- Hazem (10/5): Good location - First it’s hard to find the entrance to the hotel if you are driving . Second there is no sign from the basement to show where is the reception . Third the hotel needs renovation and maintenance specially in the air conditioner. But the staff are helpful , very friendly and professional. Also hotel in good location.

- Mohamed (6/5): - The hotel is in a very nice location for business traveler next to several banks and international companies. The bed is comfortable, clean, but you need to ask specifically for non-smoker room. The breakfast is good and there is a nice restaurant on the property. What i didn't like is tge lax employee attidue about COVID-19. So although tge hotel lists several precautions on there website many are ignored by the employee. Housekeeper go in the rooms without masks and servant at the restaurant don't wear masks or pull it down to their chin. I noticed one maskless employee touching food with his bare hand. I raised these concerns with hotel managment and they promised to fix them but i kept noting the same issues.

When i asked to extend my stay by 2 days as i have to go to hospital on daily basis , when i explained that to the person in charge he refused , without even trying to help me somewhere else. He told me you have to c./ o , if you are in trouble they will not help you out

- Vasant (6/5): Great Property but poor service - The Hotel is very good, Verandah lounge is good and so was the food BUT the service was VERY VERY POOR! It use to take minimum 4 follow ups and half an hour to get what we wanted! It was mentioned free water bottles in our booking but hotel provided only 2 small bottles water complimentary every day! One day they did not even keep those! Bathroom mats were kept every alternate day! Bath robe and slippers were not there! Very disappointing
- GEORGIOS (2/5): Recommend this hotel to your enemies.... - No wifi in my room despite my repeated complaints. Thursday night I slept after 01:00 am because of a party in the hotel. Music was so loud that the whole room trembled. Unacceptable, especially for a hotel that charges 120 USD per Night.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff didn’t speak English. They took an hour to service any request. The breakfast absolutely sucked. The room was dirty when first checked in. There was no heating system for room so it was cold. The only thing that was good was the gym.
- Maurice (8/5): Helnan Landmark New Cairo, clean good and friendly - Lovely hotel with good food and attractive swimming pool and outdoor space.Building works are still taking place but this is not intrusive. Although a new hotel the decor comprises magnificent old world marble, chandeliers and beautiful couches and furniture giving a luxury feel. Excellent veranda bar with shisha, simple good food and a wide range of non alcoholic drinks and cakes. The free breakfast is excellent with an extensive choice with something for everybody. Unfortunately the hotel never seems to respond to requests for transfers from the airport to the hotel so be careful and don't expect a car to turn up unless you get confirmation. There is no problem with transfers from the hotel to the airport. When there is no traffic (early in the morning) transfer either way is only 15 minutes. Currently expect to pay 30 dollars. Only downside was that some of the fitments in the bathroom were a bit cheap and not properly screwed to the wall! I discovered that the day time heavy traffic means that it is not a sensible location for visiting pyramids etc
