast... eggs benedict had too much rocket and onion for our taste ... and the bacon was overcooked on an otherwise good full english
- Dr. Fleischer (8/5): sehr angenehm - Lage direkt an einem kleinen Hafen, groĂer Parkplatz mit seit 4 Jahren defekter Parkuhr nebendran, daher kostenfreies Parken. Gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck Etwas verwinkelt
- Rafkus (5/5): - Clean and tidy All aircon units been standing by the window and all night make a noise.
- Andrew (10/5): - Everything the breakfast was plentiful good choice the room was extremely clean the bar area was also excellent Nothing

- Sarah (9/5): -
- Ian (9/5): - Friendly helpful staff. Nice pub bar and meals. Great location next to seafront.
- Peter (9/5): After travelling from 5.15am to a rugby match at Redruth and alighting at the Rashleigh around 6pm it had everything we - It was old, rustic & in a brilliant location with a big car park. It had 4 quality cask ales on and the food was also very good.
- John (10/5): My favourite place to stay - This hotel and it's sister one on the harbour are my go to hotels when I stay in Cornwall even if it means I need to drive further to get to where I need to be. You will not find a better hotel even if you spend twice as much. Just remember you can adjust the heating down in your room if you need to. This is difficult as I feel it's perfect for me however, the only thing that makes me a little nervous is the heavily cobblestoned car park, this may be difficult for less able persons to navigate. My advice is to drop off your luggage and anyone in your party that may struggle with mobility outside on the road, then park your car.
- Mandy (9/5): -
- Alison (9/5): Large, clean room close to harbour. - Stayed separate to the pub, huge room with lots of light. Decorated well.
- Billy (9/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): Highly Recommend ! - Firstly, the host gave us an upgraded room which was very spacious and quiet. The pub itself was very nice and breakfast the next morning good too !
Couldn't be in a better location also - highly recommend. N.A

- Kym (9/5): Fabulous location, view and bed! - The view from our room was wonderful. Accommodation and great food all in one place so no need to go further afield. Nothing
- Tom2travel (8/5): - Typisch englische Unterkunft mit nettem Restaurant/Pub.
- Benoit (8/5): -
- Andrew (9/5): All in all great stay would stay again - Staff were brilliant very helpful Size of bathroom bit small for wife who has MS.
- Lynda (8/5): -
- Gravett (9/5): -
- Lucille (10/5): -
- DBP64 (9/5): Would recommend. - Superior Room was situated in a separate annex, was an ideal location with a complete view over the beautiful harbour. The harbour offers two St Austell Brewery pubs both of which are outstanding in the area for quality of pub, service, food & drink and views.
- Brenda (9/5): -
- barry (10/5): - friendly staff, spacious bedroom. bathroom was quite small, but manageable
- Janette (9/5): Lovely friendly team, good breakfast in a great location - Location and well
Maintained Bar toilets and room bathroom were quite small
- Shalom (10/5): We had the most perfect weekend staying at Rashlegh arms. Everything about our stay was amazing, and staff were so nice - The property was perfectly located on Charlestown harbour, just a short walk to shops and pubs.
- Stuart (8/5): -
- james (8/5): A very pleasant and comfortable experience. - Very good location with plenty of local interest. The property is clean and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff. The carpets throughout the property really need to be cleaned.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Very nice, set in a beautiful location just a 2 minute walk from the harbour, definitely staying here more regularly đđŒ
- Sam (10/5): Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and great food choices. - The breakfast was fantastic and as good as it gets.
- Steve (10/5): Very enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel and pub in a lovely place. - Lovely spacious room and very clean. Could see the sea form the window. Lovely location and easy to reach waters edge. Great breakfast. Lively pub too.
- Helen (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortable night away - Easy to find with plenty of parking. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.
- Julie (10/5): Excellent hotel and very good pub food in a lovely spot. - Excellent position looking over the harbour. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was too small unfortunately.
- Sandra (9/5): Very well situated for visiting the Eden Project. Very comfortable accommodation. - Very nicely situated overlooking the harbour. All the staff were very hard working, friendly and helpful. Restaurant serves very nice food. Lovely clean room, separate from the main building. Very cosy feel to the place!
- Deborah (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, we will be back! - Good sized comfy and light room and bed. Everyone on the team was friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Vinnie and Ellie who looked after us in the restaurant. Great service with just the right level of attentiveness. Location is great too, an easy walk to Charlestown Harbour and plenty of space in the car park. Not a criticism, but anyone a little unsteady on their feet should be careful in the car park. The cobbles are very uneven and difficult to walk on. Flat shoes with a good grip recommended.
- Graham (10/5): Great place to stay, good staff - Location, well maintained Nothing
- Sarah (10/5): A lovely short stay with excellent accommodation food & hospitality. - Excellent location really close to the sea, lovey airy & spacious room with complimentary tea, coffee & toiletries also free parking. A very warm welcome from the staff on checking in & again at breakfast which was plentiful with a good choice of hot & cold options. We even managed to sit outside in the large beer garden & then enjoyed an evening meal which was very good. Nothing
- Izabela (9/5): -
- joanne (9/5): - Virtually everything and ideal for a short stay. The staff are exceptional . The room location in a separate but close location was just about perfect. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the inclusive breakfast was perfect. All in all a great stay and we will definitely return. This is part of the St Austell pub group and we look forward to sampling many more of their locations. For the money was excellent but the room offered was quite small however it. did have a great view of the harbour . The bathroom was the only downside as it was very small and located in a cupboard.
- Nicola (9/5): - The room was lovely. The bed comfortable. Restaurant was lovely. The price, for what wr paid could of done with more on the full English breakfast, instead of a big plate with one of everything.
Could do with a small fridge in room so fresh milk instead of packet milk as not enough.
- carrie (10/5): - The location was fantastic, the room we had was big with a separate bathroom very clean.
The staff were amazing so lovely and happy.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic đ Unfortunately the TV did not work and the room was very hot with only a small fan in the bedroom and unable to open the window.
- Sara M (7/5): It was fine but I had hoped would be more spacious and better bathroom - Convenient to restaurants It was a little smaller and tired than had thought
- Brian (8/5): -
- Jayne (10/5): Absolutely lovely place definitely will return - Really enjoyed our stay Just great atmosphere comfortable rooms lovely bar đ Itâs nothing about property itâs just price of drinks
- Will (8/5): Good stay - Great location, good parking and shower Tiny bathroom, staff customer service needs improvement
- Matthew (4/5): - The breakfast was very good all the staff were exceptional no complaints with them. We were not told that the accomodation was in an anex which ment that this not easy for my disabled wife to walk to when we arrive and obviously to get evening and breakfast meals. In addition the sound profing was poor. It was such a shame as your staff are billient I would book again but only if we could be reassured that we had accommodation in the main body of the building.
- Sonia (8/5): -
- Lucille (9/5): Lovely stay, all staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Location was excellent. Free parking a definite plus - Very comfortable property, breakfast amazing. Staff very good. Atmosphere great. Sorry the only thing that was disappointing was the bathroom. It was far too small.
- Emily (9/5): Great location, friendly staff, excellent food! - Easily accessible from the rest of the facilities but located just far away from the restaurant and pub that you didnât hear patrons leaving at all hours. Nothing, it was well presented, clean and tidy.
- Ruth (9/5): Lovely friendly comfortable stay - Really close to the seafront, warm and comfortable room, nice toiletries provided, decent food choice for dinner and breakfast and service was fast and friendly. Good choice of non alcoholic drinks as well. Free car parking. Minor thing but if you are a fussy sleeper you may not appreciate the Friday night live music, it didn't bother us but I guess might be an issue for some.
- Daniel (8/5): Good stay, with good food. - Very clean, nice rooms, modern but still with character. Good TV too. Electric shower was a bit lacklustre. But fine
- Wayne (10/5): Lovely staff wonderful pub great location rooms a little tired - The staff were fantastic lovely and friendly, food was great hot and freshly cooked, the room was very clean the sheets were lovely the bed very comfortable, the location of the room was great with wonderful views. We were very concerned about the bathroom as it had rather a lot of black mould on the ceiling, we both suffer from asthma we tried not to go into that room too much and made sure the door was fully closed, it wasn't a good luck for the hotel to be renting this room out. The rooms did seem a little tired and the corridor leading up to the rooms was also looking very tired it might have great views but unfortunately the bathroom and how tired everything was slightly let it down
- Connie (4/5): The room was small, tired and very uncomfortable - Plenty of choice, nice food, friendly staff The feeling of it being damp and the comfort
- bhim (8/5): -
- Diane (8/5): Had a great time shame the Rashleigh Arms couldn't help with the weather - Great breakfast
Location good to travel around Cornwall, not much in Charlestown though
Room was clean tidy and had all we needed for our stay
Room cleaned and all tea/coffee replenished daily
Staff were excellent Paid for a superior double expected a little bit more for my money but overall could not fault the staff
helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for you
- Donald (8/5): Perfectly satisfactory but expensive - Fantastically helpful and friendly staff without being obsequious. Location proved very useful for what we were doing, but thatâs why I chose it. Fresh milk in the room for making tea & coffee. The small size of the room for the price. The lack of any through draught. The breakfast could have had a wider choice of uncooked or âcontinentalâ items.
- Julian (10/5): Enjoysble - Clean and quiet. Staff attentive. Breakfast filling. Car Park was rough.
- jason (8/5): -
- Karenza (8/5): -
- eileen (9/5): Brilliant time - Excellent Window wouldnât open and it was too hot.
- Joe (9/5): -
- Darren (10/5): Great - would highly recommend - Great pub. Great location, excellent staff. Very good breakfast (and evening meal when we ate there) Nothing. En-suite was quite small, but have everything you needed. Carpark cobbles quite bumpy - but great to have free parking in such an excellent location
